Anderson knocked a two-run single during a three-run second inning Sunday. He's on a short five-game hitting streak, and he's produced three multi-hit performances during that span. The star shortstop is slashing .297/.335/.432 with 22 RBI this season.

Baez exited Sunday's game against the Giants in the seventh inning due to right thumb soreness, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.

Baez grounded out to end the top of the seventh inning, and he appeared to be shaking his right hand as he went to the dugout. He was replaced by Sergio Alcantara at shortstop in the bottom half of the frame, and it's not yet clear whether his injury will force him to miss additional time.

Crawford is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Cubs.

Crawford was involved in a collision with teammate Evan Longoria in the field during Saturday's game that resulted in the latter sustaining a shoulder injury that will sideline him for 4-to-6 weeks, but manager Gabe Kapler indicated Sunday that Crawford was feeling fine, according to Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area. Given that context, the lefty-hitting Crawford's absence from the lineup Sunday against a right-handed pitcher (Kyle Hendricks) is suspect, but fantasy managers will have to take Kapler's word that the 34-year-old shortstop is healthy. Crawford contributed a double in Saturday's game to give him 21 extra-base hits over 188 plate appearances in what's shaping up to be a career year for the veteran.

The Royals placed Mondesi on the 10-day injured list Sunday with a left hamstring strain.

Mondesi initially tweaked the hamstring in Monday's game against the Pirates, but the Royals waited six days before officially deactivating him when he didn't recover from the injury as quickly as hoped. Now on the shelf for a second time this season after missing the first seven weeks while recovering from an oblique injury, Mondesi's health is becoming a growing concern. The Royals haven't indicated when Mondesi might be ready to return from his latest setback, but whenever he's back in action, the lower-body concerns could prompt him to take a more conservative approach on the basepaths to avoid an aggravation. Nicky Lopez will likely be Mondesi's primary replacement in the middle infield until he's reinstated from the IL.

Astros manager Dusty Baker said Sunday that Diaz will be sidelined for approximately 6-to-8 weeks due to a fractured left hand, Danielle Lerner of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Diaz left Saturday's game against Toronto in the fourth inning after being hit by a pitch on the hand. Original reports indicated that he only suffered a contusion, but follow-up tests revealed structural damage to his hand. According to Brian McTaggart of MLB.com, Diaz will meet a hand specialist later this week, when a determination could be made regarding whether surgery will be necessary. Either way, the utility man looks destined to be sidelined through the All-Star break while he recovers from the injury. Houston is expected to officially move Diaz to the 10-day injured list ahead of Tuesday's series opener in Boston.

With left-hander Steven Matz starting for the Blue Jays, it's fair to think Diaz would have found his way into the lineup if he was fully healthy, so it appears that the hand issue is bothering him to some extent. It's unclear if the utility man could be available off the bench in the series finale.

Adrianza will start at third base and bat sixth Sunday against the Dodgers.

After having started Atlanta's last four games in left field, Adrianza appears to have emerged as the primary option at the position with Marcell Ozuna (finger) on the shelf. Abraham Almonte will get the nod in left in the series finale, but the versatile Adrianza will stick in the lineup thanks to everyday third baseman Austin Riley receiving a rare day off.

Lindor went 2-for-5 with a solo home run, double, an additional run and three strikeouts in a 4-0 win over San Diego on Saturday.

Lindor's fifth-inning home run doubled New York's lead to 2-0 and he later scored an insurance run after doubling in the ninth. This was Lindor's eighth straight game with a hit as he's gone 14-for-25 in that stretch and raised his average from .182 to .222.

Chang went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run in Saturday's 10-4 win over the Orioles.

The promotion of Bobby Bradley earlier in the day may have spurred Chang to launch his first homer of the year, as he took Adam Plutko deep in the third inning. It could be too little too late for him to maintain a consistent role at first base. Chang's .177 batting average and .493 OPS through 35 games.

Correa went 3-for-4 in Saturday's 6-2 loss to the Blue Jays.

The heart of the Astros' order couldn't do anything with their RBI opportunities, but Correa still put together his fifth multi-hit effort in his last 10 games. The shortstop is batting .400 (14-for-35) over that stretch with four homers, nine runs and 10 RBI, pushing his OPS on the year to .861.
