All three of Duran's wins have come in his last five appearances, and through 23.1 innings on the season he sports a sparkling 1.16 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 28:10 K:BB with eight saves in nine chances.

The Orioles designated Perez for assignment Saturday.

Perez will exit the 40-man roster after posting an 8.31 ERA, 2.12 WHIP and 21:18 K:BB across 21.2 innings this season. The move makes room in the Orioles' bullpen for Yaramil Hiraldo, whose contract was selected from Triple-A Norfolk by Baltimore on Saturday.

The Red Sox designated Newcomb for assignment Saturday.

The move makes room on the roster for Luis Guerrero, who the Red Sox recalled from Triple-A Worcester. Newcomb has a 3.83 ERA, 1.75 WHIP and 41:16 K:BB across 40 innings this season, but he has yielded seven runs (six earned) over his last 12.1 frames.

Guerrero will take the spot in the bullpen vacated by Sean Newcomb, who was designated for assignment by the Red Sox in a corresponding move.

The Blue Jays placed Garcia on the 15-day injured list Saturday due to right shoulder impingement.

Blue Jays manager John Schneider told reporters Saturday that the issue has developed slowly over the last few weeks, per Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca. Garcia will be shut down from throwing and will undergo further tests to determine a timeline for his return to the majors. It's a significant blow to Toronto's bullpen, with Garcia posting a 3.15 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 24:10 K:BB across 20 innings with three saves and six holds this season. Paxton Schultz was recalled from Triple-A Buffalo in a corresponding move.

The move corresponds with the Blue Jays placing Yimi Garcia (shoulder) on the 15-day injured list. Schultz has appeared in two major-league games for the Blue Jays this season, including an eight-strikeout performance in his MLB debut against the Mariners on April 20. He has a 3.48 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 22:7 K:BB across 20.2 innings in Triple-A this season.

The Guardians recalled Enright from Triple-A Columbus on Saturday, Tim Stebbins of MLB.com reports.

Cleveland placed Hunter Gaddis (personal) on the bereavement list in a corresponding move, opening up a spot in the bullpen for Enright. The 28-year-old righty turned in a 2.00 ERA, 1.44 WHIP and 7:7 K:BB across nine innings at Triple-A this season.

The Guardians placed Gaddis on the bereavement list Saturday, Tim Stebbins of MLB.com reports.

Gaddis will be required to miss at least three games while he steps away from the team to tend to a personal matter. The 27-year-old is off to a terrific start this season with a 0.86 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 29:8 K:BB across 21 innings. Nic Enright was recalled from Triple-A Columbus in a corresponding move to take Gaddis' spot in the bullpen.

Wilson will start Saturday's game against the Rangers, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.

The 27-year-old will be taking the place of Jonathan Cannon, who was scratched from his start due to lower-back tightness. Wilson hasn't pitched in a game since May 15, and he owns a 6.00 ERA and 1.79 WHIP through 33 innings this season.
