Andy Dalton QB | PHI
Panthers' Andy Dalton: Expected to sign with Panthers
The Panthers have agreed to terms with Dalton on a two-year, $10 million contract, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
The deal contains $8 million guaranteed. The Panthers will be the 35-year-old Dalton's fifth different team in the last five years after he spent nine seasons with the Bengals. Dalton started 14 games for the Saints last season, completing 66.7 percent of his passes for 2,871 yards, 18 touchdowns, and nine interceptions. In Carolina, he'll be the presumed backup to whichever quarterback the Panthers select with the No. 1 overall pick next month.

Desmond Ridder QB | GB
Falcons' Desmond Ridder: Still viewed as Falcons' starter
Despite the Falcons' reported signing of Taylor Heinicke, Ridder is still expected to enter training camp as the starting quarterback, ESPN's Michael Rothstein reports.
It's become evident that Atlanta wants to see what it has in Ridder, the No. 74 overall pick in last year's NFL Draft. He made four starts to close out his rookie season but wasn't all that impressive, completing 63.5 percent of his throws for 177 yards per game with two touchdowns and two interceptions. Heinicke could give Ridder a run at the top job in camp, but the former Commander has already demonstrated he isn't a 17-game starter in the NFL.

Nick Mullens QB | JAC
Vikings' Nick Mullens: Expected to re-sign with Minnesota
Mullens is expected to re-sign with the Vikings, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
The Raiders traded Mullens to the Vikings in August last year, and the quarterback served as the primary backup to Kirk Cousins during the 2022 campaign. The undrafted product out of Southern Mississippi figures to garner a similar role in 2023 if a deal is finalized soon.

Taylor Heinicke QB | LAC
Falcons' Taylor Heinicke: Linking up with Atlanta
Heinicke came to terms Tuesday with Atlanta on a two-year contract, Mike Garafolo and Ian Rapoport of NFL Network report.
Heinicke is expected to join a quarterback room currently led by second-year pro Desmond Ridder, putting Heinicke in a position to serve as a veteran understudy. An Atlanta native who will turn 30 years old Wednesday, Heinicke logged 24 regular-season starts with the Commanders over the past two seasons and threw for 32 touchdowns against 21 interceptions during that stretch.

Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: Restructures deal
Allen agreed to a restructured contract with the Bills on Monday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Buffalo created close to $32 million in cap space by restructuring the contracts of Allen and Von Miller. Allen accounted for just over $21 million of that cap space by converting $26.4 million of his 2023 salary into a signing bonus. The quarterback -- who turns 27 in May -- is hoping this move will help the Bills fortify the roster around him after falling short in the playoffs in recent years. Allen is expected to enter the 2023 season fully healthy after playing through a lingering UCL injury in his right throwing elbow in 2022.

Jameis Winston QB | NYG
Saints' Jameis Winston: Agrees to amended contract
The Saints and Winston agreed to a restructured contract Monday, Josina Anderson of CBS Sports reports.
The two-year deal that Winston signed last offseason initially came with a cap hit of $15.6 million for 2023. Following the restructure, though, he'll be able to make up to $8 million in the coming campaign, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Winston started the first three games of this past season for New Orleans before effectively getting shut down after Week 3 in favor of Andy Dalton, despite attaining full health by Week 7. Now with Derek Carr landing a four-year, $150 million contract with the team this offseason, Winston will remain a backup this fall.

Sam Darnold QB | SEA
49ers' Sam Darnold: Heads to 49ers on one-year pact
Darnold and the 49ers agreed to terms on a one-year contract Monday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
The No. 3 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft will be joining his third team in six years after making just six starts for the Panthers last season. Carolina preferred Baker Mayfield over Darnold to begin 2022, and the two sides were always headed for a split. In San Francisco, Darnold gives the 49ers a veteran arm while both Trey Lance (ankle) and Brock Purdy (elbow) rehab significant injuries.

Case Keenum QB | CHI
Texans' Case Keenum: To sign two-year deal with Texans
Keenum agreed to terms Monday on a two-year contract with the Texans, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The 35-year-old Keenum played his college ball at Houston and is going back home to compete for a backup job with the Texans. There is still a lot to be sorted out at the quarterback spot in Houston, as the Texans are fully expected to use the No. 2 overall pick in next month's draft on a passer. Davis Mills also remains on the roster.
-
Mike White QB | CAR
Dolphins' Mike White: To sign with Dolphins
White (ribs) agreed to terms with the Dolphins on a two-year contract Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
White gives the Dolphins an experienced backup behind Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) with Teddy Bridgewater a free agent. White, who turns 28 later this month, made seven starts for the Jets over the last two seasons, completing 62.2 percent of his passes at 7.0 yards per attempt with eight touchdowns and 12 interceptions.

Jimmy Garoppolo QB | LAR
Raiders' Jimmy Garoppolo: Set to join Vegas
The Raiders agreed Monday to a contract with Garoppolo (foot), Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Per Schefter, Garoppolo's looming deal with the Raiders is a three-year, $67.5 million pact that includes $34 million guaranteed. In his new locale, Garoppolo is in line take over Las Vegas' starting QB slot, which had been vacated by the departure of Derek Carr, who is now with the Saints. In the process, Garoppolo is reunited with head coach Josh McDaniels, who worked with the signal-caller earlier in his career while the two were both with the Patriots.
