Amaro's role could be expanded if teammate Delanie Walker (hamstring) can't play Sunday against the Raiders, The Tennessean reports.

Amaro joined the Titans earlier this month after being released by the Jets just two years after they drafted him in the second round. Although Amaro is reportedly comfortable with a package of plays right now, he may be forced into a larger role if Walker is unavailable. At the moment, Walker is considered questionable, making it uncertain whether the Titans will have to cope without their top tight end Sunday.

Vannett (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against San Francisco.

With Jimmy Graham and Luke Willson both healthy, Vannett's availability is of little consequence to Seattle. The rookie will likely start his career with a third consecutive absence.

Henry is expected to receive a heavy snap count with teammate Antonio Gates (hamstring) listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Colts, Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Henry played just over 41 percent of San Diego's offensive snaps in Week 1, but was out there for nearly 58 percent of the action last weekend and should continue to see an uptick Sunday versus Indianapolis. With Gates not expected to play, and Keenan Allen (knee) and Danny Woodhead (knee) also out, Henry could emerge as a favored target of quarterback Philip Rivers, with the rookie second-rounder potentially providing fantasy owners a waiver-wire gem.

Pruitt (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's tilt with the Panthers, Ben Goessling of ESPN reports.

Pruitt's knee has kept him limited throughout this week's practice. There is some speculation that he could play, but the final decision will likely be made in the hours leading up to kickoff.

Bowman signed with the Jets on Friday, Seth Walder of the New York Daily News reports.

Bowman will likely serve as a special teamer this season. The Jets rarely use their tight ends other than for blocking purposes, so even if Bowman earned the chance to play on offense, it is unlikely that he would hold great fantasy value.

Coach Doug Pederson relayed that Ertz (ribs) will be out for Sunday's game against the Steelers.

On the plus side, Pederson added that he is prepared for Ertz to be ready to return to action after the Eagles' Week 4 bye. Trey Burton -- who logged a 5/49/1 stat line in Week 2 -- and veteran Brent Celek are thus in line to handle the Eagles' Week 3 tight end duties.

Graham (knee) was a full practice participant Thursday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Graham was far more active in Week 2 than the season opener, increasing his share of the offensive snaps from 21 percent to 82 percent. His production responded in kind -- one catch for 11 yards in Week 1 to three receptions for 42 yards this past Sunday in Los Angeles -- so it isn't out of the realm of possibility that he'll continue the upward trend Sunday versus the 49ers, assuming no setbacks in the interim.

Uzomah was a full participant in practice on Thursday.

Uzomah was sidelined from Wednesday's practice with an apparent rib injury, but his return to the field on Thursday suggests the tight end will be ready for Week 3's showdown with the 2-0 Broncos.

Henry could see an increase in snaps if Antonio Gates (hamstring) is unable to play Sunday, Michael Gehlken of the San Diegio-Union Tribune reports.

Given Gates is 36 years old and suffering from a nagging hamstring injury, it makes sense that the Chargers may opt to rest their veteran tight end. The first tight end selected in the 2016 NFL Draft, Henry certainly has some promise, but through two games he's only recorded two targets and has participated in just under 50 percent of his team's snaps according to Pro Football Reference. Still, thanks to season-ending injuries to Keenan Allen (knee) and Danny Woodhead (knee), Henry still figures to see an uptick in targets as he gets more acclimated to the offense, regardless of whether Gates is able to play or not.

Vannett (ankle) did not participate in Wednesday's practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Vannett has missed the first two games of the season with a pesky ankle injury, and it looks as if he is in danger of missing Week 3 as well. Once he is able to return, Vannett will likely sit behind Jimmy Graham, Luke Willson and Brandon Williams on the tight end depth chart.
