Quintana (2-5) took the loss Friday versus the Rockies. He allowed six runs on seven hits and two walks with three strikeouts in five innings.

Quintana struggled for a second straight start, with the seven hits he allowed matching a season high. The six runs against him were also a season high, though he was able to avoid giving up a home run for the fifth consecutive start. The southpaw now has a 3.99 ERA, 1.34 WHIP and 81:29 K:BB through 90.1 innings across 18 starts.

Eflin (knee) threw a successful bullpen recently and will throw an up-down bullpen session Saturday, Alex Coffey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Eflin had already been ruled out through the All-Star break, but he's made encouraging progress in his recovery over the last few days. If his up-down throwing session goes well, the right-hander is expected to throw a sim game soon. It's not yet clear whether Eflin will be cleared to return for the Phillies' first turn through the rotation following their layoff, but he'll likely be in the mix to return sometime in late July.

Luzardo (forearm) will begin a rehab assignment with Single-A Jupiter on Friday, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Luzardo has been out for two months with a strained left forearm. The length of his absence means he'll probably require a fairly long rehab assignment, so it's possible he doesn't return until early August.

Cabrera (elbow) will begin a rehab assignment with Double-A Pensacola on Saturday, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Cabrera has been out for a month with right elbow tendinitis. He was originally scheduled to make a rehab start in late June, but that wound up being delayed for a few weeks due to a personal matter. If he requires two rehab starts, he'll likely return to the Marlins during the final week of July.

Suarez (back) is expected to start Saturday's game against the Marlins, Paige Leckie of MLB.com reports.

Suarez landed on the injured list in late June due to a low back spasm, but he threw a bullpen session Sunday and should be able to rejoin the Phillies' rotation without a rehab assignment. The southpaw recorded a 3.77 ERA and 1.29 WHIP in 31 innings over his last five starts prior to his absence.

Sanchez was optioned to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Friday.

Sanchez will return to Triple-A after he tossed eight innings over two outings in July following his promotion, surrendering two runs on four hits and three walks while striking out three. The left-hander will remain a top candidate to get called up in the coming months.

Walker and the Mets won't play Friday against the Cubs after the game was postponed due to inclement weather.

Walker has recorded quality starts in each of his last six outings and has posted a 1.85 ERA and 0.90 WHIP in 39 innings across that span. Friday's matchup will be made up as part of a doubleheader Saturday, and Walker will start in the matinee while Max Scherzer takes the mound for the second game of the twin bill, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.

Stroman and the Cubs won't play Friday against the Mets after the game was postponed due to inclement weather.

The southpaw finished with his third straight quality start and eighth overall this season. Anderson isn't racking up huge strikeout numbers, but he's thriving thanks in part to a a career-best 1.6 BB/9. He's been a huge addition to a Dodgers staff that has been hit with multiple injuries this season, posting a 2.96 ERA and 1.02 WHIP over 97.1 innings while becoming the seventh major-league pitcher to reach 10 victories.

Rodon allowed a run on eight hits and three walks with seven strikeouts in five innings in a no-decision versus the Brewers on Thursday.

After a 112-pitch complete game his last time out, Rodon was significantly less efficient Thursday. He threw 68 of 99 pitches for strikes, but the 11 baserunners he allowed matched a season high. The southpaw was able to limit the damage to an Andrew McCutchen sacrifice fly in the fourth inning. Rodon has a 2.66 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 131:35 K:BB through 105 innings in 18 starts, and he'll be heading to the All-Star Game next week in Los Angeles.
