Miller is believed to have suffered a torn ACL in Sunday's loss to the Bears, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.

It's yet another injury for the 23-year-old running back, who missed 20 of 34 regular-season contests across his first two seasons before playing in all seven to open the 2025 campaign. However, Miller now appears set to miss the final 10 contests of this season after producing a 47-193-1 rushing line as Alvin Kamara's backup. With Miller looking done for the remainder of the season, Devin Neal projects to slide into the RB2 role for New Orleans.

McNichols rushed twice for 22 yards and caught two of three targets for 23 yards in Sunday's 44-22 loss to the Cowboys.

The Boise State product logged 21 offensive snaps and operated as Washington's No. 2 running back in the Week 7 loss, playing behind rookie Jacory Croskey-Merritt (33 snaps) but ahead of Chris Rodriguez (nine snaps). McNichols also led the Commanders' backfield in targets and receptions, serving as the team's primary pass-catching back. He's expected to maintain a similar role in the team's Week 8 matchup again Chiefs.

Blue carried the ball seven times for 29 yards and caught his only target for five yards in Sunday's 44-22 win over the Commanders.

The rookie running back saw a career-high touch volume, although most of his work came on the Cowboys' final drive when the game was out of reach. Blue remains firmly behind Javonte Williams (116 yards and a TD on 16 carries) in the Dallas backfield, and his only real fantasy value is as an insurance policy for the former Bronco, who's already dealt with one serious knee injury in his NFL career.

Rodriguez rushed three times for 12 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 44-22 loss to the Cowboys.

The 25-year-old from Kentucky played a depth role in the Commanders' backfield again in the Week 7 loss, playing behind rookie Jacory Croskey-Merritt (13 carries for 33 yards) and Jeremy McNichols (two carries for 22 yards). However, Rodriguez was the only running back to find the end zone, receiving a goal-line carry in the third quarter. He's now rushed 26 times for 117 yards and one touchdown through five appearances this season. Expect Rodriguez to play a reserve role in Washington's backfield again in Week 8, when the team travels to Kansas City.

Davis rushed twice for 10 yards and caught two of four targets for 22 yards in Sunday's 13-6 loss to the Panthers.

Davis continues to see modest usage as the top backup to Breece Hall in Braelon Allen's (knee) absence. Davis' role will likely remain limited in Week 8 against the Bengals, regardless of whether the Jets move forward with Justin Fields or Tyrod Taylor under center.

Wright did not log a carry or target during Miami's 31-6 loss to the Browns on Sunday.

Wright was active versus Cleveland after having been a healthy scratch the prior two games, but he played just nine offensive snaps and was statistically invisible while Ollie Gordon (five carries for 22 yards) operated as the No. 2 back behind starter De'Von Achane (13 carries for 82 yards). Next on deck for the Dolphins is a Week 8 road matchup against the Falcons, wherein Wright will work to compete for more opportunities alongside Gordon.

Gordon carried the ball five times for 11 yards during Miami's 31-6 loss to the Browns on Sunday.

Gordon continues to operate as the Dolphins' clear No. 2 back behind De'Von Achane, a role in which he's logged 28 carries for 70 rushing yards (2.5 YPC) and one touchdown across seven regular-season appearances this year. He's also secured four of six targets for seven yards during that span. The rookie sixth-round pick projects to continue operating ahead of Jaylen Wright, who was active Week 7 but didn't log a carry, versus the Falcons in Week 8.

Brooks was targeted once but did not record a touch in Sunday's 27-23 victory over the Cardinals.

Fellow reserve running back Emanuel Wilson saw some extra snaps with top ball carrier Josh Jacobs spending less time on the field than usual due to an illness and calf injury, but there was no visible change to the workload for Brooks. The pecking order is pretty clearly defined in Green Bay's backfield, and Wilson -- who has played 68 snaps to 25 for Brooks over the last four games -- would be the primary beneficiary should Jacobs sustain any sort of setback.

Wilson had six carries for 17 yards and one reception for minus-2 yards in Sunday's 27-23 victory over the Cardinals.

A trendy late pickup with starting running back Josh Jacobs uncertain for Week 7 due to an illness and calf injury, Wilson played a season-high 34 percent of the snaps as Green Bay's starter saw a lighter load than usual. However, Jacobs still got the bulk of the touches and scored both of the Packers' rushing touchdowns on the day. Wilson remains merely an insurance policy in case Jacobs sustains any sort of setback.

Stevenson carried the ball 18 times for 88 yards and a TD in Sunday's 31-13 win over the Titans, while catching both of his passing targets in the contest for zero yards.

Stevenson's carry and rushing yard totals were both season highs, and for the second straight game the running back (who had recorded three lost fumbles over the first five weeks of the season) didn't put the ball on the carpet. As long as he continues to demonstrate improved ball security, Stevenson should provide fantasy utility while leading a New England backfield that also includes rookie TreVeyon Henderson and Terrell Jennings, who both were on the field for just nine snaps versus Tennessee while Stevenson logged 49 of 65 snaps on offense Sunday, per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com. Next up for the 5-2 Patriots is a Week 8 home game against the 2-5 Browns, who have limited opponents to an average of 82.4 rushing yards per game to date.
