  • Eagles' Kenny Pickett: Injures ribs during spot duty

Pickett said he had X-rays on his ribs after Sunday's 36-33 loss at Washington, Brooks Kubena of The Athletic reports. Stepping in for Jalen Hurts (concussion) in the first quarter, Pickett completed 14 of 24 passes for 143 yards, one touchdown and one interception and recorded three carries for 13 yards.

Pickett replaced Hurts early on and directed the Eagles' offense for the rest of the contest, but emergency third quarterback Tanner McKee was spotted throwing passes on the sideline in the fourth quarter, which coincided with the former seemingly committing a fumble that was ruled an incomplete pass upon review. Pickett confirmed that the rib injury occurred on that play and that he'll be evaluated further Monday. With Hurts in the protocol for head injuries and Pickett banged up as well, Philadelphia's QB situation is in some flux as the team gears up for a matchup with the Cowboys next Sunday.

  • Colts' Anthony Richardson: Only 11 pass attempts in win

Richardson completed seven of 11 passes for 131 yards with one touchdown and one interception and added nine carries for 70 yards and another score in the Colts' 38-30 win over the Titans on Sunday.

The erratic second-year signal-caller wasn't asked to do much Sunday, with Jonathan Taylor shouldering the bulk of the load on offense via a 218-yard, three-touchdown performance. However, Richardson managed to make good use of his sparse opportunities as a passer, connecting with Josh Downs for his one touchdown pass and averaging 11.9 yards per attempt. Richardson also provided his usual standout production on the ground, setting a new career high in rushing yardage and scoring his sixth rushing TD of the campaign on a five-yard run early in the second quarter. Richardson's passing production is going to remain volatile from game to game, but he'll have another favorable matchup in a Week 17 road clash with the Giants.

  • Bryce Young QB | CAR

Panthers' Bryce Young: Best start of 2024

Young completed 17 of 26 pass attempts for 158 yards and two touchdowns while adding 68 rushing yards and a third score on five carries in Sunday's 36-30 overtime win over the Cardinals.

Young saved his best performance to date in 2024 for the fantasy playoffs en route to an impressive upset victory. It was the struggling sophomore's first career game with three total touchdowns and no turnovers through 28 career starts with Carolina. Young's big day brought his TD:INT to 10:9 this season after throwing 11 touchdowns to 10 interceptions as a rookie in 2023. Head coach Dave Canales already gave his developing signal-caller a vote of confidence for the remainder of the regular season prior to Sunday's kickoff, setting up Young for a road start against Tampa Bay next Sunday.

  • Caleb Williams QB | CHI

Bears' Caleb Williams: Impressive numbers in loss

Williams completed 26 of 40 passes for 334 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions and rushed six times for 34 yards in the Bears' 34-17 loss to the Lions on Sunday.

The end result was another ugly loss for the Bears that dropped them to 4-11, but Williams' play was encouraging from a statistical perspective. The rookie first overall pick's yardage total was the third highest of his career, and the performance was his fourth 300-yard effort overall. Williams authored his fourth multi-touchdown tally of the last five contests by connecting with Cole Kmet (one yard) and Keenan Allen (45 yards) for his pair of scoring passes, both of which came in the second quarter. He also hasn't thrown an interception in nine straight games. Williams will look to continue honing his craft while seeking to snap what is now a nine-game losing streak for Chicago when the Seahawks come to town for a Week 17 matchup Thursday night.

  • Kyler Murray QB | ARI

Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Mixed results in crushing loss

Murray completed 20 of 32 pass attempts for 202 yards, one touchdown and one interception in addition to eight rushing attempts for 63 yards, another score and a fumble lost in Sunday's 36-30 overtime loss to Carolina.

