Seth Jones D | FLA
Panthers' Seth Jones: Lights lamp Sunday
Jones tallied a goal in Sunday's 4-2 loss to Montreal.
Jones tied the game at 2-2 just under five minutes after Juraj Slafkovsky gave Montreal a 2-1 lead. Jones' tally Sunday brings his season totals up to nine goals, 31 points, 96 blocked shots and 108 shots on net in 54 games between Florida and Chicago this season. The 30-year-old blueliner has two goals in his last four contests but has struggled offensively across March as a whole. However, he holds solid value in fantasy for the time being while averaging 27:10 of ice time in his last nine games. Additionally, Jones tied his point total from a season ago and should challenge for the 37-point mark that he finished the 2022-23 campaign with by the end of the 2024-25 regular season.

Lane Hutson D | MON
Canadiens' Lane Hutson: Grabs trio of apples in win
Hutson distributed three assists and blocked three shots in Sunday's 4-2 win over Florida.
Hutson's first two helpers came with a man advantage on power-play goals scored by Patrik Laine and Juraj Slafkovsky across the first two periods. Hutson then had the primary assist on Nick Suzuki's game-winning goal early in the third period. Hutson's three apples Sunday brings his season totals up to 54 assists, 59 points and 109 blocks in 73 games this season. At just 21 years old, Hutson is not only a premier playmaker on the blue line, but across the entire NHL. The rookie has burst onto the scene, ranking tied for ninth in the league in assists and finds himself in the top three among defensemen. Hutson has 10 points in his last nine games and has elite value for the remainder of the fantasy playoffs.

Mario Ferraro D | SJ
Sharks' Mario Ferraro: Plucks apple in loss
Ferraro logged an assist, four blocked shots, two hits, four PIM and a minus-2 rating in Sunday's 8-1 loss to the Kings.
Aside from setting up Cameron Lund's second NHL goal, this was a mostly forgettable outing for Ferraro. The 26-year-old defenseman managed three assists, a minus-6 rating, 16 hits and 29 blocks over 13 games in March. He'll continue to struggle in plus-minus rating because he plays heavy minutes for one of the worst teams in the league. Ferraro rarely offsets it with offense -- he has 14 points, 70 shots on net, 142 hits, 117 blocks, 53 PIM and a minus-29 rating across 73 outings this season.

Jacob Moverare D | LA
Kings' Jacob Moverare: Checks in, earns assist
Moverare notched an assist, two hits and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 8-1 win over the Sharks.
The Kings were missing three regulars at forward and opted to dress Moverare as a seventh defenseman rather than insert forward Akil Thomas. This ended a 12-game stretch without an appearance for Moverare, who was limited to one assist in 20 contests prior to his stint in the press box. The 26-year-old defenseman has seven points, 25 shots on net, 27 hits, 51 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating over 43 outings in 2024-25.

Mikey Anderson D | LA
Kings' Mikey Anderson: Reaches 20-point mark
Anderson logged an assist and four PIM in Sunday's 8-1 win over the Sharks.
Anderson's pair of penalties in the third period didn't haunt the Kings. He ended up getting a little extra in-game rest, logging just 11:31 of ice time. The defenseman produced four assists and a plus-5 rating over 16 outings in March. For the season, he's reached the 20-point mark for the second time in his career with six goals and 14 assists over 69 games. He's added 77 shots on net, 108 hits, 115 blocked shots, a plus-13 rating and 32 PIM. His next point will give him a career high if he's able to get on the scoresheet in the Kings' last nine contests.

Jordan Spence D | OTT
Kings' Jordan Spence: Puts up assist Sunday
Spence logged an assist, three hits and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 8-1 win over the Sharks.
Spence has four helpers over his last 11 contests. The 24-year-old defenseman continues to play regularly in a bottom-four role, but he's currently out of the mix for power-play time, which will limit his offense. Overall, he's matched his career-high point total from last season (24) in the same number of games (71). He's added 77 shots on net, 70 hits, 70 blocked shots and a plus-18 rating in 2024-25, showing a little more physicality thanks to a slightly larger role.

Brandt Clarke D | LA
Kings' Brandt Clarke: Draws power-play assist in win
Clarke notched a power-play assist and four shots on goal in Sunday's 8-1 win over the Sharks.
Clarke set up the first of Warren Foegele's two goals in the second period. It was a middling March for Clarke -- he had a goal and five assists over 14 appearances, though he bounced back well after being scratched twice to begin the month. The 22-year-old defenseman is up to 31 points (eight on the power play), 119 shots on net, 111 blocked shots, 38 PIM and a plus-11 rating over 69 appearances. The Kings are once again turning to seven defensemen to manage injuries to forwards, so Clarke has a decent amount of stability in the lineup in the short term.

Vladislav Gavrikov D | NYR
Kings' Vladislav Gavrikov: Collects two assists in win
Gavrikov posted two assists and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 8-1 win over the Sharks.
Gavrikov set up Adrian Kempe for his second tally of the game late in the second period, and then helped out on an Andrei Kuzmenko goal in the third. This was Gavrikov's first multi-point effort since Feb. 5 versus the Canadiens. The defenseman is up to four goals, 23 helpers, 92 shots on net, 131 blocked shots and a plus-20 rating through 73 appearances. He likely won't have time to reach his career high of 33 points from 2021-22 with the Blue Jackets, but the 30-point mark isn't out of the question just yet.

Drew Doughty D | LA
Kings' Drew Doughty: Garners pair of assists
Doughty registered two assists, two shots on goal and two PIM in Sunday's 8-1 win over the Sharks.
Doughty snapped a three-game slump with the pair of helpers. He was able to play in every contest in March, logging two goals and eight assists, as well as 23 shots on net and 26 blocked shots, over 16 appearances. The veteran blueliner is up to 14 points, 38 shots on net, 41 blocked shots, 20 hits, 20 PIM and a plus-4 rating across 25 outings in 2024-25.

Olen Zellweger D | ANA
Ducks' Olen Zellweger: Snags assist Sunday
Zellweger put up an assist in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Maple Leafs.
Zellweger had to adjust to a new defense partner, as he played alongside Oliver Kylington in the absence of Jacob Trouba (lower body). The 21-year-old Zellweger is warming up with four points and 13 shots on net over his last four contests, and he's gone plus-5 across five games since March 20. The defenseman has 18 points, 113 shots on net, 63 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating through 55 outings this season.
