Guerrero (back) is in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Red Sox.

After missing the final two games of the most recent series against the Yankees with back tightness, Guerrero is back at first base and batting third in the order. The 27-year-old slugger has struggled with hitting the long ball, as he has yet to hit one over the fence since May 17. Guerrero has slashed .280/.372/.366 in 288 plate appearances on the campaign.

The Brewers recalled Pratt from Triple-A Nashville on Tuesday, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

Word broke Sunday that Pratt was on his way to the big leagues, and his promotion is now official. The 21-year-old's .241/.349/.386 batting line at Nashville is underwhelming, but he's hit .281 with four home runs and six stolen bases over his last 25 games. Pratt is expected to take over as the Brewers' primary shortstop, leaving David Hamilton and Joey Ortiz to cover third base. He is starting at shortstop and batting eighth Tuesday against the Guardians in his major-league debut.

Baldwin (oblique) is back in the starting lineup and batting leadoff for Tuesday's matchup against the Giants.

Baldwin has not been in action since he was placed on the injured list May 19 and will make his return in Tuesday's series opener. Before landing on the injured list, the 25-year-old slashed .303/.389/.543 with 13 homers and 38 RBI. Atlanta's catching depth is already razor thin with Sean Murphy on the 60-day IL, so Baldwin props up the roster in that regard.

Wells (head) has been sent to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to begin a rehab assignment.

Wells is ready to participate in games again after going on the 10-day injured list earlier this month with cervical headaches. He's eligible for activation now and hasn't missed much time, so Wells' rehab assignment should be brief.

Baltimore optioned Nunez to Triple-A Norfolk on Tuesday.

Nunez was last in action on Sunday, when he pitched one scoreless inning against San Diego. On the campaign, the right-hander has posted a 4.98 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 38:14 K:BB through 34.1 innings. The 24-year-old will head down to Norfolk to make room for Ryan Helsley on the active roster.

The Orioles activated Helsley (elbow) from the 15-day injured list Tuesday.

Helsley wound up being sidelined for seven weeks with right elbow inflammation. He struck out five of seven batters faced over two scoreless rehab innings with Triple-A Norfolk and should slide right back into the closer role in Baltimore. Helsley posted a 2.53 ERA and 15:7 K:BB over 10.2 frames while notching seven saves before he got injured.

De La Cruz (hamstring) is scheduled to begin running Tuesday and Wednesday, and he will begin a rehab assignment Friday with Triple-A Gwinnett, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports.

After landing on the injured list June 1, De La Cruz is slated to begin physical activities Tuesday. The 24-year-old is expected to begin his rehab assignment with five innings of action Friday, a start at DH on Saturday and taking the field at shortstop Sunday for the Triple-A team. With De La Cruz's hamstring nearly 90 percent healed, the shortstop is much closer to joining the big-league club.

Sloan is not part of the Mariners' "immediate plans," Adam Jude of The Seattle Times reports.

Sloan's 4.44 ERA at Double-A Arkansas is a tad bloated thanks to a couple clunkers, but he boasts a 58:12 K:BB over 46.2 innings in his 11 starts. The 20-year-old right-hander is in the Mariners' plans for later this summer, per Jude, but Seattle already has six viable starting pitchers at the major-league level, and fellow prospect Kade Anderson could also be ahead of Sloan in the pecking order.

Turner (wrist) is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Marlins, Paul Casella of MLB.com reports.

The 32-year-old departed Monday's game against the Marlins with a bruised right wrist after being hit by a pitch, and he'll miss at least one start due to the injury. Edmundo Sosa is picking up a start at shortstop Tuesday in the absence of Turner. Phillies interim manager Don Mattingly said Tuesday that Turner is likely to return to the lineup Wednesday, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.

The Mets have reinstated Senga (spine/arm) from the 15-day injured list to start Tuesday's game against the Reds.

Senga will return to the big-league club after a seven-week absence due to back and arm injuries. The 33-year-old built up to 75 pitches and six innings during his fourth and final rehab outing, so he'll likely still have some minor workload limitations early on. The Mets optioned Jonathan Pintaro to Triple-A Syracuse to make room for Senga on the active roster.
