The Yankees placed Grisham on the 10-day injured list Saturday due to a right hamstring strain.

Grisham tweaked his right hamstring during Friday's game against the Padres. The injury is severe enough for the veteran outfielder to go on the IL, and the Yankees are hopeful that he'll be back with the big club before the regular season is complete. Jasson Dominguez was recalled from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre in a corresponding move, and Spencer Jones could see a bump in playing time in center field against right-handed pitching for as long as Grisham is sidelined.

Diaz is not in the Rangers' starting lineup against the Rays on Saturday.

Diaz will get a breather after going 4-for-13 with one home run, five RBI and two runs scored across his four prior outings. Danny Jansen will start behind home plate Saturday and bat ninth while catching Jacob deGrom.

Bailey is not in the Guardians' starting lineup against the Tigers on Saturday, Tim Stebbins of MLB.com reports.

Bailey will be on the bench for Saturday's game while Austin Hedges starts behind home plate and bats eighth, forming a battery with southpaw Parker Messick. Bailey has gone 14-for-58 (.241) with one steal, three home runs and 12 RBI since Aug. 1.

Martinez (shoulder) is starting in right field and batting second against the Tigers on Saturday, Tim Stebbins of MLB.com reports.

Martinez sustained a left shoulder bruise during the second game of Friday's doubleheader against Detroit when he collided with Brayan Rocchio. The injury doesn't appear to be a major concern, as Martinez is in the lineup for Saturday's contest. He has gone 8-for-26 with one steal, two home runs, six RBI and six runs scored over his last nine games.

Stott (personal) will start at third base and bat eighth Saturday against Atlanta.

Stott was scratched from the lineup Friday for personal reasons but will end up missing just the one game before returning to the starting nine Saturday. The 28-year-old has been in a bit of a slump recently, slashing just .156/.204/.267 in 49 plate appearances across his last 13 games.

DeLauter (wrist) is not in the Guardians' starting lineup against the Tigers on Saturday, Tim Stebbins of MLB.com reports.

DeLauter suffered a right wrist sprain during the second game of Friday's doubleheader against Detroit. He's considered day-to-day, but it's uncertain if he will be back in the lineup for Sunday's series finale. Angel Martinez (shoulder) will start in right field while Jo Adell serves as the Guardians' designated hitter.

Yastrzemski isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Phillies.

After going just 3-for-19 with two runs scored and five strikeouts in his last seven games, Yastrzemski will step out of the starting nine Saturday while Mauricio Dubon starts in left field, clearing the way for Ha-Seong Kim to start at shortstop.

Murphy isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Phillies.

Murphy will retreat to the dugout Saturday after going 0-for-2 with a pair of walks during a win in Friday's series opener. Drake Baldwin will start behind the plate in Murphy's absence, and Dominic Smith will serve as the DH.

The Blue Jays claimed Ross off waivers from the Mets on Saturday and optioned him to Triple-A Buffalo.

Ross will join the Blue Jays organization after being designated for assignment by the Mets on Thursday. He is slashing .184/.333/.418 with three steals, 11 home runs and 29 RBI across 245 plate appearances in the minors this season, with the vast majority of his playing time taking place in Triple-A.

Kelly isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against Miami.

Kelly will move to the bench Saturday after going 1-for-11 with an RBI and a run scored in three games to begin September. Miguel Amaya will handle catching duties and bat ninth.
