Kirby (2-4) allowed one run on three hits and struck out five without walking a batter over six innings to earn the win over the Royals on Monday.

Kirby threw 60 of 85 pitches for strikes in a dominant performance. He allowed two runs or less in five of his six starts in June, and he also walked one batter or fewer in five of those outings. It's a return to form for the steady right-hander, though his poor first two starts of the year are still weighing on his 4.85 ERA and 1.17 WHIP for the year, though his 41:9 K:BB over 42.2 innings is sharp. Kirby is projected for a favorable home matchup versus the Pirates this weekend.

Wacha (4-8) allowed five runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out one over five innings to take the loss on Monday versus the Mariners.

Wacha didn't get much support in the contest, which saw him take the loss for the fourth time in five starts in June. His last two outings had been quality starts, and he ended the month with 17 runs allowed over 28.1 innings. The veteran right-hander is now at a 3.62 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 75:26 K:BB through 97 innings over 17 starts this season. He's projected for a road start in Arizona his next time out.

Helman went 0-for-2 with a walk, a stolen base and one run scored in Monday's 10-6 extra-innings loss to the Orioles.

Helman earned his first start of the season in center field, covering for the absence of Evan Carter (personal), who is set to rejoin the Rangers on Wednesday. Helman was able to get aboard with a walk in the seventh, then stole second and came around to score after Gary Sanchez's attempt to throw him out went into the outfield, followed by Sanchez bobbling the return throw home. Helman's been up with the Rangers since Friday, appearing in two games, but his playing time will likely remain limited once the team is closer to full strength again. He'll likely get most of his starts against left-handed pitchers, and Helman could be the one to lose his roster spot once Wyatt Langford (oblique) is ready to return.

Duran stole two bases as a pinch runner in Monday's 10-6 extra-innings loss to the Orioles.

Duran swiped second and third after pinch running for Kyle Higashioka in the ninth inning. The Rangers left him stranded on third, and while they rallied to keep the game going in the 10th, they couldn't pull off a second comeback in the 11th. Duran is not seeing consistent playing time as a reserve infielder, which makes sense since he went just 4-for-23 (.174) with eight strikeouts over 13 games in June. Most of his starts are likely to be against left-handed pitchers, but his real value comes from versatility off the bench. Duran is batting just .138 this season while adding three steals, two RBI, four runs scored, four doubles and no home runs over 66 plate appearances.

Tromp has been diagnosed with a lower back strain and is expected to be placed on the 10-day injured list Tuesday, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Tromp was removed from Monday night's eventual extra-innings win over the Rangers in the third inning. Gary Sanchez had to take over at catcher, and Texas went 4-for-4 on stolen bases afterward. Adley Rutschman (oblique) and Maverick Handley (concussion) are still on the injured list for the Orioles. Top prospect Samuel Basallo remains at Triple-A Norfolk, where he's slashing .264/.390/.579 with 16 home runs, 37 RBI and 37 runs scored across 218 plate appearances. Veteran Jacob Stallings is also in Norfolk. Neither catcher is currently on the 40-man roster.

Garcia went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run and a stolen base in Monday's 10-6 extra-innings loss to the Orioles.

Garcia snapped a stretch of eight games without a multi-hit effort, a span in which he was 3-for-31 (.097) with 12 strikeouts. The outfielder's blast was a game-tying homer in the 10th inning, though the Rangers went on to give up four runs in the 11th. Garcia is batting .225 with a .659 OPS, 10 homers, eight steals, 45 RBI and 27 runs scored across 80 contests this season, numbers that have him at a similar pace compared to his 2024 production.

Semien went 3-for-3 with a two-run home run, two walks and two total runs scored in Monday's 10-6 extra-innings loss to the Orioles.

Semien got the Rangers on the board with his sixth-inning blast off Trevor Rogers. During his six-game hitting streak, Semien has gone 11-for-29 (.379) with three extra-base hits and five RBI. The second baseman is up to eight homers, 37 RBI, 34 runs scored, six stolen bases and a .237/.313/.355 slash line on the year, though he has consistently trended upward by hitting .324 with 14 extra-base hits over 26 contests in June.

Corbin allowed three runs on eight hits and a walk while striking out six over six innings in a no-decision versus the Orioles on Monday.

Corbin picked up his second quality start of June and his fourth such outing all season. The southpaw gave up all three runs on a double by Gary Sanchez in the third inning. Corbin surrendered 17 runs over 29 innings in June, losing three of his five starts in the process, so it's been a tough go of things for him lately. Overall, he's at a 4.26 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 65:24 K:BB through 82.1 innings across 15 starts. He's projected for a road start in San Diego this weekend.

Laureano went 4-for-6 with three doubles, one RBI and three runs scored in Monday's 10-6 extra-innings win over the Rangers.

Laureano has been hitting the ball well lately, going 12-for-24 (.500) with a home run, five RBI, six doubles and 12 runs scored over his last six games, four of which were multi-hit efforts. The outfielder was a tough out all game, including when he supplied an insurance run with an RBI double in the 11th inning. For the season, he's up to a .287/.358/.538 slash line with 10 home runs, 27 RBI, 32 runs scored, three stolen bases and 13 doubles across 57 games.

Cowser went 1-for-6 with a solo home run in Monday's 10-6 extra-innings win over the Rangers.

Cowser extended the Orioles' lead to 6-3 in the 10th inning, but the Rangers were able to counter in their half of the frame. The outfielder went 13-for-45 (.289) with four homers and 12 RBI over his last 12 games in June. For the season, he's at a .229/.295/.510 slash line with seven homers, 15 RBI, 13 runs and a stolen base across 105 plate appearances. He remains a significant source of power from the bottom half of the lineup.
