Mantiply (1-0) picked up the win after surrendering three runs on three hits and two walks while striking out two over three innings in Game 2 of Monday's doubleheader against Baltimore. He was optioned to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre after Game 2.

Mantiply didn't appear to have his best stuff, but he kept his team in the game and was ultimately rewarded with the win. The Yankees have yet to announce a corresponding move, but they'll likely add a few fresh arms to the bullpen following a twin bill.

Phillips was optioned to Triple-A Norfolk following Monday's doubleheader against the Yankees. He allowed three runs on two hits and two walks while striking out two over one inning prior to the demotion.

Phillips was promoted to the big leagues ahead of Monday's twin bill, but his time with the Orioles didn't last long. He now owns an 8.84 ERA with 29 strikeouts over 19.1 innings this season in the majors.

Ottavino gave up one hit and struck out one through a scoreless 0.2 innings to record his second save in an 11-8 win over the Orioles on Monday.

Ottavino was called upon with the bases loaded and one out in the ninth inning, and even though he gave up a two-run single, he recovered to record the next two outs for his second save. Even though he gave up two runs in his last outing, Ottavino has his only two saves of the year within his last three outings. The 33-year-old has a 5-4 record with a 1.71 ERA through 56 appearances this season.

Yacabonis was returned to Triple-A Norfolk after serving as the 26th man for Monday's doubleheader against the Yankees. He walked one in a scoreless inning prior to being sent down.

Yacabonis came through with a scoreless frame, but he'll head back down to the minors following Monday's twin bill. He owns a 6.80 ERA with 33 punchouts over 41 innings this season in the big leagues.

Blach (0-1) gave up seven runs (six earned) on seven hits and three walks while striking out four through four innings to take the loss against the Yankees on Monday.

It was a tough day for Blach. The 28-year-old gave up four runs in the first four frames and seemed to settle down with an eight-pitch third inning, but he went on to allow another four runs over the next two innings. Blach was called up for the second game of a doubleheader, so he may be returning to Triple-A after this performance. Blach has a 13.94 ERA with a 7:7 K:BB through 10.1 innings this season.

Rodriguez was recalled from Triple-A Salt Lake on Monday.

The right-hander will take the place of Justin Anderson, who was placed on the injured list Monday with a lat strain. Rodriguez made his big-league debut July 28, surrendering one hit while fanning two over 1.2 scoreless innings.

The Orioles recalled Blach from Triple-A Norfolk ahead of his scheduled start Monday in the second game of a doubleheader with the Yankees, Joe Trezza of MLB.com reports.

Blach will step into the Baltimore rotation for his team debut, but he won't be guaranteed any further turns with the big club if he fails to keep the Yankees' bats at bay, something the entire pitching staff has struggled to do all season. The soft-tossing lefty has posted a 5.98 ERA and 1.63 WHIP across 93.1 innings at the Triple-A level this season.

Green is starting Game 2 of Monday's doubleheader against the Orioles, Pete Caldera of The Bergen Record reports.

Green will serve as the opener as the Yankees go with a bullpen game for the second half of Monday's twin bill. The right-hander hasn't pitched more than 2.1 innings in any of his 11 outings since the All-Star break, so he likely won't pitch more than an inning or two Monday.

Giles (elbow) is available out of the bullpen Monday against the Rangers, Scott Mitchell of TSN.ca reports.

Giles hasn't pitched since Wednesday -- when he allowed two runs on three hits to earn the save against the Rays -- due to an ongoing elbow issue, but he'll be available Monday if needed after playing catch with no issues over the weekend. Derek Law has been serving as Toronto's closer in place of Giles, who has made just two appearances since July 27 due to the elbow issue.

The Red Sox recalled Lakins from Triple-A Pawtucket on Monday, Jen McCaffrey of The Athletic reports.

Lakins will help Boston fortify its depth in the bullpen after Ryan Weber was sent to Triple-A following Sunday's 5-4 loss to the Angels. The reliever had previously made seven appearances with Boston earlier this season, giving up six runs on 10 hits and six walks in 9.1 innings.
