Jung batted third and went 0-for-5 in Tuesday's 7-6 loss to the White Sox.

One day after Bruce Bochy moved Jung to third in the order against a lefty, the manager did the same thing against a righty Tuesday. Bochy talked about breaking up two consecutive lefty hitters -- Corey Seager and Nathaniel Lowe -- against southpaws after Monday's game, but it appears he may be inclined to make the change regardless of who is pitching.

Urshela (pelvis) visited with a specialist earlier in the week and will see another on Wednesday, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

The Angels will have a better sense of his timeline after the visit Wednesday, Bollinger notes. Urshela was placed on the 10-day injured list with a left pelvis fracture before Friday's game. The veteran infielder will miss at least another week, but it's possible this will be an injury that keeps him out of action for a longer period.

Henderson (illness) will serve as the designated hitter and bat leadoff Tuesday versus the Rays in his return to the lineup, Max Goodman of The Newark Star-Ledger reports.

Henderson was a late scratch from Sunday's lineup against the Cubs due to a stomach bug, but he's feeling well enough to play Tuesday following Monday's off day. The rookie infielder has been on fire in June, sporting a 1.119 OPS with five home runs over 12 contests.

Bride isn't in the Athletics' lineup Tuesday against Cleveland.

Bride is hitless (0-for-14) across his last six games and will now miss his second consecutive start as the A's look for more production at third base. Jace Peterson will slide over to the hot corner Tuesday, allowing Tony Kemp to start at second and bat eighth.

LeMahieu is out of the lineup for Tuesday's contest against the Mariners.

LeMahieu will take a seat for the third time in four games, and the one contest he did start during that stretch was part of a doubleheader. He could sit out Wednesday, too, as Yankees manager Aaron Boone wants LeMahieu "to continue to work on some of the little things he's working on" as he tries to get out of a rut at the plate, per Bryan Hoch of MLB.com. Josh Donaldson will cover third base Tuesday for the fourth time over the last five games.

Maton isn't starting Tuesday against the Royals.

The left-handed bat of Maton will remain in the dugout against southpaw Daniel Lynch and the Royals on Tuesday. Jonathan Schoop will start at third base instead while batting sixth.

Jung went 3-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional run in Monday's 5-2 win over the White Sox.

Jung normally bats fifth in the order, but manager Bruce Bochy wanted to get a look at him in the No. 3 spot while dropping Nate Lowe to fifth, per Kennedi Landry of MLB.com. The tweak was prompted by the manager's desire to break up two consecutive left-handed batters -- Corey Seager and Lowe -- against lefty starters. It's a change Bochy said he's considering going forward but did not commit to it being permanent. For one night, however, the new order paid off. Jung had just one home run through 14 games this month, but he's now gone deep twice in his last three appearances. Even after the three-hit day, the rookie third baseman has gone 16-for-64 (.250) across 17 June contests. Still, he owns an impressive .284/.339/.509 slash line with 30 extra-base knocks and 51 runs scored through 295 plate appearances this season.

Lewis is not in the starting lineup Monday versus the Red Sox.

Lewis will get a breather after he went 2-for-11 with an RBI and two runs scored while starting all four games of the team's series with Detroit. Kyle Farmer will take over at the hot corner and bat seventh in the opener with Boston.

The Angels placed Rendon on the 10-day injured list Monday with a left wrist contusion.

Rendon missed each of the Angels' last three games due to the injury, which he sustained when he was hit by a pitch in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Rangers. The Angels will be able to backdate Rendon's IL stint to Friday, so assuming he shows improvement during the upcoming week, he could be ready for activation when first eligible June 26. Luis Rengifo will likely continue to serve as the main replacement at third base while Rendon is on the mend.

Bregman went 3-for-5 with a double, a triple, a walk, an RBI and two runs scored Sunday against the Reds.

Bregman entered Sunday's game hitless in five of his previous six games, but he delivered his first multi-extra-base hit performance since May 17. His power production is down -- his .387 slugging percentage would be his lowest in a season by 35 points -- but he's still managed to tally 40 RBI and 39 runs scored across 71 games on the campaign.
