Rielly (flu) may be a game-time decision versus Carolina on Friday.

Rielly will not partake in Toronto's Fan Day festivities Thursday with the illness. The defenseman has nine goals, 24 assists, 92 blocked shots and a minus-16 rating across 66 appearances this season. Should Rielly not be available Friday, look for Simon Benoit to enter the lineup.

Hughes produced a goal and two assists, one on the power play, in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Rangers.

It was the second straight three-point performance for the 24-year-old center, who continues to shine since returning to the Devils as an Olympic hero. Over 11 games since the NHL schedule resumed, Hughes has piled up six goals and 18 points, including two goals and four assists with the man advantage.

Brown scored a power-play goal and added two assists, one with the man advantage, in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Rangers.

The veteran winger had a point in each period as he continues to thrive in a top-six role. Brown has four multi-point performances in the last nine games, a stretch in which he's erupted for three goals and 12 points while producing half his power-play points (one goal, two assists) on the season.

Markstrom turned aside 15 shots in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Rangers.

The Devils outshot the home squad 39-18 on the night, and while Markstrom allowed a goal in each period, his team never trailed over the final two frames. The veteran netminder has started nine of New Jersey's 10 games since the Olympic break, going 6-3-0 with a 2.76 GAA and .891 save percentage over that stretch.

Hall collected a goal and an assist in Wednesday's 6-5 overtime win over Pittsburgh.

After the veteran winger had a hand in a Jackson Blake tally late in the second period, Blake returned the favor early in the third. The goal, and the multi-point performance, were Hall's first in March, but he's been surprisingly productive since the Olympic break, delivering three goals and 11 points in 11 games.

Stankoven scored a power-play goal and added an even-strength assist in Wednesday's 6-5 overtime win over Pittsburgh.

Both points came in a wild third period that saw the two teams combine for seven goals. Stankoven is struggling to make a consistent offensive impact -- he hasn't recorded points in back-to-back games since early January -- but since the Olympic break he's managed a respectable four goals and seven points in 11 contests. Wednesday's power-play tally was his first of the season.

Walker scored the overtime winner and added an assist in Wednesday's 6-5 victory over the Penguins.

The veteran blueliner saved Carolina's bacon, helping to set up the tying goal by K'Andre Miller with just under three minutes left in the third period before ripping a one-timer past Stuart Skinner inside the final 30 seconds of OT. Walker has heated up since the Olympic break, and over the last 10 games he's amassed three goals and nine points despite a lack of power-play time. Wednesday's GWG was his first of the season, and just the third of his career.

Ehlers pocketed three assists, one on the power play, in Wednesday's 6-5 overtime win over the Penguins.

The veteran winger produced his second three-point performance in March, helping to set up tallies by Jackson Blake in the second period and Taylor Hall and Logan Stankoven in the third. Ehlers has been on a roll this month, delivering five goals and 12 points in nine games as he closes in on his third straight 60-point campaign, and first with Carolina.

Blake scored a goal and added two assists, one on the power play, in Wednesday's 6-5 overtime win over Pittsburgh.

After finding the back of the net himself late in the second period, Blake was one of the starts of a wild third that saw seven total goals scored by the two teams, as he helped set up tallies by Taylor Hall and Logan Stankoven. Blake has been productive since the All-Star break, picking up four goals and 10 points in 11 games, and Wednesday's goal was his 20th of the season -- the first time the 22-year-old winger has reached that milestone in the NHL.

Andersen stopped 30 shots in Wednesday's 6-5 overtime win over the Penguins.

The wild back-and-forth contest saw neither team build more than a one-goal lead at any point, and seven total goals scored in the third period. Andersen still held on to record his fourth straight win, and fifth in six outings since the Olympic break as he works in a timeshare with Brandon Bussi. Over that stretch, Andersen has gone 5-1-0 despite a 2.95 GAA and .873 save percentage, as Carolina has averaged 4.5 goals a game in his starts.
