Bichette went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run in a loss to the Yankees in the second game of Thursday's doubleheader.

Bichette played long ball in the matinee and followed up with another homer in the nightcap, his 11th this season. His batting average could use some work (.272), but Bichette is on a 30-homer pace and he's running more than he did his first couple years in the majors. He's a fantasy star with superstar upside.

Bichette went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in a 2-0 win over the Yankees in the first game of Thursday's doubleheader.

Bichette followed up Marcus Semien's two-out home run in the third inning with a long shot of his own to increase the Blue Jays' lead to two runs. It was Bichette's 10th homer of the season. The 23-year-old did not strike out for the first time in eight games. He is slashing .274/.319/.498 in 214 plate appearances. Much like Semien, Bichette is a dual power-speed threat, adding seven steals on the season.

Abrams (ankle) remains out of the lineup for Double-A San Antonio on Thursday.

Abrams has not played since limping off the field following a play at first base Saturday. He remains on the active roster and is considered day-to-day, according to Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune.

Seager (hand) was wearing a splint on his hand while running the bases prior to the Thursday's game, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Seager had been wearing a cast to protect his right hand, so there has apparently been some progress in his recovery. Even so, he'll be out until at least the middle of June according to the original timeline given by the club. Gavin Lux and Chris Taylor should continue to fill in at shortstop.

Story (arm) is considered day-to-day after he left Game 2 of Thursday's doubleheader against the Mets, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.

Manager Bud Black confirmed after Thursday's doubleheader that Story's removal from the nightcap was precautionary, but he added that throwing could be a concern in the coming days. If Story misses any additional time, Brendan Rodgers could fill in at shortstop.

The White Sox anticipate that Anderson, who is dealing with a sore left thumb in additional to general body soreness, will be ready to rejoin the lineup Friday against the Orioles, James Fegan of The Athletic reports.

Anderson will be on the bench for the second straight day in Thursday's series opener, but the White Sox appear to be holding him out merely as a precaution. The 27-year-old had been stuck in a 3-for-30 slump over his past seven starts, so the time off should not only help him recover from his minor injuries, but it should also help him refine his approach at the plate.

Rojas will require time on the injured list after he suffered a dislocated finger Thursday, Craig Mish of SportsGrid.com reports.

Rojas will undergo further testing to determine the extent of the injury, but the the team is reportedly concerned about the issue. Jose Devers stepped in at shortstop Thursday, but Jazz Chisholm (ankle) could see most of the playing time at shortstop in Rojas' absence, while Isan Diaz could see increased time at second base.

Anderson isn't in Thursday's lineup against the Orioles due to general soreness, Scot Gregor of the Chicago Daily Herald reports.

Anderson is out of the lineup for the second straight game, and manager Tony La Russa said that the shortstop has "some sore spots." However, La Russa was hopeful that Anderson's absence will be temporary, so he should be considered day-to-day.

Anderson isn't starting Thursday's game against the Orioles.

The White Sox haven't indicated that Anderson is dealing with an injury, but he'll remain out of the lineup for a second straight game. Danny Mendick will start at shortstop and bat ninth.

Story was removed from Game 2 of Thursday's doubleheader against the Mets due to arm tightness, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.

Story went 0-for-1 with a walk in Thursday's nightcap before he was replaced at shortstop in the bottom of the fourth inning. The severity of the issue isn't yet known, and it's not clear whether he'll be forced to miss additional time.
