Darren Waller TE | MIA
Raiders' Darren Waller: On track to play Week 3
Waller (knee) is expected to play Sunday at New England, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Waller sat out the first two practices of the week before working as a limited participant Friday to earn the questionable tag, and he's likely to suit up against the Patriots. RB Josh Jacobs (hip) is also expected to play, which would provide the Raiders with their top two offensive weapons.

Lawrence Cager TE | WAS
Jets' Lawrence Cager: Promoted to roster as No. 4 WR
Cager was elevated from the practice squad to the Jets' active roster ahead of their Week 3 trip to Indianapolis, Andy Vasquez of USA Today Sports reports.
Cager should see some game action against the Colts as one of four active wide receivers, along with Chris Hogan, Josh Malone and Braxton Berrios (hamstring), who is listed as questionable. If Berrios can't go, the undrafted free agent out of Georgia would see the field in three-wide sets.

Josiah Deguara TE | SF
Packers' Josiah Deguara: Unlikely to play Sunday
Deguara (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's contest at New Orleans.
Sidelined Week 2 due to shin and ankle injuries, Deguara made an attempt to practice this week, putting in a limited showing Wednesday. However, he was unable to participate at all Thursday and Friday and seems poised for a second consecutive absence. Look for Robert Tonyan and Marcedes Lewis to split most of the TE reps in Deguara's stead, with Jace Sternberger acting as the third option at the position.

Darren Waller TE | MIA
Raiders' Darren Waller: Listed as questionable for Week 3
Waller (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
The tight end missed practice Wednesday and Thursday, before returning to a limited session Friday. The same applies to starting running back Josh Jacobs (hip). It's possible that the Raiders were simply exercising caution with a pair of key playmakers, but either way the duo's Week 3 availability will be clarified in advance of the first wave of Sunday's kickoffs, thanks to the team's 1:00 p.m. ET starting time.

Will Dissly TE | LAC
Seahawks' Will Dissly: Good to go
Dissly (Achilles) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Dallas, Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio 950 KJR Seattle reports.
The Seahawks have limited Dissly's practice workload to help him work his way back from last year's Achilles tear. He was never in real danger of missing the upcoming game, but he's been working in a secondary role behind veteran tight end Greg Olsen.

Darren Waller TE | MIA
Raiders' Darren Waller: In position to practice Friday
Waller (knee) was seen stretching at the start of Friday's practice, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
Held out of the first two practices of Week 3 prep due to a knee injury, Waller appears as if he'll fit in at least a limited session Friday. Look for his status to receive some clarity when the Raiders post their last practice report of the week.

George Kittle TE | SF
49ers' George Kittle: Ruled out for Sunday
Kittle (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Giants, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Kittle was expected to be a game-time decision as recently as Friday morning, but the 49ers instead decided to rule him out for a second straight week. The star tight end is recovering from a sprained MCL and a bone bruise in his left knee, leaving Jordan Reed and Ross Dwelley to handle most of the snaps at tight end. Kittle will hope to return for a Week 4 home game against the Eagles.

Tyler Kroft TE | MIA
Bills' Tyler Kroft: Set for Week 3 start
Kroft will serve as Buffalo's top tight end Sunday against the Rams with usual starter Dawson Knox (concussion) ruled out, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
Kroft peaked in 2017 with 42 catches for 404 yards and seven touchdowns as a member of the Bengals. He only has six catches in 13 games since joining the Bills at the start of the 2019 season, however, so Kroft is unlikely to be a major part of the game plan. Still, his history of success in the red zone gives the 27-year-old tight end some appeal as a touchdown-dependent flier in deeper formats.

George Kittle TE | SF
49ers' George Kittle: Set to be game-time call
Kittle (knee) is expected to be a game-time decision for Sunday's game against the Giants, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
The 26-year-old was a limited practice participant Wednesday and Thursday after missing the Week 2 win over the Jets with the sprained MCL and bone bruise in his left knee. Kittle's participation at Friday's practice should provide a better idea of his outlook as he continues to recover from the injuries sustained in the season opener.

Dawson Knox TE | BUF
Bills' Dawson Knox: Won't play Sunday
Knox (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
The 23-year-old suffered the concussion during last Sunday's win over the Dolphins and has been unable to practice this week. Knox remains in the concussion protocol and will need to fully clear it before returning to game action. Tyler Kroft is without a catch through two games this season but is likely to start at tight end for the Bills in Week 3.
