Stowers went 1-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run in Sunday's win over Atlanta.

The 27-year-old took Bryce Elder deep in the second inning to get the Marlins on the board. It was Stowers' 11th long ball of the season but his first since May 14, snapping a 31-game drought in which he's slashed a meager .228/.291/.297 with only five RBI. Stowers is showing signs of coming out of the slump even apart from the home run, however -- over his last 10 contests, he's gone 7-for-27 (.259) with three extra-base hits and a 5:6 BB:K.

Edwards went 3-for-4 with a walk, a double, a run scored, an RBI and a stolen base in Sunday's win over Atlanta.

The 25-year-old infielder continues to pile up hits in June. Edwards is slashing .357/.430/.414 through 18 contests on the month, and while a lack of power still limits his fantasy ceiling -- he has yet to hit a homer in 2025 -- he's supplied three steals, five RBI and 10 runs during that span as the Marlins' leadoff hitter.

Acuna went 2-for-4 with a double and two runs scored in Sunday's loss to the Marlins.

The 27-year-old continues to make up for lost time, after his season debut was delayed for two months while he completed his recovery from knee surgery. Acuna's hit safely in 16 of 19 June contests, slashing .409/.530/.682 during that span with five homers, two steals, nine RBI and 23 runs.

Turang went 2-for-5 with a three-run homer in Sunday's 9-8 win over the Twins.

Turang launched a 412-foot blast off David Festa in the fifth inning, his fifth of the year, that would prove to be a difference maker in Milwaukee's eventual one-run victory. Turang's now hit safely in seven straight games, going 11-for-29 (.379) with a .992 OPS in that span. Overall, he's slashing .274/.352/.367 with 50 runs scored, 30 RBI and 16 stolen bases through 322 plate appearances this season.

McLain went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 4-1 win over St. Louis.

McLain gave the Reds an early lead when he belted a first-inning home run, which extended his hit streak to 10 games. A season-opening slump prompted manager Terry Francona to drop McLain to eighth or ninth in the order over the last several weeks, but he moved into the No. 2 spot Sunday for just the second time since mid-May. In his last 15 games, McLain has posted a .340/.421/.560 line with three home runs and eight RBI, and his continued surge at the plate could result in him settling into the two hole on a more consistent basis.

Herrera could face competition as the primary catcher with the Diamondbacks expected to sign veteran backstop James McCann, MLB.com reports.

Herrera has started six of the last seven games since Arizona placed Gabriel Moreno (hand) on the 10-day injured list. The Diamondbacks' catchers are a combined 4-for-23 during that stretch, and Herrera is batting .176 this season. The 35-year-old McCann may not know Arizona's pitchers as intimately as Herrera, but he has vast experience in handling pitchers and in-game strategy while bringing more pop to the position.

Grichuk started in right field and went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI in Sunday's 4-2 loss to Colorado.

Grichuk knocked in a run with a sacrifice fly in the second inning and singled in a run two innings later. He's started five consecutive games, which includes three against left-handers and two against righties. Grichuk routinely starts against southpaws, but his presence against right-handers is due to Corbin Carroll's hand injury. Carroll has missed four games due to the injury, and now the Diamondbacks will have him undergo an MRI. Arizona is scheduled to face White Sox right-hander Shane Smith on Monday.

Glasnow (shoulder) tossed two scoreless in his rehab start with Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sunday. He gave up no hits, walked three batters and struck out one.

Glasnow took the mound in a game for the first time since April 27 and understandably showed some rust, issuing three free passes and throwing just 22 of 48 pitches for strikes. Despite the control issues, the veteran righty got through two scoreless frames without allowing a hit. He topped out at 98.3 miles per hour with his fastball, so his velocity appears to be in a good place as he works toward a return to the big-league club. Glasnow will likely need at least a couple more rehab outings before he's ready to be activated from the 60-day injured list.

Gordon (oblique) will begin a rehab assignment Tuesday with Triple-A Albuquerque, MLB.com reports.

Gordon will make a pair of rehab starts, with the first coming Tuesday and second Sunday. There's no official word if he'll be activated immediately after the latter outing, or if he'll have a spot in the big-league rotation upon his return.

Ohtani threw a perfect inning with two strikeouts and went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, a three-RBI triple and two additional runs scored during Sunday's 13-7 win over the Nationals.

Ohtani surrendered a run and two hits in his 2025 pitching debut, but he rebounded with a dominant first inning Sunday. The two-way star showcased exactly why he's one of the most valuable players in baseball, adding to the stellar pitching by plating five runs and reaching safely three times. The performance marked Ohtani's second game this season with five-plus RBI and snapped a 2-for-19 (.105) slump that occurred over his past five games. With 26 home runs, he trails only Cal Raleigh (31) and Aaron Judge (27) in home runs in 2025.
