Jeffery Simmons DT | TEN
Titans' Jeffery Simmons: Logs sack, receiving TD in Week 15
Simmons posted seven tackles (four solo), including 1.0 sacks, one forced fumble and a one-yard touchdown catch during the Titans' 37-24 loss to the 49ers on Sunday.
Simmons made his impact felt early in the fourth quarter, when he stripped the ball while sacking Brock Purdy, leading to a fumble recovery by Kaiir Elam. Two plays later, Simmons reported as an eligible receiver and was on the receiving end of a one-yard touchdown pass from Cam Ward. It was the second receiving touchdown of Simmons' seven-year NFL career, with the first taking place during the 2023 season. On the defensive side of things, the 2019 first-rounder is up to 9.0 sacks through 12 regular-season games, which breaks his previous career-best mark from the 2021 campaign (8.5 sacks across 17 regular-season games). Simmons will look to reach double-digit sacks for the season in Week 16 against the Chiefs, who will have Gardner Minshew under center after Patrick Mahomes suffered a torn ACL in his left knee against the Chargers on Sunday.

Minkah Fitzpatrick FS | NYJ
Dolphins' Minkah Fitzpatrick: Hurts calf on Monday Night Football
Fitzpatrick is questionable to return to Monday's Week 15 matchup against Pittsburgh due to a calf injury, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Fitzpatrick had to exit the field slowly in the fourth quarter and immediately went to the medical tent. He began testing out his calf on the sideline shortly thereafter, but it's unclear if he's going to be able to re-enter the contest. Fitzpatrick had tallied six tackles prior to his departure.

Zaire Franklin OLB | GB
Colts' Zaire Franklin: Double-digit tackles in defeat
Franklin recorded 10 tackles (seven solo) in the Colts' 18-16 loss to the Seahawks on Sunday.
Franklin again played 100 percent of the defensive snaps for the sixth straight game and 10th time across 14 contests this season. He's now produced double-digit tackles in four of the last five games after failing to reach 10 stops in any of the first nine weeks. On the year, Franklin has recorded 104 tackles (52 solo), including 2.0 sacks, and four pass breakups on 95 percent of the Colts' defensive snaps.

Blake Cashman LB | MIN
Vikings' Blake Cashman: Notches 11 takedowns in win
Cashman recorded 11 total tackles (three solo) in Sunday night's 34-26 win over the Cowboys.
Cashman was able to lead the team in takedowns, reaching double-digit stops for the seventh time in the last eight contests. The linebacker has now compiled 104 total tackles (45 solo), two passes defensed and a forced fumble over 10 games so far this season.

Isaac Seumalo G | ARI
Steelers' Isaac Seumalo: Unlikely to return vs. Miami
Seumalo is doubtful to return to Monday's game against the Dolphins due to a triceps injury.
Seumalo appeared to sustain the injury late in the third quarter. Given that he's doubtful to return to Monday night's game, Spencer Anderson will likely remain at left guard the rest of the way.

Jahan Dotson WR | ATL
Eagles' Jahan Dotson: Third zero-target game of 2025
Dotson was not targeted a single time in Sunday's 31-0 win over the Raiders.
The lopsided stat line led to the Eagles rushing 47 times while attempting just 18 passes, so there weren't many targets to go around. Dotson typically doesn't see much action even when the Eagles need to pass, however, averaging just 1.7 targets and 0.9 catches per game this season.

DeMarcus Lawrence LB | SEA
Seahawks' DeMarcus Lawrence: Dealing with quad injury
Lawrence (quadriceps) was limited during Monday's walkthrough practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Lawrence may have tweaked his quad during Sunday's 18-16 win over Indianapolis, when he tallied four solo tackles while playing 43 of 60 defensive snaps (71.2 percent). The injury doesn't appear to be severe given his ability to work in a limited fashion Monday, and he'll have two more chances to log a full practice ahead of Thursday's game against the Rams.

Jordan Whittington WR | LAR
Rams' Jordan Whittington: Dealing with back issue
Whittington was deemed limited for Monday's practice walkthrough due to a back injury, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Whittington logged a season-low four offensive snaps Sunday against Detroit, though it's unclear if that was a consequence of the back issue. He maintained his usual role as the Rams' lead kick returner, so Whittington's reduced offensive role may have simply been a result of Tutu Atwell returning from IR and Konata Mumpfield continuing to take on a larger role. Regardless, Whittington's practice participation level Tuesday and Wednesday should determine if he's at any risk of missing Thursday's big NFC West matchup against the Seahawks.
