  • Kings' Darcy Kuemper: Set to start Thursday

Kuemper will protect the home goal versus the Blackhawks on Thursday, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports.

Kuemper's continued to play well recently, but he's 1-2-2 with 11 goals allowed over his last five games. He's maintained a .918 save percentage in that span. The Blackhawks have scored 14 goals over their last four contests and could present a bit of a challenge.

  • Joseph Woll G | TOR

Maple Leafs' Joseph Woll: Exits contest with LBI

Woll (lower body) won't return to Thursday's game versus the Hurricanes.

Woll stopped 22 of 23 shots over the first two periods of the contest before exiting. The Maple Leafs are also missing Anthony Stolarz (upper body), putting their goaltending group in a precarious spot. Dennis Hildeby took over in goal Thursday and would likely see a starting role if Woll is forced to miss additional time.

  • Joey Daccord G | SEA

Kraken's Joey Daccord: Starting rematch in Edmonton

Daccord will protect the road goal versus the Oilers on Thursday, per the NHL media site.

Daccord surrendered four goals on 25 shots in Saturday's 4-0 loss to the Oilers. He'll get a chance to redeem himself in a rematch Thursday in Edmonton, though the 29-year-old goalie has allowed 12 goals over his last five games, a 1-3-1 span for him. The Oilers have struggled this year but will be looking to replicate their effort from Saturday, which makes this a risky fantasy matchup for Daccord.

  • Cam Talbot G | DET

Red Wings' Cam Talbot: In goal Thursday

Talbot will protect the road goal versus the Blue Jackets on Thursday, Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers reports.

Talbot has lost his last three outings, giving up 11 goals on 68 shots in that 0-2-1 span. The 38-year-old will look to right the ship against Columbus, who has 16 goals scored while going 2-1-3 over the last six games.

  • Juuse Saros G | NSH

Predators' Juuse Saros: Set to face Florida

Saros is expected to start on the road against Florida on Thursday, per Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site.

Saros has an 8-9-3 record, 2.97 GAA and .893 save percentage in 20 outings this season. He's won his past two starts while stopping 51 of 55 shots (.927 save percentage). The Panthers are in a five-way tie for 15th in goals per game with 3.00.

  • Rangers' Igor Shesterkin: Tending twine Thursday

Shesterkin will protect the road goal versus the Senators on Thursday, Mollie Walker of the New York Post reports.

Shesterkin will be between the pipes for his sixth straight start. He's gone 4-1-0 with a 2.21 GAA and a .921 save percentage over his last five outings. The Senators are 2-3-0 with 13 goals scored over their last five games, but they wont 5-2 over the Canadiens on Tuesday.

  • Hurricanes' Frederik Andersen: Starting against Toronto

Andersen will defend the home crease against the Maple Leafs on Thursday, Walt Ruff of the Hurricanes' official site reports.

Andersen has been in a skid across the past few weeks, as he's gone 0-3-2 with a 3.26 GAA and .849 save percentage over his last five starts. He didn't appear in either of Carolina's last two games but will return to the crease for Thursday's home matchup. The Maple Leafs have had a proficient offense this year, scoring 3.42 goals per game, which is the fifth-highest mark in the NHL.

  • Canucks' Thatcher Demko: Might return next week

Demko (lower body) might be available to play at home against Buffalo on Dec. 11, per Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650 on Thursday.

Demko is expected to miss Vancouver's next three games before that matchup against the Sabres. He's 5-4-0 with a 2.80 GAA and a .903 save percentage in 10 appearances this season. While Demko is on injured reserve, Kevin Lankinen is likely to continue to act as the Canucks' starter while Nikita Tolopilo is the No. 2 option.

  • Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Tending twine Thursday

Gustavsson will defend the cage on the road versus Calgary on Thursday, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.

Gustavsson has been splitting the workload with Jesper Wallstedt of late, featuring in five of the club's last 10 outings. In those outings, the 27-year-old Gustavsson is undefeated in regulation, posting a 3-0-2 record to go with a 1.72 GAA and one shutout. Given the rotation, fantasy managers can expect to see Wallstedt guarding the crease on the road against Vancouver on Saturday.

  • Avalanche's Mackenzie Blackwood: Guarding crease versus Islanders

Blackwood will start on the road against the Islanders on Thursday, per Brian Compton of NHL.com.

Blackwood has won six straight games after losing in a shootout against the Sharks on Nov. 1, in his season debut. Blackwood has a 1.85 GAA and a .930 save percentage with the high-flying Avalanche across seven games this season. The Islanders are generating 2.85 goals per game, which ranks 24th in the NHL.
