India (lower leg) was scratched from Monday's lineup against the Phillies, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

India has missed the last three games due to a lower leg injury and was initially slated to return to the lineup Monday. While the Reds haven't yet provided a reason for removing him from Monday's lineup, it seems likely that he needs at least another day to recover from his lower leg issue. Whether he's available off the bench remains to be seen, but Matt Reynolds will take over at the keystone and bat sixth.

Andrus isn't starting Monday against the Rangers.

Andrus started the last two games and went 2-for-8 with a double, a run and two strikeouts. Nick Allen will shift to shortstop while Jonah Bride starts at second base Monday.

Altuve isn't starting Monday against the White Sox, Bruce Levine of 670TheScore.com reports.

Altuve will get a breather after he went 2-for-10 with two doubles, two RBI, a run, three walks and a strikeout over the last three games. Aledmys Diaz is shifting to second base while Trey Mancini serves as the designated hitter.

Sosa isn't starting Monday against the Astros, Bruce Levine of 670TheScore.com reports.

Sosa is out of the lineup for the second time in the last three games after he went 1-for-4 with two strikeouts Sunday against the Tigers. Leury Garcia is starting at shortstop and batting ninth.

Guillorme (groin) is not in the lineup for Monday's game against Atlanta.

Guillorme left Sunday's game with a groin injury, and he will be held out a day later for the same reason. Eduardo Escobar will man the hot corner for the Mets on Monday night.

Marte (hamstring) is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Giants.

The extent of Marte's injury is not yet known, but it will force him to the bench for at least one night. Josh Rojas will man the keystone in Marte's place.

The Nationals placed Garcia on the 10-day injured list Monday with a left groin strain.

On Sunday, multiple reports suggested that Garcia would be placed on the injured list due to the groin issue, and the Nationals made the move official one day later. Garcia has been Washington's primary shortstop since the start of June, but CJ Abrams is set to fill that spot moving forward. Once activated, Garcia is expected to handle an everyday role at second base.

Lowe (shoulder) is starting at designated hitter and batting second in Monday's game versus the Yankees, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Lowe will be back in the lineup Monday after he missed Sunday's contest with shoulder soreness. The 28-year-old has been cold from the plate recently, producing one hit over 20 at-bats in his last five games. Lowe will look to turn it around against New York.

India will return to the lineup following a three-game absence after he was hit by a pitch Thursday. The second baseman has had a challenging time recently while battling multiple injuries and he's produced a .171 average with a double, two RBI and two runs in 10 games in August.

Hernandez (hip) is expected to be reinstated from the 60-day injured list Tuesday, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Hernandez has been out since June 7 while nursing a right hip flexor strain, but he appears to be on the cusp of a return to the big leagues. The 30-year-old has struggled from the plate this year, batting .209 with four homers, 24 RBI and 27 runs over 215 at-bats in 51 games. Jaylin Davis was optioned to Triple-A Worcester on Sunday, opening a roster spot for Hernandez.
