  • Jakobi Meyers WR | JAC

Raiders' Jakobi Meyers: Set to test health in pregame workout

Meyers (knee/toe), who is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, will have his status determined by a pregame workout, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Meyers resumed practicing in a limited capacity Friday after having been a non-participant Wednesday and Thursday, and he now looks like a true game-time decision for Week 7. Fantasy managers will want to prepare to have another lineup option available in the event that Meyers is made inactive for the first time this season ahead of Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. With tight end Brock Bowers (knee) expected to sit out versus Kansas City, an absence on Meyers' part would position receivers Tre Tucker, Jack Bech, Dont'e Thornton and tight end Michael Mayer as the Raiders' top pass-catching options. After facing the Chiefs, Las Vegas will go on bye Week 8.

  • Seahawks' Devon Witherspoon: Trending toward playing vs. Houston

Witherspoon (knee) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Texans, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

Witherspoon has been working through a lingering knee injury that has sidelined him for four of the Seahawks' last five games. He ended the week with back-to-back full practices, which indicates that he is leaning more toward the probable side of playing Monday. Witherspoon's return would mean less snaps to go around at cornerback for Nehemiah Pritchett and Derion Kendrick.

  • E.J. Jenkins TE | PHI

Eagles' E.J. Jenkins: Elevated to active roster

The Eagles elevated Jenkins from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Chris McPherson of the team's official site reports.

Jenkins has been on the Eagles' practice squad all season with Saturday's elevation marking his first of the campaign. He's likely to serve primarily on special teams, if he is active Sunday against the Vikings.

  • Brock Bowers TE | LV

Raiders' Brock Bowers: Expected to return after bye

Bowers (knee), who is officially listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, is not expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Bowers returned to practice as a limited participant Friday after having sat out Wednesday and Thursday, but the second-year tight end is expected to miss a third straight contest due to his lingering PCL injury. The Raiders will then benefit from a Week 8 bye, which Bowers will use to rest up and target a return to action Week 9 against the Jaguars on Sunday, Nov. 2. Michael Mayer will operate as Las Vegas' top tight end if Bowers is indeed inactive, confirmation of which will arrive no later than 90 minutes ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. Meanwhile, top wide receiver Jakobi Meyers (knee/toe) appears a true game-time decision.

  • Kevin Givens DT | SF

49ers' Kevin Givens: Activated from injured reserve

The 49ers activated Givens (pectoral) from injured reserve Saturday.

Givens started the regular season on injured reserve after sustaining a pectoral injury during training camp in early August. He was a full participant in practice all week, and his activation from IR indicates that he is on track to play against the Falcons on Sunday, though he's still listed as questionable.

  • Brayden Willis: Let go by San Francisco

The 49ers waived Willis on Saturday.

Willis was signed to the active roster in mid-September to give the 49ers added depth at tight end after George Kittle was placed on injured reserve due to a torn hamstring he sustained against the Seahawks in Week 1. With Kittle activated from IR on Saturday, Willis is no longer needed on the 49ers' active roster, though the latter could remain in San Francisco and sign with the team's practice squad.

  • Kyler Murray QB | MIN

Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Not expected to face Packers

Murray (foot) is not expected to suit up for Sunday's home game against Green Bay, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Murray remains officially listed as questionable after having turned in a trio of limited practice sessions, but the Cardinals are expected to start veteran backup Jacoby Brissett for a second consecutive contest. With Arizona then slated for a Week 8 bye, the expectation is that Murray will be ready to retake the field Monday, Nov. 3 versus the Cowboys in Week 9. Confirmation on Murray's status will arrive no later than 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff.

  • Josh Jacobs RB | GB

Packers' Josh Jacobs: True game-time decision for Sunday

Jacobs (illness/calf), who remains listed as questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Cardinals, is considered a "true game-time decision," a league source tells Adam Schefter of ESPN.

After limited practices Wednesday and Thursday, Jacobs turned in a full practice session Friday, but Schefter relays that the Packers don't anticipate being able to confirm his status until Sunday. With that in mind, final word on Jacobs' availability, or lack thereof, may not arrive until the team releases its inactive list roughly 90 minutes prior to the team's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. Emanuel Wilson will likely be in line to start at running back for Green Bay if Jacobs is unavailable, while Chris Brooks would likely handle the bulk of pass-catching reps. Fantasy managers awaiting news on Jacobs' status will want to scour the waiver wire for Wilson and/or Brooks in the event Jacobs ends up sitting out.

  • Denico Autry DT | HOU

Texans' Denico Autry: Could be back Monday

Autry (knee) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Seahawks.

Autry has been on the PUP list since late July as he recovered from a knee injury. He has been practicing for two full weeks, so he could be ready for his season debut Monday. Autry should have a key role along the Texans' defensive line once he gets fully ramped up.

  • Malik Turner WR | SF

49ers' Malik Turner: Called up from practice squad

The 49ers elevated Turner from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

Turner will be elevated by the 49ers for the third time this season, which is the maximum amount of times for a player on a team's practice squad. Turner will provide support on special teams while adding depth to a 49ers wide receiver corps that is without Ricky Pearsall (knee) for Sunday's game against the Falcons.
