Lopez went 1-for-4 with an RBI and a stolen base in Monday's extra-inning win over the Brewers.

Making another start at second base, Lopez continued a strong stretch that has seen him slash .306/.350/.528 over the last 11 games with two homers, a steal, four runs and eight RBI. The 25-year-old has been forming an effective double-play duo with Vidal Brujan of late, but with Tim Anderson (back) poised to come off the IL, it's not clear how the Marlins will divvy up playing time at the middle-infield spots between the three players. Lopez has played well enough to remain in a significant role, however.

Bae will be recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis prior to the Pirates' game against the Giants on Tuesday, Noah Hiles of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

There's no word yet on what the corresponding roster move will be. Bae has slashed .367/.479/.551 with four home runs and seven stolen bases over 27 games with Indianapolis this season. The 24-year-old has played center field, second base and left field with Indianapolis and should bounce around to multiple positions in Pittsburgh.

Garcia went 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBI in Monday's victory over the Twins.

Garcia put Washington ahead with his 378-foot, two-run home run in the second inning off Minnesota starter Pablo Lopez. The 24-year-old second baseman entered the game in a cold spell in which he hit .091 (3-for-33) over his previous nine games while battling wrist and heel ailments. This performance may be a sign that Garcia is feeling healthy. He's batting .281 on the season in 145 plate appearances.

Mastrobuoni was optioned to Triple-A Iowa on Monday, per MLB's transaction log.

Mastrobuoni went 0-for-10 at the dish over his last three games, and he'll be demoted to the minors now that Dansby Swanson (knee) is ready to be activated from the 10-day IL and Luis Vazquez is ready to get a shot with the big-league club. Mastrobuoni will likely be seen again in the majors this season considering his versatility.

Turang is not in the lineup for Monday's contest in Miami.

The Marlins are rolling with southpaw Ryan Weathers, so the left-handed hitting Turang will take a seat. Andruw Monasterio will occupy second base for the Brewers.

Bogaerts had preliminary imaging on his left shoulder come back negative Monday, though the Padres are awaiting additional test results, Kevin Acee of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

The veteran infielder exited Game 1 of Monday's doubleheader after he suffered the injury while making a diving stop at second base. Bogaerts likely won't be available for Monday's nightcap, but he should be considered day-to-day until more information is available.

Bogaerts was removed from Monday's game in Atlanta with an apparent left shoulder injury, Sammy Levitt of 973 The Fan reports.

Bogaerts landed awkwardly while making a diving stop at second base in the third inning and looked to be in considerable pain immediately. He walked off the field under his own power and now could be headed for testing. Bogaerts was retired in his lone plate appearance before departing.

Marte went 2-for-4 with a walk and two runs scored in Sunday's 6-4 win over Detroit.

Marte extended a hit streak to 18 games with a second-inning single. His single two innings later ended another streak: the switch hitter entered Sunday's contest with exactly one hit in 15 consecutive games. It seems counter-intuitive, but Marte's batting average has actually dropped during the streak, from .307 to .292. It should be noted he's done more than just hit singles during the run; Marte has four doubles, two triples, four home runs, 11 RBI and 10 runs scored over those 18 games.

Triolo went 2-for-4 with a stolen base in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Cubs.

Triolo has gone 5-for-11 with four strikeouts over his last three games. Prior to this burst of offense, he went just 2-for-30 with an 8:13 BB:K over a 10-game stretch. The infielder is slashing a poor .212/.297/.265 with two home runs, four steals, 15 RBI, eight runs scored and two doubles over 172 plate appearances this season. While those numbers aren't great, Triolo appears set to maintain a starting role at third base as long as Ke'Bryan Hayes (back) is out.

Turang went 3-for-5 with a double, two RBI, a run scored and a steal in Sunday's loss to Houston.

Turang doubled, swiped third base and scored in the first inning. He later knocked a two-run single in the seventh. He's been swinging a hot bat all season and is officially entering breakout territory. After registering a brutal .585 OPS through 448 plate appearances in 2023, Turang owns a .314/.369/.431 slash line through 43 games this season. He's perfect in 18 stolen base attempts and has produced 15 multi-hit games.
