Josh Jung 3B | TEX
Rangers' Josh Jung: Goes yard Monday
Jung went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Monday's 6-3 loss to the Astros.
This was Jung's first homer over 13 games in September, and he's batting just .184 (9-for-49) this month. The third baseman's blast tied the game at 2-2 in the fifth inning. Jung had six multi-hit efforts over his last eight contests in August, so the slowdown in September is discouraging. He's at a .251/.294/.394 slash line with 14 homers, 57 RBI, 48 runs scored and four stolen bases over 120 games this season.

Alec Bohm 3B | PHI
Phillies' Alec Bohm: Travels with team to LA
Bohm (shoulder) traveled with the team to Los Angeles with the hope of returning after a minimum stay on the 10-day injured list, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.
Bohm landed on the 10-day injured list Sept. 8 due to a cyst in his left shoulder, but it appears he's still on track for a minimum stay. If all goes according to plan during the week, it wouldn't be a surprise to see Bohm back in the lineup for Friday's matchup in Arizona.

Graham Pauley 3B | MIA
Marlins' Graham Pauley: Back at full strength
The Marlins reinstated Pauley (oblique) from the 10-day injured list Monday.
Pauley had been on the shelf since Aug. 18 due to a right oblique strain, but he's been deemed ready to rejoin the big club after he went 3-for-10 with a home run and a double over a three-game rehab assignment at Triple-A Jacksonville. He's made 48 starts at third base so far this season, but with the Marlins also bringing back Connor Norby (quadriceps) from the IL on Monday, Pauley may have to settle for limited at-bats over the final two weeks of the campaign.

Connor Norby 2B | MIA
Marlins' Connor Norby: Returns from 10-day IL
The Marlins activated Norby (quadriceps) from the 10-day injured list Monday.
Norby will rejoin the Marlins after missing the minimum 10 days while recovering from a left quad strain. The 25-year-old was activated after completing a three-game rehab assignment at Triple-A Jacksonville, during which he went 2-for-10 with two RBI, a run scored and four strikeouts. Norby is expected to settle back in as Miami's primary third baseman for the final two weeks of the season.

Ke'Bryan Hayes 3B | CIN
Reds' Ke'Bryan Hayes: Late entry into lineup
Hayes will start at third base and bat eighth in Monday's contest in St. Louis.
Hayes had been scheduled for a day off, but he's been added to the lineup after Spencer Steer (neck) was scratched. Sal Stewart will move from third base to first base to cover for Steer, while Hayes will occupy the hot corner.

Blaze Alexander SS | ARI
Diamondbacks' Blaze Alexander: Back in lineup Monday
Alexander (elbow) is starting at third base and batting fifth against the Giants on Monday, Jack Sommers of SI.com reports.
Alexander was struck on his left elbow by a pitch during the Diamondbacks' 6-4 win over the Rangers on Sunday. He was diagnosed with an elbow contusion, and the injury isn't severe enough to be held out of the starting lineup for Monday's series opener. Alexander has gone 7-for-27 (.259) with four RBI over his last seven games.

Jordan Westburg 2B | BAL
Orioles' Jordan Westburg: Back with team, activation imminent
Westburg (ankle) joined the Orioles in Chicago on Monday and will be activated from the 10-day injured list ahead of Tuesday's game against the White Sox, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.
Though the Orioles didn't reinstate him prior to Monday's series opener in Chicago, Westburg is likely just getting a day to rest after he went 2-for-5 with two home runs in his final rehab game for Triple-A Norfolk on Sunday. Assuming that the Orioles' medical staff is satisfied with the condition on his right ankle, Westburg will likely rejoin the lineup Tuesday. Westburg will presumably take over as the Orioles' everyday third baseman, resulting in Jeremiah Jackson moving into more of a utility role.

Ke'Bryan Hayes 3B | CIN
Reds' Ke'Bryan Hayes: Resting in series opener
Hayes is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Cardinals.
After going 0-for-7 with a walk over the final two contests of the Reds' weekend series in Sacramento, Hayes will get a chance to catch his breath as Cincinnati kicks off a three-game set in St. Louis. Sal Stewart will step in for Hayes at third base and will bat fifth.
