Lewis went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 5-3 win over the Mariners.

Lewis extended his hitting streak to six games with his seventh-inning long ball. He has gone 6-for-22 during the streak, adding four RBI and a steal. The homer Friday ended a 13-game power drought for Lewis, though he still hasn't logged a multi-hit game since July 11. For the season, the infielder is batting .216 with a .690 OPS, 11 homers, 34 RBI, 37 runs scored, 10 steals, 13 doubles and a triple over 76 games.

Lee went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Friday's 5-3 win over the Mariners.

Lee got the Twins on the board in the second inning with his homer. The infielder has slumped a bit at the plate, going just 3-for-28 over his last eight games. Despite the downturn, he's maintained a fairly regular spot in the lineup. He's batting .244 with a .725 OPS this season, and he matched his homer total from last year (16) with his long ball Friday. Lee also has 58 RBI, 50 runs scored, 16 doubles, three triples and seven stolen bases over 106 contests this year.

Paredes went 2-for-3 with a home run, two walks and two RBI in Saturday's 11-2 win over the Rangers.

Paredes was a consistent contributor all night. Despite entering the contest in a 1-for-17 skid over his previous four games, the 27-year-old finishes July with an .836 OPS and 15 RBI in 23 games. For the year, he's slashing .257/.352/.428 with 15 homers, 60 RBI and 44 runs scored across 443 plate appearances.

Vargas went 1-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run during the White Sox's 6-1 win over the Rays on Friday.

Vargas got on the board early with a solo long ball in the first inning, one of four homers that the White Sox hit off Rays right-hander Nick Martinez. Vargas is up to 23 home runs on the year, which is tied for eighth in the American League. He'll end the month of July with a .740 OPS with four home runs and 12 RBI across 111 plate appearances.

Caminero went 1-for-2 with two walks and a solo home run during the Rays' 6-1 loss to the White Sox on Friday.

Caminero supplied the Rays' lone run with a solo long ball off Erick Fedde in the fourth inning. It was the 30th home run of the season for Caminero and his first since July 17 against the Red Sox. He's cracked at least 30 homers in back-to-back seasons and has a .910 OPS with 66 RBI across 475 plate appearances in 2025.

Garcia is scheduled to see a hand specialist next week, Jaylon T. Thompson of The Kansas City Star reports.

Garcia has been battling through a left hand muscle strain that caused him to go on the 10-day injured list in late June. He was cleared to embark on a rehab assignment with Triple-A Omaha on Tuesday, but he was pulled from that assignment after feeling renewed pain in his left hand. Garcia's recovery timeline should come into focus once he is evaluated further.

The Mariners recalled Rivas from Triple-A Tacoma on Friday.

The move corresponds with the Mariners placing J.P. Crawford (wrist) on the 10-day injured list, with the addition of Rivas bolstering Seattle's infield depth. Rivas was on the Mariners' Opening Day roster but was sent down to Triple-A in mid-May. He's slashing .186/.407/.326 with one steal, two home runs and five RBI over 59 plate appearances with Tacoma this season.

Loftin is out of the lineup for Kansas City's matchup with the Rockies on Friday.

After going 0-for-4 in Thursday's series finale against Minnesota, Loftin will sit for Friday's series opener against Colorado. Josh Rojas will take over at third base and bat eighth for the Royals.

The Astros re-signed Shewmake to a minor-league deal and assigned him to Triple-A Sugar Land on Friday, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

After spending over three months with Houston to start the season before being traded to Milwaukee, Shewmake is back with the Astros. Between Houston and Milwaukee this season, the 28-year-old has slashed .259/.270/.424 with three home runs in 91 plate appearances.

Mead has a nondisplaced left wrist fracture and will be reimaged in four weeks, Ian Browne of MLB.com reports.

Mead was placed on the 10-day injured list Wednesday after suffering the injury when he was hit by a pitch Monday night against the Athletics. The 25-year-old is anticipated to be sidelined for roughly 6-to-8 weeks, with Thursday's news giving him a chance to hit the front end of that timeline.
