Ohtani went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Thursday's loss to the Rays.

The left-handed hitter went yard against Josh Fleming in the third inning. It was the 10th dinger for the electric Ohtani, who's now slashing .273/.322/.645 in 2021.

Reyes went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and an additional run scored in a 4-0 win against the Royals on Thursday.

Reyes cranked his eighth home run in the eighth inning off Jake Brentz. He leads Cleveland with 22 RBI, a .283 batting average and a .966 OPS. The 25-year-old has only four hits in his last seven games, but three of those were extra-base knocks. In addition, he's walked five times during that stretch.

Stanton went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a walk Thursday against the Astros.

Stanton homered for the third consecutive game and also extended his hitting streak to 12 games. In that span, he's gone 25-for-52 with six home runs, 11 RBI and 11 runs scored. After a slow start to the campaign, Stanton is suddenly hitting .312/.364/.606 with nine long balls, 23 RBI and 16 runs scored across 118 plate appearances.

Alvarez went 3-for-4 with two solo home runs Thursday against the Yankees.

Alvarez took Gerrit Cole deep for both of his home runs, first in the fourth inning followed by another blast in seventh. He now has five long balls on the season, three of which have come since May 1. For the campaign, Alvarez is hitting .337/.376/.609 with 17 RBI and 17 runs scored across 101 plate appearances.

Buxton was diagnosed with a hip strain after leaving Thursday's loss to the Rangers, Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com reports.

Buxton is considered day-to-day following his diagnosis. He appeared to suffer the injury while running out a potential infield hit in the bottom of the ninth inning and was unable to play in the 10th inning. Prior to his departure, Buxton went 1-for-5 with a run and a strikeout. If Buxton is held out for Friday's series opener against the Tigers, Jake Cave or Max Kepler could take over in center field.

Buxton was removed from Thursday's game against the Rangers with an apparent injury, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.

Buxton appeared to pull up while running out a potential infield single in the bottom of the ninth inning, and Jake Cave replaced him in center field to begin the 10th frame. The nature and severity of Buxton's injury aren't yet known, and it's unclear whether he'll be able to return to the lineup for Friday's series opener against Detroit.

Choi (knee), playing in his second rehab game for Triple-A Durham, went 1-for-4 with a double and a walk in a win over Memphis on Wednesday.

The recovering infielder had gone hitless and contributed a sacrifice fly in Tuesday's rehab debut, so Wednesday represented another step in the right direction. Choi filled the designated hitter role in his second game after starting at first base and playing five innings in the field 24 hours prior.

Cabrera is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Red Sox.

Cabrera will receive the afternoon off on getaway day while he remains mired in an 0-for-27 slump that has dropped his batting average to .098 on the season. The 38-year-old is striking out at a career-worst 32.8 percent clip, and his Statcast-measured .150 expected batting average suggests fantasy managers shouldn't bank on a major turnaround even if his .108 BABIP climbs from its current level.

Martinez went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and two walks in Wednesday's 6-5 loss to the Tigers.

The Red Sox didn't do much against Casey Mize over six innings, but they were able to get to the bullpen in the seventh, when Martinez delivered a game-tying blast. It was his league-high-tying 10th homer of the season, and his 29 RBI lead the majors. Martinez has hit safely in four of the last five contests, going 8-for-19 with three homers, eight RBI and six runs scored.

Ohtani completed five scoreless innings against Tampa Bay on Wednesday, allowing one hit and six walks while striking out seven. He did not factor in the decision.

The two-way star appeared downright dominant at times against the defending American League champions, racking up 15 swinging strikes and limiting the Rays to only one hit (a single). However, he also threw a wild pitch and walked six batters, pushing his pitch count to 84 and contributing to a somewhat early exit. Ohtani's 2.41 ERA and 37.1 percent strikeout rate through four starts are undoubtedly impressive, but his 1.39 WHIP and 21.0 percent walk rate provide some reason for concern. Still, Ohtani is showing this season that his potential is almost boundless, making him a valuable fantasy asset as both a hitter and a pitcher. His next start on the mound will likely come at Houston near the beginning of next week.
