Ryan (4-3) earned the win over the White Sox on Monday, allowing four runs on eight hits and no walks while striking out nine batters over six innings.

Ryan benefitted from a big offensive performance by Minnesota's offense, which put up nine runs while the right-hander was in the game. Though he was dinged for five extra-base hits (two homers and three doubles), Ryan kept the damage -- and his pitch count -- reasonable enough to emerge with his second victory across his past three starts. The veteran hurler also finished with exactly nine strikeouts for the third straight outing after maxing out at seven punchouts through his first 10 starts of the season. Ryan has tossed at least six innings in five straight appearances after an injury scare resulted in an exit early in the first inning versus the Blue Jays on May 3. He's put up steady numbers throughout the campaign, posting a 3.20 ERA, 0.97 WHIP and 79:14 K:BB over 70.1 innings spanning 13 starts.

Dingler went 4-for-5 with a double, two home runs, two additional runs scored and four total RBI in Monday's 10-9 win over the Rays.

Dingler led the charge Monday with his best all-around game of the season, hitting two of Detroit's five home runs as a team in the offensive showcase. The catcher is now up to 13 long balls for the year, which ties his tally from the entire 2025 regular season. Dingler has struggled to make consistent contact recently with a .189 batting average over his last 15 games before Monday, but his power potential certainly helps offset that. Among MLB catchers, Dingler is second in home runs behind Shea Langeliers, who has gone deep 14 times.

Vest allowed a run on two hits across 1.2 innings of relief but managed to secure the save in Monday's 10-9 win over the Rays. He struck out two.

With Kyle Finnegan recording a blown save in four of his last nine appearances and Kenley Jansen (pelvis) on the injured list, the Tigers turned to Vest to close things out Monday. The veteran righty allowed at least one run for the third time in his last five games and now has an unsightly 7.23 ERA, but he still managed to shut the door for his first save of the year. Finnegan worked earlier in the contest, and both he and Vest could continue to get save opportunities for however long Jansen is out, making this a tricky bullpen for fantasy purposes.

Lee went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Monday's 10-9 win over the Rays.

Lee's second home run at the MLB level was one of five long balls hit by Detroit in the high-scoring contest. The 23-year-old infielder is off to a fairly slow start with a .205 batting average and .578 OPS across his first 32 games in the majors, though he's seeing more playing time at second base with Gleyber Torres (oblique) on the injured list. However, Torres could be back as soon as Tuesday, which would likely push Lee back to the bench or down to the minors.

Greene went 3-for-4 with a walk, a double, a solo home run and three total RBI in Monday's 10-9 win over the Rays.

Greene was right in the middle of Detroit's offensive onslaught Monday, as he lifted one of the team's five home runs. The talented outfielder only has five long balls through 61 games, putting him well behind last year's pace, when he blasted a career-high 36 homers in 157 regular-season games. However, Greene has otherwise been excellent with a .309/.399/.450 slash line, and the batting average and on-base percentage would both be new career bests.

Manager Kevin Cash said after Monday's 10-9 loss to the Tigers that Simpson (mouth) is expected to play Tuesday against Detroit, Ryan Bass of Rays.tv reports.

Simpson was removed from Monday's contest after he sustained a busted lip when his helmet fell off and came up to strike him in the mouth. Simpson required stitches but is otherwise fine. He went 1-for-2 with a single prior to leaving Monday.

Carpenter went 3-for-5 with a double, a solo home run and two total RBI in Monday's 10-9 win over the Rays.

Carpenter was one of four Detroit players to go deep in an offensive explosion Monday. The outfielder just returned from the injured list Sunday after missing about three weeks due to an AC joint sprain in his left shoulder, and the long ball was his first since April 24. Carpenter is still looking to hit his stride this year, and the injury certainly disrupted his momentum, but the 28-year-old is capable of heating up in a hurry.

Madden took a no-decision Monday against the Rays, allowing two runs on three hits and two walks in 3.1 innings. He struck out four.

After missing about two weeks with a right forearm contusion, Madden got a very quick hook Monday in a subpar outing. The 26-year-old right-hander made his first start of the season following three relief appearances, and he threw only 48 pitches (28 strikes) before his evening came to a close. Madden, who has a 3.07 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 16:4 K:BB over 14.2 innings, could be headed back to Detroit's bullpen when Justin Verlander (hip) is ready to rejoin the rotation.

Neto was scratched from the lineup for Monday's game against Colorado due to whiplash, reports Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com.

Neto is still dealing with whiplash after his recent collision at home plate during Saturday's game in Tampa Bay. Oswald Peraza will replace Neto at shortstop and bat fifth in the lineup for the series opener.

Schanuel (ankle) has started to run, take grounders and has done shuffling drills, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

After landing on the IL on Wednesday, Schanuel has begun participating in his first drills since the injury took place. The 24-year-old has not begun running at full intensity quite yet, but he felt fine at the pace he was going at Monday. The next step in the recovery process for Schanuel is hitting.
