Jansen said that Sunday that he won't travel with the Red Sox to Colorado for the club's three-game series with the Rockies this week due to his pre-existing heart condition, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.

Jansen has dealt with atrial fibrillation throughout his career and will remain in Boston when the Red Sox kick off their series in Denver on Monday. The altitude is perceived to be a risk for the team's closer, so he'll get a few days off. Boston is expected to operate with only 25 players on their major-league roster for the series, and in Jansen's absence, Brennan Bernardino and Zack Kelly could be candidates to scoop up any save chances that might come about.

Brebbia (0-5) allowed three earned runs on five hits and no walks while striking out two to take the loss Sunday against the Royals.

Brebbia began the season in poor form but entered Sunday's game having maintained a 1.40 ERA and 0.93 WHIP with a 28:4 K:BB across his past 19.1 innings. He has been one of the White Sox's top setup men in that span and has racked up eight holds. Michael Kopech appears to have a grip on the closer role for the team, but setting aside Sunday's tough outing, Brebbia has proven to be a reliable high-leverage option.

Megill closed the door on his 19th save Sunday, allowing two runs on two hits while striking out one over one inning against the Twins.

Megill entered the ninth with a three-run lead but managed to make things interesting, allowing a leadoff homer to Byron Buxton followed by a Max Kepler double. While Kepler eventually came around to score on a groundout, Megill retired the final three batters to finish off his 19th save. Sunday marked the second time in three appearances that Megill has allowed two runs after having allowed no more than one earned run during any of his previous 31 appearances.

Neris (8-2) pitched a scoreless inning of relief to earn the win in Sunday's 2-1, 10-inning win over the Diamondbacks. He walked one and struck out one.

Neris navigated around the automatic runner on second base in the top of the 10th inning to extend his streak of scoreless appearances to eight. The strong work also earned him his eighth win out of the bullpen this season, which is tied for the team lead with Sunday's starter Shota Imanaga. While Neris has had a few hiccups along the way, he's mostly been solid for the Cubs, and the veteran should remain a decent fantasy option as long as he sticks in the closer role.

The Giants acquired Baumann from the Mariners on Sunday in exchange for cash considerations, Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Baumann will move on to his third organization of the season after beginning the campaign in Baltimore before being dealt to Seattle in May. Over his 35 appearances out of the bullpen with the Orioles and Mariners this season, Baumann has produced a 4.41 ERA and 1.38 WHIP with 32 strikeouts over 34.2 innings. Baumann doesn't have any minor-league options remaining and will need to be added to the Giants' 26-man active roster.

Grove (intercostal) will begin a rehab assignment Sunday with Triple-A Oklahoma City.

The right-hander has been out since June 16 while nursing a right intercostal strain. He'll likely make a few appearances with Oklahoma City before potentially returning from the 15-day injured list and rejoining the Dodgers bullpen as soon as later this week.

Graterol (shoulder) had his rehab assignment transferred to Triple-A Oklahoma City and is expected to pitch in Sunday's contest against Round Rock.

Graterol has missed the entirety of the 2024 season to this point while nursing right shoulder inflammation, but he's now just one step away from returning to the major-league roster. The 25-year-old will likely make multiple appearances with Oklahoma City, and if all goes well, he could return to the Dodgers bullpen before the end of July.

Scott struck out two in a perfect inning to earn the save in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Mets.

Scott extended his scoreless streak to 14 straight appearances as he mowed down the Mets in another stellar performance. The 2024 All-Star has not allowed a run since June 13 and is looking like one of the more attractive ninth-inning options available at the trade deadline. The 29-year-old has a 1.27 ERA and 1.01 WHIP with 48 strikeouts over 42.2 innings this season.

Suarez earned a save in Sunday's 2-1 win over the Guardians, striking out one and not allowing a hit or a walk in 1.1 scoreless innings.

Suarez came in with a runner on and two out in the eighth to face Bo Naylor and got him to pop out. He came back out for the ninth and pitched a perfect frame to register his 23rd save of the season. The 32-year-old continues to be one of the most dominant closers in baseball this year, as he's now tied for the fourth-most saves and carries a 1.62 ERA and 0.87 WHIP in 39 innings.

The Guardians recalled Strzelecki from Triple-A Columbus on Sunday.

He'll join the Cleveland bullpen as a replacement for right-hander Spencer Howard, who was designated for assignment in a corresponding move. Strzelecki tossed 5.2 scoreless innings over four relief appearances with Cleveland earlier this season but has otherwise spent the entire 2024 campaign at the Triple-A level, where he's turned in a 4.18 ERA and 1.15 WHIP over 32.1 frames.
