Perdomo went 1-for-3 with two walks, one RBI, two stolen bases and one run scored in Friday's 10-8 win over the Reds.
Perdomo had gone 4-for-15 (.267) over nine games since his last multi-hit effort, while his pair of steals Friday accounted for his first pilfers since Aug. 2. The shortstop is at a .270/.372/.402 slash line with 15 thefts, six home runs, 41 RBI, 55 runs scored, 19 doubles and three triples over 111 contests in a strong-side platoon role.

Rockies' Ezequiel Tovar: Belts 15th home run
Tovar went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Friday's 5-4 loss against the Orioles.
Tovar's home run came with one out in the fifth and gave the Rockies a 4-2 lead. The homer was his 15th of the season to go along with 59 RBI, 64 runs scored and seven steals. Tovar does strike out over six times more than he walks (129:21) which has led to an on-base percentage that's currently hovering at .298. However, his .261 average is solid and he maintains a consistent role in the top two of the Rockies' batting order.

Giants' Johan Camargo: Outrighted to Triple-A
The Giants outrighted Camargo to Triple-A Sacramento on Friday, John Shea of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Camargo was designated for assignment Wednesday and passed through waivers unclaimed. The 29-year-old infielder has slashed just .209/.267/.314 over his last 110 major-league games (331 plate appearances) dating back to the beginning of the 2020 season.

Reds' Noelvi Marte: Steals, scores in loss
Marte went 1-for-2 with a walk, a stolen base and a run scored in Thursday's 3-2 loss to the Diamondbacks.
In a game dominated by pitching and some of the league's most exciting rookies, Marte's eighth-inning walk was nearly the difference. After getting on base, the Cincinnati rookie stole second base and scored a go-ahead run on Tyler Stephenson's single. The lead lasted a half inning before Arizona rookie Corbin Carroll delivered a two-run home run. Marte has stolen a base in three of the five games in which he's appeared.

Perdomo is absent from the lineup Thursday against the Reds.
Nick Ahmed will start at shortstop and bat eighth with left-hander Brandon Williamson toeing the slab for Cincinnati. The switch-hitting Perdomo carries a .659 OPS in 52 plate appearances this year against southpaws. He has a .790 OPS in 338 plate appearances against righties.

Rojas is not in the lineup for Thursday's later game against the Guardians.
Rojas finished 1-for-3 with a single, a walk and a run scored in Wednesday's suspended game, which had to be completed Thursday afternoon in Cleveland. Enrique Hernandez will start at shortstop for the Dodgers in the regularly-scheduled tilt.

Winn went 1-for-5 with an RBI and a stolen base in Wednesday's 6-4 win over the Pirates.
Winn checked off a couple of milestones with his first major-league RBI and steal in this contest. He's batting .217 (5-for-23) with a double over his first six major-league games while holding down the starting job at shortstop, as expected.

Nationals' Jeter Downs: Back in big leagues
Downs was recalled from Triple-A Rochester on Thursday, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.
Downs was just sent down Sunday but is back in the big leagues to take Stone Garrett's (fibula) spot on the roster. The 25-year-old infielder will bring some versatility off the bench.

Tovar is absent from the lineup for Thursday's game in Tampa Bay, Patrick Lyons of TheDNVR.com reports.
It's the first time Tovar hasn't been in the lineup since he was on the paternity leave list back in late June. Alan Trejo will get a start at shortstop.
