The Marlins are expected to recall Acosta from Triple-A Jacksonville on Monday, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

The infielder will get his first look in the big leagues after batting .232 with 12 home runs and 28 stolen bases over 106 games for Jacksonville. The Marlins haven't announced who will be moved off the 26-man active roster in a corresponding move, but Graham Pauley could be headed to the 10-day injured list after experiencing side discomfort during Sunday's win over the Red Sox. Acosta has played exclusively second base and shortstop in the minors this season, so he would likely be in line for a depth role rather than being a candidate to potentially replace Pauley as the Marlins' primary third baseman.

Swanson went 1-for-3 with a double and two RBI in Sunday's 4-3 win over the Pirates.

Swanson doubled home a run in the bottom of the fifth inning, then delivered the game-winning run on a sacrifice fly in the eighth. The shortstop is batting .255 this month with two home runs, six RBI and seven runs scored across 14 games. Overall, Swanson is batting .249, and he's chipped in 18 long balls and 10 stolen bases, giving him some fantasy value in multiple categories.

Betts went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and two total runs scored in Sunday's 5-4 win over the Padres.

Betts posted an eight-game hitting streak between Aug. 5-13, though he opened this critical weekend series versus the Padres by going 0-for-6 over the first two games. The 32-year-old's first hit of the series was clutch, as he put the Dodgers ahead for good in the eighth inning after the bullpen squandered a lead. Betts is still dealing with some inconsistency at the plate, batting a modest .254 (15-for-59) with four extra-base hits over 15 games in August. Overall, he's hitting .242 with a .683 OPS, 13 homers, 57 RBI, 75 runs scored and eight stolen bases over 114 contests.

The Pirates promoted Griffin from High-A Greensboro to Double-A Altoona on Sunday, Noah Hiles of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Griffin will receive his second promotion of the season after a dominant showing during his time in the South Atlantic League. Over 51 games with Greensboro, Griffin slashed .325/.432/.510 with seven home runs and 33 stolen bases across 234 plate appearances. Since being selected with the No. 9 overall pick in the 2024 First-Year Player Draft, the 19-year-old shortstop has quickly established himself as arguably baseball's top prospect, and he could be on track to make his MLB debut at some point in 2026.

Adames went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Saturday's 2-1 loss to the Rays.

Adames singled to left field in the sixth inning, then stole second before coming around to score the Giants' lone run. The 29-year-old shortstop has recorded a hit and a stolen base in back-to-back outings after going 0-for-18 over his previous five games. He's slashing .235/.316/.480 with 19 runs scored, 14 RBI, seven homers, four doubles and two stolen bases across 114 plate appearances since the All-Star break.

Perdomo went 1-for-4 with a walk, a stolen base and two runs scored in Saturday's 10-7 loss to Colorado.

Perdomo continues to thrive as the leadoff batter. In five games since being moved to the top of the order, he's reached base safely nine times (.391 OBP) with three steals and eight runs scored. Saturday's stolen base was his career-high 20th.

Winn went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run in Saturday's 12-8 loss against the Yankees.

Winn gave the Cardinals an early boost with his ninth homer of the season off Max Fried in the second inning, but the spark faded as they went on to drop Saturday's high-scoring contest. Known more for his elite defense than his bat, the 23-year-old shortstop owns a .392 slugging percentage and a .713 OPS this season, hovering right around league average offensively.

Monasterio clubbed a three-run homer in the 11th inning of Saturday's 6-5 extra-innings win over the Reds.

Monasterio as a pinch hitter with runners on the corners in the 11th inning, and he wasted no time in giving the Brewers the late lead by taking the first pitch he saw from Joe La Sorsa deep to left field. It was Monasterio's second home run of the season and his biggest hit of the year, as his efforts helped Milwaukee extend its winning streak to a franchise record of 14 games. The 28-year-old infielder has seen sparse playing time in the majors this season, but he's gone 8-for-19 (.421) with four runs and seven RBI in 11 games since the All-Star break.

Allen went 3-for-4 with a double, a run and two RBI in Saturday's 10-1 win against Cleveland.

Most of Atlanta's offense came from the bottom of the order -- the team's No. 5-9 hitters went a combined 10-for-22 with nine RBI. Allen was a big part of that, recording three knocks from the No. 9 slot while collecting two RBI, more than he had accumulated over his previous 23 games combined. Allen batted a meager .156 during that 23-game span, so he'll look to use Saturday's effort as a launching point for more success at the plate.

Schunk was optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque on Saturday.

Schunk had been called up Aug. 8 in the wake of Orlando Arcia (elbow) landing on the injured list, but the former will return to the minors with the latter being activated Saturday. Schunk didn't see many opportunities in his latest big-league stint, logging just four hitless plate appearances across five games. Overall this season, Schunk has posted a paltry .407 OPS with 10 strikeouts over 33 plate appearances while up with the big-league club.
