Jason Sanders K | NYJ
Jets' Jason Sanders: Uses third elevation
The Jets elevated Sanders from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic reports.
Sanders will once again be the Jets' primary kicker for the third consecutive week and is set to suit up for Sunday's game against the Lions. The 30-year-old has now expended all three of his practice squad elevations, meaning he will need to be signed to the Jets' active roster to kick for the team in Week 4 against the Bears.

Grant Delpit SAF | CLE
Browns' Grant Delpit: Ready to play Sunday
Delpit (shoulder) said he will play in Sunday's game against the Panthers, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Delpit said he feels good enough to take the field in Sunday's game. The strong safety has been dealing with a shoulder injury he likely suffered in the Browns' Week 2 win over the Buccaneers. Delpit's presence means rookie second-rounder Emmanuel McNeil-Warren likely won't see many snaps in the contest.

Alec Pierce WR | IND
Colts' Alec Pierce: Officially goes on injured reserve
Pierce (heel) was placed on injured reserve Saturday.
A stint on IR requires a player to miss at least four games, but Pierce is expected to be sidelined for several weeks while rehabbing from a heel injury that he aggravated during the Colts' overtime loss to the Chiefs in Week 2. The good news for Pierce is that X-rays game back negative on the heel, but in his absence, the Colts will rely more heavily on Josh Downs, Keenan Allen, Darius Slayton and Tyler Warren in the passing game. In a corresponding move, Anthony Gould was signed from the Colts' practice squad to the active roster.

Zay Flowers WR | BAL
Ravens' Zay Flowers: Could be limited if active
Flowers (hamstring) is expected to "test his injury" prior to Sunday's game against the Cowboys, and if he suits up he "will likely be on a pitch count," Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Flowers was limited on Friday's injury report and given a questionable designation for Week 3, so the door is open for him to take the field Sunday in Brazil. However, it appears a final call on his availability will not be made until the Ravens release their inactives 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff, and even if Flowers is active he may not handle a full complement of snaps. Rashod Bateman would be the favorite to pick up the Slack if Flowers is limited or unavailable altogether.

Marvin Mims WR | DEN
Broncos' Marvin Mims: Questionable for Week 3
Mims (foot) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.
Mims was a limited participant in all three practices and has a chance to return from a one-game absence due to a foot injury he sustained in Week 1 against the Chiefs. His status for Sunday's game may not be officially known until 90 minutes before the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff, when the Broncos announce their list of inactive players.

James Thompson Jr. DT | SF
49ers' James Thompson: Sidelined versus Arizona
Thompson (ankle) is listed as out for Sunday's game against Arizona.
Thompson suffered a high-ankle sprain in the 35-13 victory over the Dolphins in Week 2. While nothing has been made official, an injury of this nature likely means he will miss more time moving ahead. The rookie appeared in both of the 49ers' games to begin the 2026 campaign, amassing four total tackles (one solo).

Samuel Cosmi OT | WAS
Commanders' Sam Cosmi: Ruled out for Sunday
Cosmi (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Seahawks.
Cosmi entered the league's five-step protocol after suffering a concussion during the Commanders' Week 2 loss to the Cowboys. The right guard was unable to be cleared by an independent neurologist, meaning he will be sidelined for Sunday's game. Andrew Wylie or Tanoa Togiai will likely start at right guard in Cosmi's absence.

Quintayvious Hutchins LB | NE
Patriots' Quintayvious Hutchins: Lands on injured reserve
Hutchins (knee) was placed on injured reserve Friday.
Hutchins appeared in both of the Patriots' first two games of the 2026 campaign, accumulating three total tackles. The rookie will now miss at least four games while tending to a knee injury. While Hutchins has played sparingly, his absence will still allow Gabe Jacas and Jose Ramirez to see a little more action.
-
Andrew Thomas OT | NYG
Giants' Andrew Thomas: Set for Sunday
Thomas (groin) does not have any injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Titans, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Thomas was limited in Wednesday's practice before logging a DNP on Thursday. The left tackle upgraded to a limited participant once again Friday, managing to avoid any injury designation for Sunday's contest. Thomas will suit up to protect Jameis Winston's blindside due to the injury to starting quarterback Jaxson Dart (knee).

Ben Bartch OT | DET
Lions' Ben Bartch: Ruled out for Sunday
Bartch (foot) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Jets, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.
Bartch was unable to practice in Week 3 as he dealt with a foot injury he may have picked up during the Lions' Week 2 loss to the Bills. The Lions will only lose out on a depth option this week, as starting left guard Christian Mahogany has recovered from his hip injury enough to suit up for Sunday's contest against the Jets.
