Lowe went 1-for-5 with a three-run home run in Sunday's 9-6 win over the Rockies.

Lowe wasted no time getting Cincinnati on the board, crushing a three-run homer off Ryan Feltner in his first plate appearance as part of a five-run opening inning. The blast was his 11th of the season, and after enduring a 28-game home run drought, he has now gone deep twice over his last three contests. Across 72 games this season, Lowe is slashing .249/.333/.473 with 11 home runs, 13 doubles, 30 RBI and 22 runs scored.

Contreras went 1-for-2 with a three-run walk-off home run in Sunday's 3-1 win over the Marlins

Contreras entered the game as a pinch hitter for Jake Bauers in the seventh inning and struck out in his first trip to the plate. He got another chance in the ninth with two runners aboard and one out, trailing by a run, and made the most of it by launching a three-run walk-off homer off Pete Fairbanks. The blast was his 10th of the season. Contreras closed the first half in a 2-for-22 slump, so Sunday's heroics could provide some momentum as he looks to regain his rhythm at the plate.

Rodriguez did not factor into the decision in Sunday's extra-inning win, allowing five runs on seven hits and two walks over 2.2 innings against the Cardinals. He struck out three.

Rodriguez turned in what was likely his worst start of the campaign, surrendering a season-high five runs, all of which came in the third inning. Sunday's performance snapped a streak of six consecutive outings allowing two or fewer runs. The southpaw owns a 2.62 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 82:41 K:BB across 116.2 innings (20 starts) and will look to bounce back in his next outing, tentatively scheduled for Friday against the Nationals.

Bregman went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, a walk and an additional run scored in Sunday's 10-1 win over the Twins.

Bregman opened the scoring with a two-run blast off Zebby Matthews in the first inning, giving him his 10th home run of the season. The veteran infielder has begun to heat up after a slow first half, homering three times over his last five games. Bregman entered the All-Star break with a lackluster .241 average and .696 OPS, but his recent surge could be an encouraging sign that he's turning things up offensively.

Abner is expected to be optioned to Triple-A Reno on Monday, John Gambadoro of Arizona Sports 98.7 FM reports.

Abner will head back to Reno after being called up to the major-league roster July 9, combining to toss three scoreless innings, allowing one hit and issuing two walks while striking out one batter over two appearances following his promotion. Right-hander Juan Burgos is expected to replace the left-handed Abner in the major-league bullpen ahead of the team's three-game set at home against the Athletics beginning Monday.

Burgos is expected to be called up from Triple-A Reno on Monday, John Gambadoro of Arizona Sports 98.7 FM reports.

Burgos will join the Diamondbacks' major-league roster ahead of the team's three-game series at home versus the Athletics beginning Monday. The right-handed pitcher has appeared in one contest with Arizona so far this season, giving up one run on two hits over 1.1 innings against the Rays on June 26. In order to make room for Burgos with the big-league club, southpaw Philip Abner is expected to be optioned to Triple-A Reno in a corresponding move.

Stephenson went 3-for-4 with two home runs, a double and three RBI in Sunday's 9-6 win over the Rockies.

After Nathaniel Lowe gave Cincinnati an early lead with a three-run homer in the first inning, Stephenson followed later in the frame by taking Ryan Feltner deep for a two-run shot. He added a solo homer in the fifth before capping his night with a double in the seventh, marking his first multi-homer game of the season. Stephenson now has eight home runs on the year and has gone 19-for-50 (.380) over his last 15 games. The 29-year-old is slashing .247/.325/.396 across 75 games this season.

Goodman went 3-for-4 with three home runs and five RBI in Sunday's 9-6 loss to the Reds.

Goodman accounted for nearly all of Colorado's offense, taking Hunter Greene deep twice for the only three runs the right-hander allowed before adding a third homer off Sam Moll in the eighth inning. All three blasts were no-doubt shots, traveling 425, 435 and 442 feet. The catcher became the first player in Rockies history to record two three-homer games in the same season and now has 30 long balls on the year. He's slashing .257/.326/.561 and trails only Kyle Schwarber (33) for the National League home-run lead.

Greene (2-1) earned the win Sunday against the Rockies, allowing three runs on four hits while striking out seven over six innings.

Greene surrendered a solo homer to Hunter Goodman in the first inning but responded by allowing just one hit over the next four frames. Goodman got to him again with a two-run shot in the sixth, though Cincinnati had already plated nine runs by then. Greene's outing landed in between his two previous starts since returning from the injured list -- an eight-run clunker and a dominant seven-scoreless-inning, 12-strikeout performance. He's lined up to face the Cardinals on the road in his next scheduled start.

Feltner (3-4) took the loss Sunday against the Reds after allowing eight runs on seven hits and four walks while striking out three over 2.1 innings.

Feltner never found his footing as Cincinnati broke the game open immediately. Nathaniel Lowe belted a three-run homer in the first inning before Tyler Stephenson followed with a two-run shot later in the frame. Sal Stewart added a three-run homer in the second, and Feltner's day ended after issuing back-to-back walks in the third inning. The eight runs allowed tied his career high, set in 2024, and he has now issued four walks in three of his last five starts. Sunday's outing caused the right-hander's ERA to jump from 4.55 to 5.48. Feltner will look to rebound in his next scheduled start on the road against the Brewers.
