    Ragans (elbow) will throw a bullpen session Wednesday, Anne Rogers of MLB.com reports.

    Wednesday will mark the first time that Ragans has thrown off a mound since he suffered a setback in late May during his rehab assignment at Triple-A Omaha. He remains without a clear return timeline, but that may change after a few sessions of mound work.

    Mariners' Carson Fulmer: Traded to Seattle

    The Pirates traded Fulmer to the Mariners on Tuesday, Francys Romero of BeisbolFR.com reports.

    Fulmer has spent the entire season at Triple-A Indianapolis, posting a 6.35 ERA and 1.65 WHIP alongside a 27:15 K:BB across 34 innings. The 32-year-old's performance is unlikely to improve significantly now that he'll be moving into the Pacific Coast League, but he'll still provide some organizational bullpen depth at Triple-A Tacoma.

    Twins' Cole Sands: Pulled off rehab assignment

    The Twins returned Sands (forearm) from his rehab assignment Tuesday, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

    Sands made his first rehab appearance at Triple-A St. Paul last Tuesday, but his strained right forearm didn't recover quickly enough to allow him to continue pitching. The Twins will now shut down his rehab assignment and give him more time to rest and receive treatment before restarting a throwing program. He's without a clear timeline for returning from the 15-day injured list.

    Guardians' Erik Sabrowski: Throws bullpen session

    Manager Stephen Vogt said Sabrowski (elbow) threw a bullpen session Monday that went well, Tim Stebbins of MLB.com reports.

    Sabrowski is set to throw another bullpen in the upcoming days. Afterward, the southpaw's next steps will by decided. With his progress coming along, a rehab assignment may be on the horizon.

    Brewers' DL Hall: Targeting late-July return

    The Brewers expect Hall to return from his left pec strain in late July, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

    Hall was originally expected to return sometime around the All-Star break when he first landed on the IL on Friday, but the team has since determined that he will require a slightly longer recovery. Hall had been enjoying a career year before getting injured, posting a 2.03 ERA and 1.23 WHIP over 31 innings.

    Rockies' Jeff Criswell: Recalled from Triple-A

    The Rockies recalled Criswell from Triple-A Albuquerque on Tuesday.

    Criswell missed all of the 2025 season recovering from Tommy John surgery and has authored a 7.59 ERA in 10.2 innings with Albuquerque this season, though he has struck out 15. If the 27-year-old gets into a game, it will be his first appearance in the majors since 2024.

  • Rockies' Keegan Thompson: DFA'd by Rockies

    The Rockies designated Thompson for assignment Tuesday.

    Thompson cleared waivers and remained in the organization after the Rockies booted him from the 40-man roster back in March, and he could stick around again. The righty has coughed up 11 runs over 12 innings out of the Colorado bullpen this season.

    Blue Jays' Lazaro Estrada: Completes third rehab appearance

    Estrada (shoulder) struck out three over three perfect innings of relief Sunday in a rehab appearance with Triple-A Buffalo.

    After working as a starter in his first two rehab appearances between Single-A Dunedin and Buffalo, Estrada shifted to the bullpen for his third minor-league outing. While piggybacking starter Grant Rogers, Estrada was sharp Sunday, needing just 29 pitches to record nine outs. Estrada is eligible to return from the 60-day injured list at any point, but the Blue Jays may continue to keep him on assignment for another appearance or two if they intend to get him stretched out further.

    Blue Jays' Adam Macko: Optioned to Buffalo

    The Blue Jays optioned Macko to Triple-A Buffalo on Tuesday, reports Keegan Matheson of MLB.com.

    Macko will make his way back down to Triple-A after being called up May 17. With the big-league club, the 25-year-old posted a 1.50 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 12:2 K:BB in 12 innings. Macko will be demoted to Buffalo in order to make room for Dylan Cease (hamstring) on the active roster.

  • Cole Winn RP | TEX

    Rangers' Cole Winn: Activated from IL

    The Rangers activated Winn from the 15-day injured list Tuesday.

    Winn served the minimum 15 days on the IL after being shut down with right arm fatigue May 24. The 26-year-old's rehab assignment with Triple-A Round Rock went according to plan, clearing him to return to the big-league club. Luis Curvelo was optioned to Round Rock on Sunday to make room for Winn on the active roster.
