Woll will protect the road goal versus the Blue Jackets on Wednesday, Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers reports.

Woll took the loss versus the Canadiens on Saturday, allowing four goals on 25 shots before he was pulled for Dennis Hildeby. Over four games this season, Woll has allowed 12 goals on 116 shots for an .897 save percentage. The Blue Jackets are without Kirill Marchenko (upper body), which may make this a slightly easier assignment for Woll and the Maple Leafs.

Talbot will protect the home goal versus the Predators on Wednesday, Michael Whitaker of The Hockey News reports.

Talbot saw a four-game winning streak snapped versus the Devils on Monday, as he allowed four goals on 20 shots in the loss. The Predators are a far less intimidating matchup, as they've scored just 12 goals over their last six games, going 1-5-0 in that span.

Annunen will protect the road goal versus the Red Wings on Wednesday.

Annunen's last two appearances have come in relief, and he's allowed four goals on 16 shots over that span. He's also lost all four of his starts this season (0-3-1). He'll be facing a tough task since the Red Wings have scored 17 goals over their last six games, going 3-2-1 in that span.

Andersen will tend the twine at home versus the Rangers on Wednesday, Ryan Henkel of The Hockey News reports.

Andersen is mired in a four-game losing streak, allowing 13 goals on 89 shots (.854 save percentage) in that span. He's alternated starts during that stretch, but Andersen looks to be in line for a larger workload in the absence of Pyotr Kochetkov (lower body). The Rangers have scored just 12 goals over their last six games, going 2-4-0 in that span, so this could be a good chance for Andersen to get on track.

Vasilevskiy is between the pipes at home for Wednesday's game versus the Flames, Lightning reporter Gabby Shirley reports.

Vasilevskiy earned his first shutout of the year in a 3-0 win over the Flyers on Monday. He's won six of his last seven games with a 1.94 GAA and a .926 save percentage in that span. The Flames have scored 18 goals over their last five contests, and they enter Wednesday on a three-game winning streak.

Binnington will protect the road goal versus the Devils on Wednesday.

Binnington is undefeated in regulation over his last four outings, going 2-0-2 with 11 goals allowed on 130 shots in that span (.915 save percentage). The Devils have struggled without Jack Hughes (finger), scoring just 10 goals over their last five games since the star center got hurt, which could give Binnington a decent chance to keep his success going Wednesday.

Murashov was reassigned to AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Wednesday.

Murashov has a 1-1-1 record, 1.90 GAA and .913 save percentage in four appearances with Pittsburgh this season. Although Murashov held his own when called upon, he's the odd man out now that Tristan Jarry (lower body) has been activated off injured reserve. Jarry is set to start at home against Buffalo on Wednesday, while Arturs Silovs will serve as the understudy. If Jarry or Silovs become unavailable later in the campaign, then Murashov will probably be recalled.

DeSmith will defend the road crease against Seattle on Wednesday, Mike Heika of the Stars' official site reports.

The Stars will play the second half of a back-to-back set after Jake Oettinger appeared in Tuesday's 8-3 win over Edmonton. DeSmith will draw the start for the second time in the team's last six games. Across seven appearances this season, he's gone 4-1-2 with a 2.22 GAA and a .917 save percentage. DeSmith had a successful outing at home against the Kraken on Nov. 9, turning aside 30 of 31 shots (.968 save percentage) in a 2-1 victory.

Tolopilo is set to start on the road against Anaheim on Wednesday, per Derek Lee of The Hockey News.

Tolopilo has a 3.35 GAA and a .901 save percentage in five appearances with AHL Abbotsford in 2025-26. He hasn't played for the Canucks yet this season. Tolopilo is getting this opportunity because Vancouver is without Kevin Lankinen (personal) and Thatcher Demko (lower body). The Ducks are 14-7-1 and rank second in goals per game with 3.59, so they're a particularly challenging adversary.

Ullmark is slated to start Wednesday's road game against Vegas, Julian McKenzie of The Athletic reports.

Ullmark has picked up wins in each of his last two starts, posting a 2.01 GAA and a .909 save percentage during that time. He'll attempt to remain effective against a Golden Knights team that is scoring 3.09 goals per game this season, which ties the club for the 14th-best mark in the league.
