Myles Gaskin RB | SEA
Myles Gaskin: Cut from Seahawks' practice squad
Seattle cut Gaskin from the practice squad Thursday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Gaskin wasn't elevated for a single regular-season game during his time on the Seahawks' practice squad. The versatile veteran running back will work to catch on in a similar depth capacity elsewhere in the league.

Isiah Pacheco RB | DET
Chiefs' Isiah Pacheco: Limited practice Thursday
Pacheco (knee) was limited at practice Thursday.
After being listed as a full participant Wednesday, Pacheco -- who is still sporting a bulky brace on his right knee -- per Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com, was deemed limited a day later. With that in mind, it's possible the running back's downgrade in participation level was indicative of load management rather than a setback, with Friday's final injury report slated to add further context with regard to Pacheco's chances of returning from a two-game absence Sunday against the Colts.

Dameon Pierce RB | PHI
Dameon Pierce: Time up with Texans
Pierce was waived by the Texans on Thursday.
Pierce could garner some interest on waivers considering he has posted some promising performances when given the opportunity. Houston's 2022 fourth-round pick out of Florida rushed for 939 yards as a rookie and capped the 2024 regular season with a 176-yard rushing performance when the Texans were resting starters. Pierce failed to carve out a much of a role in 2025 despite Joe Mixon's (foot/ankle) season-long absence, falling behind rookie Woody Marks, veteran Nick Chubb and even pass-catching specialist Dare Ogunbowale on the running back depth chart prior to being waived.

Roschon Johnson RB | CHI
Bears' Roschon Johnson: Added to injury report
Johnson (thumb) did not practice Thursday.
Johnson wasn't listed on Wednesday's injury report, an indication that he injured this thumb during Week 12 practices. Travis Homer (hamstring/knee) also missed practice Thursday, potentially leaving the Bears thin on backfield depth behind D'Andre Swift (hip) and Kyle Monangai heading into a home matchup against the Steelers on Sunday.

Travis Homer RB | PIT
Bears' Travis Homer: Misses practice Thursday
Homer (hamstring/knee) did not practice Thursday.
Homer was limited in practice Wednesday, but he's now taken a step in the wrong direction for Week 12. Roschon Johnson (thumb) also missed practice Thursday, though backfield leaders D'Andre Swift (hip) and Kyle Monangai were both full participants ahead of Sunday's home game against the Steelers.
-
Jaylen Warren RB | PIT
Steelers' Jaylen Warren: Officially limited Thursday
Warren (ankle) was listed as a limited participant at Thursday's practice, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Both Warren and Aaron Rodgers (left wrist) upgraded to limited participation Thursday after sitting out Wednesday, so the Steelers may still wind up having both their top running back and starting quarterback available for Sunday's game at Chicago. Warren's return Thursday is a step in the right direction, but he could still carry an injury designation into Sunday's game unless he upgrades to full participation Friday. Backups Kenneth Gainwell and Kaleb Johnson are both healthy.
-
D'Andre Swift RB | CHI
Bears' D'Andre Swift: Practices fully Thursday
Swift (hip) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
Swift has been a regular on Bears injury reports dating back to Week 7, but he appears to be getting gradually healthier. After sitting out a Nov. 2 win over the Bengals and then having his reps managed more carefully prior to returning to the lineup for a Week 10 win over the Giants, Swift has now upgraded to full participation by the Bears' second practice for the second straight week. Swift looks to be good to go for Sunday's game against the Steelers, and he could be in line for a larger workload after he handily outperformed rookie Kyle Monangai out of the backfield in both of the past two games. Between those contests, Swift averaged 5.0 yards on 34 totes, while Monangai was limited to an average of 2.7 yards per carry on 19 rushing attempts.

Jaylen Warren RB | PIT
Steelers' Jaylen Warren: Returns to practice Thursday
Warren (ankle) is participating in Thursday's practice, Brian Batko of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Per Batko, Warren is moving around well. Whether Warren is ultimately listed as a full participant or limited participant, his return to practice Thursday is an encouraging sign after he didn't practice Wednesday. Warren played only one snap after injuring his ankle in the second half of this past Sunday's win over the Bengals.

Josh Jacobs RB | GB
Packers' Josh Jacobs: Practicing Thursday
Jacobs (knee) took part in individual drills at Thursday's practice, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Per Zach Kruse of USA Today, coach Matt LaFleur hinted earlier Thursday that Jacobs had a chance to practice, but his official activity level won't be known until the Packers post their second Week 12 injury report. Jacobs made an early exit from this past Sunday's win at the Giants with what eventually was termed a bruised knee, and while he won't require surgery, he is in danger of missing Sunday's game against the Vikings. Emanuel Wilson and, to a lesser extent, Chris Brooks are in line for increased workloads in the event that Jacobs is limited or sidelined this weekend.

Travis Etienne RB | NO
Jaguars' Travis Etienne: Taking part in non-contact practice
Etienne (shoulder) is handling non-contact reps at Thursday's practice, Ryan O'Halloran of The Florida Times-Union reports.
Etienne appears set to log as second consecutive limited practice to begin Week 12 preparations, meaning his status will need to be closely monitored leading up to Sunday's road matchup against the Patriots. Bhayshul Tuten (ankle) was also limited Wednesday, and before the rookie was forced out versus the Chargers in Week 11 due to injury he and Etienne had split backfield reps nearly evenly.
