Terrance Ferguson TE | LAR
Rams' Terrance Ferguson: Tweaks hamstring, doubtful Week 18
Ferguson was added to the Rams' injury report Saturday due to a hamstring injury and is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
The issue appears to be a new one for the rookie second-rounder, given that he wasn't listed on the Rams' injury report during Week 18 prep. The injury is severe enough that Ferguson is unlikely to play in Sunday's regular-season finale, though the good news for the Rams is that Tyler Higbee (ankle) was activated from injured reserve Saturday and is trending toward being available for Week 18. Looking ahead, the injury puts Ferguson in jeopardy of being sidelined for the wild-card round of the NFC playoffs.

T.J. Bass OT | DAL
Cowboys' T.J. Bass: Heads to IR
The Cowboys placed Bass (knee) on injured reserve Saturday.
Bass was already ruled out for the Cowboys' matchup against the Giants after being unable to practice all week, but this move likely made space for Nick Leverett to act as a depth piece on the active roster. Hakeem Adeniji and Brock Hoffman are both options to see increased reps on the offensive line.

Teven Jenkins OT | CLE
Browns' Teven Jenkins: Clears concussion protocol
Jenkins (concussion) has no injury designation heading into Sunday's game against the Bengals.
Jenkins left the game early in Week 17 with a concussion and was limited in practice heading into Week 18. After clearing concussion protocol, the 27-year-old will start at right guard Sunday versus the Bengals.

Jeff Wilson RB | MIA
Dolphins' Jeff Wilson: Elevated from practice squad
The Dolphins elevated Wilson from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official sitereports.
The eight-year veteran was active in the Dolphins' first two games of the season, seeing just one offensive snap before returning to the practice squad. With De'Von Achane (shoulder) doubtful for Week 18, Wilson will likely act as a depth piece behind Jaylen Wright and Ollie Gordon.
-
Jason Sanders K | MIA
Dolphins' Jason Sanders: Staying on IR, done for 2025
Sanders (hip) has been downgraded from questionable to out for Sunday's game against the Patriots, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Sanders will end up spending the entire 2025 season on injured reserve due to a hip injury he sustained in the preseason. Riley Patterson will serve as the Dolphins' starting kicker in Sunday's regular-season finale, as he's done for the entire 2025 campaign.

Edefuan Ulofoshio LB | CLE
Browns' Edefuan Ulofoshio: Signed to active roster
The Browns signed Ulofoshio from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
Ulofoshio will act as a depth piece at linebacker after the Browns placed standout rookie Carson Schwesinger on injured reserve ahead of the team's final game of the season. Ulofoshio has yet to play this season, but he accounted for six total tackles and one pass breakup through four games in 2024.

Chris Godwin WR | TB
Buccaneers' Chris Godwin: Under the weather, playing Saturday
Godwin was added to the Buccaneers' injury report due to an illness but does not have an injury status heading into Saturday's NFC South clash against the Panthers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The illness won't prevent Godwin from playing in Saturday's regular-season finale, which will determine who wins the NFC South division title and enters the playoffs as the conference's fourth seed. If Godwin's playing time is limited due to the illness, then Jalen McMillan and Emeka Egbuka would be in line to see more snaps on offense alongside Mike Evans. Godwin is coming off his best performance of the season in a Week 17 loss to the Dolphins, catching seven passes (on eight targets) for 108 yards and a touchdown.

Josh Butler DB | DAL
Cowboys' Josh Butler: Activated off PUP list
Butler (knee) was activated off the reserve/PUP list Saturday and remains questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants.
Butler posted his first full participation Friday since returning to practice Dec. 17, but he remains questionable for Week 18 versus the Giants. The 29-year-old has yet to play this season but accounted for 21 total tackles and five pass breakups through five games in 2024. If he's available, Butler could have increased reps in the season finale alongside Caelen Carson and Shavon Revel.
-
Phil Mafah RB | DAL
Cowboys' Phil Mafah: Activated off IR
Mafah (shoulder) was activated off injured reserve Saturday and remains questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants.
Mafah upgraded to full participation in practice Friday after being limited to start the week. Though he is still questionable, the 23-year-old could be an important depth option versus the Giants, as the Cowboys are without their top two running backs, Javonte Williams (shoulder/neck) and Malik Davis (calf/eye), leaving Jaydon Blue as the sole healthy option in Week 18. If Mafah does play, the 2025 seventh-round pick would be making his career debut.

Sal Cannella TE | CLE
Browns' Sal Cannella: Elevated from practice squad
The Browns elevated Cannella from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
Cannella could see the field for the second game in a row after being elevated from the practice squad in back-to-back weeks. With both Harold Fannin (groin) and David Njoku (knee) out in Week 18, Cannella has another opportunity to build off his Week 17 game, where he led all tight ends with four targets, accounting for two receptions and 11 yards.
