JuJu Smith-Schuster WR | KC
Chiefs' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Remains sidelined Thursday
Smith-Schuster (hamstring) won't practice Thursday, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.
Smith-Schuster didn't practice Wednesday, either, clouding his status for Sunday's game against the Broncos. If Smith-Schuster misses a third consecutive contest this weekend, DeAndre Hopkins, Xavier Worthy and Justin Watson would continue to lead the Kansas City receiver corps.

Michael Pittman WR | PIT
Colts' Michael Pittman: Not seen at Thursday's practice
Pittman (back/finger) wasn't spotted at Thursday's practice, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.
Pittman didn't practice Wednesday, his norm since Week 6, so his absence a day later is notable. What the wideout -- who hasn't missed any games yet this season -- is able to do Friday, if anything, thus will be pivotal in terms of gauging the chances of him be able to continue to play through the back issue that he's been managing of late. The Colts face the Bills at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday.

Nico Collins WR | HOU
Texans' Nico Collins: Still not practicing
Collins (hamstring) wasn't spotted at practice Thursday, DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com reports.
With Collins not yet designated to return from IR as of Thursday, the chances of him being available Sunday night against the Lions don't seem strong. If Collins remains sidelined Week 10, Tank Dell will continue to lead a Houston WR corps that also includes Xavier Hutchinson, Robert Woods and John Metchie.

Jameson Williams WR | DET
Lions' Jameson Williams: Roster exemption lifted
The NFL lifted Williams' (suspension) roster exemption Wednesday.
Williams is thus available again for the Lions in Week 10 against the Texans after serving a two-game suspension for violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances. Prior to the ban, he regularly was logging at least 70 percent of the offensive snaps on a weekly basis, but his production was sporadic, es evidenced by a 17-361-3 receiving line on 30 targets and four carries for 32 yards through the first six games of the campaign. Williams will be rejoining a Lions offense that has all of its key skill-position players healthy at the moment.

Sterling Shepard WR | TB
Buccaneers' Sterling Shepard: Dealing with pair of injuries
Shepard was held out of Wednesday's practice due to hamstring and hip injuries.
The Buccaneers' receiving corps is banged up at the moment, with Chris Godwin (ankle) out for the season, Mike Evans (hamstring) sidelined for at least one more game and both Shepard and Jalen McMillan (hamstring) logging absences to begin Week 10 prep. Shepard has drawn five targets in both of Tampa Bay's last two games, accruing a 7-66-0 receiving line between those contests.

Jalen McMillan WR | TB
Buccaneers' Jalen McMillan: Sits out practice Wednesday
McMillan (hamstring) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice.
A Week 8 matchup with the Falcons marked Mike Evans' first of a multi-game absence due to a right hamstring strain, and McMillan helped fill the void with four catches (on seven targets) for 35 yards. McMillan then tweaked his hamstring at practice last Friday and wasn't able to suit up for an eventual overtime loss Monday at Kansas City. With an absence from practice to kick off Week 10 prep, McMillan may not be in a great position to return to action Sunday against the 49ers.

CeeDee Lamb WR | DAL
Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Limited practice Wednesday
Lamb (shoulder) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday, Joe Hoyt of AllDLLS.com reports.
Lamb played through the pain this past Sunday in Atlanta and eventually was diagnosed with an AC joint injury in his right shoulder following an MRI. He's considered week-to-week, but the Cowboys have some optimism that he'll miss no game action as a result of the injury. With a light practice under his belt so far this week, Lamb at least has put himself in a position to do just that, and his status will continue to be monitored to get a sense of his potential to play Sunday versus the Eagles.

DJ Chark WR | ATL
Chargers' DJ Chark: Off injury report
Chark (groin) isn't listed on the Chargers' initial Week 10 injury report released Wednesday.
The Chargers activated Chark from injured reserve this past Saturday, but he was inactive for their win over the Browns a day later. Now that he's off the injury report altogether, Chark appears poised to make his season debut this weekend against the Titans, bolstering a wideout corps currently headed by Ladd McConkey, Quentin Johnston and Joshua Palmer.

DeVonta Smith WR | PHI
Eagles' DeVonta Smith: Misses practice with hamstring issue
Smith was listed as a non-participant at Wednesday's walkthrough due to a hamstring injury.
The top of the Eagles' receiving corps has health concerns, with Smith joining A.J. Brown (knee) on the team's first Week 10 practice report. Smith's issue wasn't known prior to Wednesday, while Brown emerged as day-to-day from this past Sunday's win over the Jaguars. The pair will have two more chances to prove their respective levels of health before Sunday's game at Dallas.

A.J. Brown WR | PHI
Eagles' A.J. Brown: Officially limited Wednesday
Brown (knee) was listed as a limited participant at Wednesday's walkthrough.
After missing the second half of this past Sunday's win against the Jaguars due to a knee injury, Brown underwent an MRI that eventually revealed the issue to be a minor one that left him day-to-day. With a capped session behind him to start Week 10 prep, he's at least put himself on a path to being active Sunday in Dallas. Brown will have two more chances to get back to full participation this week.
