Philadelphia signed Pham to a minor-league deal on Saturday, Jorge Castillo of ESPN.com reports.

Pham had been a free agent for just over two weeks after being released by Baltimore on June 12. This will be the 38-year-old's third organization of 2026 after recording 14 plate appearances for the Mets in April. In Pham's most recent action with Triple-A Norfolk, he slashed .175/.254/.381 with four homers in 71 plate appearances.

Carrigg is not in the lineup for Saturday's matchup against Minnesota.

After going 0-for-4 with a walk, strikeout and a run scored in the series opener against Minnesota on Friday, Carrigg will ride the bench Saturday. Jake McCarthy will take over in center field and lead off for Colorado.

Tovar isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against Minnesota.

Tovar will catch a breather after going 2-for-15 at the plate across his last four starts. Willi Castro will slide over to shortstop as a result, giving Kyle Karros a start at the hot corner.

The Cubs optioned Murray to Triple-A Iowa on Saturday, Taylor McGregor of Marquee Sports Network reports.

After a rocky appearance Friday against Milwaukee, Murray will head back down to Iowa after just being recalled Tuesday. The 29-year-old made two appearances after being called up, giving up six earned runs on six hits and two walks through three innings. Bryse Wilson will be added to the active roster as a corresponding move.

Julien isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against Minnesota.

Julien will grab a seat on the bench Saturday after going 1-for-4 with a walk, an RBI and two runs scored during Friday's series opener. Tyler Freeman will shift to second base while Julien sits, opening up right field for Troy Johnston.

Beavers (oblique) is in Baltimore before Saturday's matchup against Washington after playing in six rehab games, and he could soon be activated from the injured list, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Beavers, who was placed on the injured list May 13 with a right oblique strain, is feeling good and appears on the cusp of being reinstated. The 24-year-old is going through a workout Saturday after participating in six rehab games, which could be the final hurdle before activation. Prior to hitting the IL, Beavers slashed .243/.331/.369 with two homers and 12 RBI in 119 plate appearances.

Ruiz is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the Orioles.

After going 1-for-3 with an RBI in the series opener against Baltimore, Ruiz will ride the bench for the second game of the series. Drew Millas will be behind the plate and bat ninth Saturday.

DeLuca isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against Arizona, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

DeLuca will step out of the starting nine Saturday after going 0-for-4 to begin the series Friday. His absence will allow Victor Mesa to start in right field while batting fourth.

Polanco (Achilles) will begin a rehab assignment at Triple-A Syracuse on Saturday, Will Sammon of The Athletic reports.

Polanco originally began a rehab assignment in late May, but the Mets shut him down in early June after he reported renewed soreness in his ankle. Now ready to return to a competitive setting, the 32-year-old will work exclusively as a designated hitter while he ramps up and could eventually take over as the Mets' primary DH once activated.

Ragans will undergo surgery on his left elbow Wednesday, Anne Rogers of MLB.com reports.

A left elbow impingement has kept Ragans on the shelf since early May. He suffered a setback in his recovery June 13 and will now opt to go under the knife to address the issue. The type of procedure he receives will be determined once the surgeon, Dr. Neal ElAttrache, diagnoses exactly what is wrong with Ragans' elbow, so a timeline for the southpaw's return won't be available until the operation is complete.