Murray provided mixed results for fantasy managers in a must-win contest that the Cardinals squandered in overtime to a Panthers squad that entered Week 16 with three wins on the year. The dual-threat QB was responsible for two scores Sunday, but he also committed two turnovers for the third time over his last four appearances. The loss eliminated Arizona from playoff contention, meaning that Murray and the Cardinals can only play the role of spoiler in Week 17 against the Rams on Saturday.

  • Joe Burrow QB | CIN

Bengals' Joe Burrow: Throws three TDs in win

Burrow completed 23 of 30 passes for 252 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in the Bengals' 24-6 win over the Browns on Sunday. He also rushed twice for 19 yards and lost a fumble.

Burrow put together another one of his signature crisp passing performances, with the only true blemish on his day the fumble he committed on a sack at the Browns' 15-yard line with just over four and a half minutes remaining. Otherwise, Burrow was busy dissecting Cleveland's secondary on his way to his record seventh straight game with at least 250 passing yards and three touchdowns. The 2020 first overall pick hit Tee Higgins (two yards), Andrei Iosivas (six yards) and Ja'Marr Chase (32 yards) for his trio of scores Sunday, and he'll look to replicate the strong numbers versus a talented Broncos secondary at home in a Saturday afternoon Week 17 matchup.

  • Jared Goff QB | DET

Lions' Jared Goff: Eight TD passes in last two games

Goff completed 23 of 32 passes for 336 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 34-17 win over the Bears. He added one rushing attempt for minus-1 yard.

Goff linked up with Jameson Williams for an 82-yard touchdown in the second quarter and added an eight-yard touchdown pass to Amon-Ra St. Brown in the final minute of the first half. Detroit took a 27-14 lead into the locker room, and Goff finished the first half with 254 passing yards. He stretched the lead to 20 with a 21-yard trick play touchdown pass to Sam LaPorta just 2:42 into the third quarter, which was Goff's career-high 33rd touchdown pass. Goff has thrown for 830 yards and eight touchdowns across his last two starts heading into a Week 17 Monday Night Football matchup against a 49ers team that has been mathematically eliminated from playoff contention.

  • Browns' Dorian Thompson-Robinson: Pair of picks in starting debut

Thompson-Robinson completed 20 of 34 passes for 157 yards with no touchdowns and two interceptions while adding nine carries for 49 yards in the Browns' 24-6 loss to the Bengals on Sunday. He also fumbled once but recovered.

Thompson-Robinson and the Browns' offense as a whole got a big boost on the first play from scrimmage when Jerome Ford ripped off a 66-yard run up the gut of the Bengals' defense. However, in a sign of what type of day it would be for Cleveland, D'Onta Foreman subsequently fumbled at the goal line on that possession and Thompson-Robinson could only help his team to 10 net offensive yards the rest of the first half. The second-year signal-caller then short-circuited consecutive third-quarter drives with interceptions, the first of which came in the end zone. Thompson-Robinson did make plenty of positive plays with his legs and displayed decent command of the offense by connecting with six different targets, but he'll need to eliminate the mistakes to give his team a better chance in a Week 17 home matchup against the Dolphins, a game that head coach Kevin Stefanski committed to having Thompson-Robinson start, per Zac Jackson of The Athletic, provided the minor calf issue the young quarterback suffered on the game's opening drive doesn't prevent him from doing so.

  • Carter Bradley QB | JAC

Raiders' Carter Bradley: Serving as emergency QB vs. Jags

Bradley (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday afternoon's game versus Jacksonville but is available as the Raiders' emergency third quarterback.

Bradley will only be eligible to see the field should something happen to quarterbacks Aidan O'Connell and Desmond Ridder. He has not yet logged a stat in his NFL career.

  • Brett Rypien QB | MIN

Vikings' Brett Rypien: Inactive as QB3

Rypien (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game versus Seattle but is available as the emergency quarterback.

Rypien will be inactive yet again for the Vikings, but he would be eligible should something happen to both Sam Darnold and Nick Mullens. The veteran quarterback has yet to see the field this year.
