Sasaki was removed from Wednesday's game against Atlanta due to a blister on his right middle finger.

It's unknown whether Sasaki's blister will delay his next start, but the Dodgers will likely monitor his status over the next few days before confirming the date of his next appearance. He exited Wednesday's game after giving up four earned runs on six hits and two walks while fanning three batters in 3.1 innings.

Fermin will start at second base and bat sixth in Wednesday's game against the Orioles.

Fermin will stick in the lineup for a fifth straight game after going 3-for-16 with a home run, a double and three RBI over the prior four contests. Three of those starts have come at second base, where Fermin could serve as the Cardinals' primary option while JJ Wetherholt is needed at shortstop as a replacement for Masyn Winn (thumb), who was moved to the injured list Tuesday.

Jordan is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Orioles.

The right-hander has posted a 2.95 ERA across 36.2 innings in his last seven outings, lowering his ERA to 4.26 with a 1.36 WHIP and 117:68 K:BB over 131 innings this season. Chandler is tentatively in line for a home matchup with the Giants in his next time out.

May was removed from Wednesday's game against the Mets after getting hit on the back by a comebacker, Curt Hogg of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

May's first pitch of the game came right back at him at 106 mph, striking him in the back. He managed to throw a few warm-up pitches afterward, but the Brewers' training staff ultimately made the call to take the 28-year-old out of the game. Because he threw just one pitch Wednesday, he could return to the mound to make his next start within the next few days, but the Brewers will first need to confirm he didn't suffer a severe injury.

Vasquez (10-6) earned the win Wednesday over the Pirates, allowing just one hit and two walks over five scoreless innings. He struck out two.

Vasquez was limited to just 68 pitches Wednesday, but he still managed to earn the win with another strong outing -- the righty has earned wins in four of his last five appearances while posting a 2.29 ERA over his last 35.1 frames. Vasquez's ERA is down to 4.02 this season with a 1.28 WHIP and 76:34 K:BB across 123 innings. He's currently in line to face the Reds on the road his next time out.

Antonacci is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Rangers.

Antonacci will hit the bench along with fellow left-handed hitter Colson Montgomery while southpaw MacKenzie Gore takes the hill for Texas. Tristan Peters will receive the starting nod in left field while Antonacci rests.

Schwarber went 2-for-5 with a three-run homer, a double and a second run scored in Wednesday's 6-0 win over the Mariners.

Schwarber broke the game open in the second inning with a three-run, 425-foot blast off Bryan Woo, extending the Phillies' lead to 6-0. Schwarber became the first player in the majors to reach 40 homers this year, while reaching the mark for the fourth time in his last five seasons. Overall, he's slashing .243/.358/.531 with 81 RBI and 79 runs scored across 573 plate appearances this season.

Romo is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Rangers.

Romo will hit the bench after he went 1-for-7 with a walk and a run scored while starting behind the dish in the first two contests of the series. Jake Rogers will handle catching duties Wednesday.
