Judkins didn't play in Thursday's exhibition win over New England.

Judkins also missed the team's second preseason game due to an undisclosed injury, but he returned to practice this past Monday and seems to be past the issue. He ended up logging action in only the first of the Browns' exhibition contests, when he carried four times for nine yards. Judkins is the clear No. 1 RB for Cleveland and could be headed for a heavy workload on a team that may again deploy a shaky passing game.

Williams (hip) is questionable to return to Friday's preseason finale against the Jaguars, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Williams remained on the sideline, but the team is unsure if he will return to Friday's contest. The undrafted free agent out of Cincinnati is currently battling to survive Sunday's cutdown day, and the remainder of Friday's game will be the rookie's last chance to impress.

Ossai (foot) is questionable to return to Friday's preseason finale against the Giants, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.

Ossai exited the first half of Friday's contest with an apparent foot injury. The defensive end was removed from the Jets' active/PUP list Aug. 11 with an undisclosed injury. Another issue for the veteran is not good news, and if he cannot return, Paschal Ekeji will likely see more snaps to round out Friday's game.

Maye sat out Thursday's preseason loss to Cleveland.

Unsurprisingly, Maye was among the plethora of New England starters who didn't see action in the team's final exhibition game. The star quarterback ended up sitting out all three of the team's preseason contests as he prepares for the regular season. Maye's first chance to get into game action with new top wideouts A.J. Brown and Romeo Doubs will take place Week 1 versus Seattle on Wednesday, Sept. 9.

Cook didn't play during Buffalo's exhibition win over Pittsburgh on Thursday.

The Bills rested most of their projected regular-season starters, so Cook's absence was expected. The star running back finished the preseason slate having appeared in one game, logging 21 yards on five carries. Cook now will look ahead to Week 1, when he's slated to lead Buffalo's backfield against a tough Texans defense on Sunday, Sept. 13. Ray Davis is expected to work as his top backup.

Lambert-Smith caught his only target for 21 yards in Thursday's preseason loss to the Rams.

Lambert-Smith worked behind the starters and ended up logging 16 offensive snaps. Over the course of the exhibition slate, Lambert-Smith led the Chargers in receptions (seven), targets (11) and receiving yards (93). That could help him in his battle for positioning in the Chargers' WR pecking order, though Ladd McConkey, Quentin Johnston and Tre' Harris (undisclosed) are all comfortably ahead of him on the depth chart.

Harris (undisclosed) did not play in the Chargers' 20-18 preseason loss to the Rams on Thursday.

Harris will end up not playing a single preseason game, missing the last two while working through an undisclosed injury. Despite the lack of playing time, there's no indication that the 2025 second-rounder is in jeopardy of missing the Chargers' regular-season opener against the Cardinals on Sunday, Sept. 13. Following the departure of Keenan Allen, Harris figures to serve as the Chargers' WR3 this season behind Ladd McConkey and Quentin Johnston.

Vidal totaled six offensive snaps in Thursday's exhibition loss to the Rams, recording nine yards on three carries.

Top RB Omarion Hampton started for the Chargers and played two series. Vidal followed and rushed for five yards on his first carry before losing a yard on the next play. He was on the field for a few more snaps during the Chargers' next series before calling it a day. Keaton Mitchell (undisclosed) didn't play in the contest, and it's unclear what precise issue he's dealing with it or how long he'll be sidelined. There's been no indication to this point that Mitchell is in danger of missing Week 1 of the regular season, but if that were to change, Vidal would be slated for an increased role behind Hampton.

McConkey played three snaps on offense and didn't show up in the box score otherwise during the Chargers' 20-18 preseason loss to the Rams on Thursday.

McConkey was on the field for each of the Chargers' first two series before observing the rest of Thursday's exhibition contest from the sidelines. The 2024 second-rounder is the top wide receiver on the Chargers' depth chart following the departure of veteran Keenan Allen, and McConkey should be one of Justin Herbert's go-to targets in the passing game. McConkey caught 66 passes (on 106 targets) for 789 yards and six touchdowns across 16 regular-season games last year.

Daniels caught five of his six targets for 42 yards in Thursday's preseason finale against the Chargers.

Daniels received all of his targets from rookie first-round quarterback Ty Simpson. The wide receiver played 34 starting offensive snaps before retiring for the preseason. The rookie sixth-rounder's chance of making the Rams' 53-man roster will be a close call, but there is a good chance he will either beat out Xavier Smith for the spot or the Rams will keep seven wide receivers. If Daniels is waived during Sunday's cutdown day, he will likely be claimed by another franchise. However, if Daniels is waived and not claimed, he will likely end up as one of the primary depth options on the Rams' practice squad throughout the 2026 season.
