Lambert (8-6) allowed three runs (two earned) on five hits and three walks while striking out three batters over five innings in a loss to San Diego on Saturday.

Lambert gave up just one extra-base hit, but it was a solo homer to Jackson Merrill. Beyond that, he fared pretty well, with the only other earned run against him coming as the result of a pair of walks, a single and a fielder's choice in the first frame. Lambert has allowed two or fewer earned runs in each of his past seven starts, posting a 2.29 ERA and 43:13 K:BB over 39.1 innings during that span. He's lined up to make his next start at home versus Seattle.

Miller earned a save against Houston on Saturday, allowing one run on one hit while striking out one batter over one inning.

Miller had a two-run lead to work with when he entered in the ninth inning, and he quickly brought the tying run to the plate when he hit the first batter of the frame (Christian Walker). The All-Star closer moved Walker to second with a wild pitch and surrendered a two-out RBI single to Yandy Diaz but retired LaMonte Wade on a groundout to finish off the save. The earned run Miller gave up ended a 12-outing scoreless stretch and is just his fifth allowed run of the campaign through 49.1 frames, resulting in a sterling 0.91 ERA. He's converted 29 of 30 save opportunities and has registered a dominant 91:16 K:BB.

Pages went 2-for-4 with a walk and a stolen base in Saturday's 2-1 extra-inning win over the Diamondbacks.

Pages logged a steal for the first time since he swiped two bags versus the Phillies on July 22. The outfielder is batting .286 (8-for-28) with two extra-base hits over seven contests in August. On the year, Pages is hitting .270 with a .794 OPS, 19 home runs, 11 steals, 75 RBI, 66 runs scored, 23 doubles and two triples over 116 games.

Tucker went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a second run scored in Saturday's 2-1 extra-inning win over the Diamondbacks.

Tucker opened the scoring in the eighth inning with his homer. He's up to 11 long balls on the year, including four over 19 games since the All-Star break, a span in which he's hitting .242 (15-for-62) with six RBI. The outfielder is now hitting .244 overall while adding a .725 OPS, 53 RBI, 64 runs scored, 18 doubles, two triples and seven stolen bases over 110 contests.

King (7-8) earned the win over the Astros on Saturday, allowing one run on three hits and one walk while striking out six batters over six innings.

King surrendered a second-inning Taylor Trammell solo homer, but that was the only time Houston scored against him. The right-hander finished with his 11th quality start of the season and snapped a four-outing winless stretch. King also had his swing-and-miss stuff working, racking up 15 whiffs on 93 pitches. Despite being saddled with a mediocre record, King has provided much-needed consistency for a San Diego rotation that has been beset by injuries and poor performances -- he leads the team's starters in just about every major category, including ERA (3.37), WHIP (1.17), strikeouts (114) and innings pitched (136.1).

Dreyer allowed a hit and struck out one over a scoreless inning to earn the save in Saturday's 2-1 extra-inning win over the Diamondbacks.

This was Dreyer's first save conversion of the year, and it came after the Dodgers reclaimed the lead following closer Edwin Diaz's second blown save in as many days. Over his last 20 games, Dreyer has covered 17 innings while allowing just three runs with a 22:7 K:BB. He's been steady with a 2.87 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and 54:13 K:BB through 47 innings this season, adding seven holds and two blown saves while not seeing a lot of high-leverage usage. The left-handed Dreyer may continue to be used as a matchup specialist, but there's at least a hint of uncertainty in the bullpen hierarchy given Diaz's struggles since returning from an elbow injury.

Diaz (2-1) allowed one run on two hits and a walk while striking out one over one inning to take a blown save while earning the win in Saturday's 2-1 extra-inning win over the Diamondbacks.

Diaz was able to keep the ball in the yard this time, but he allowed back-to-back triples to Geraldo Perdomo and Corbin Carroll to yield the tying run in the bottom of the ninth inning. The Dodgers retook the lead in the 10th, and Jack Dreyer converted the save to give Diaz the win. At this point, it's getting tough to have any confidence in Diaz -- he's blown consecutive save chances and has been scored upon in four of five outings since returning from elbow surgery. Manager Dave Roberts hasn't given any indication of a change to the closer role yet, but it's safe to assume Diaz won't be asked to pitch a third straight day should a save chance arise Sunday.

Carrigg went 2-for-5 with two doubles, two runs, two RBI and a stolen base Saturday in an 8-6 victory versus the Cardinals.

Jake McCarthy carried Colorado's offense with four hits, including two homers, but Carrigg did his part too with a pair of doubles, including a two-run two-bagger in the third inning. The rookie outfielder has recorded 14 multi-hit efforts through his first 49 MLB games, leading to a .296/.379/.506 slash line. He's added five homers, 13 doubles, three triples, 35 runs, 30 RBI and six stolen bases.

Yamamoto allowed three hits, three walks and a hit batsman while striking out six over 5.2 innings in a no-decision versus the Diamondbacks on Saturday.

Yamamoto had covered at least six innings in each of his previous nine starts, but he fell an out short of that mark in a rare inefficient performance, throwing 62 of 107 pitches for strikes. On the bright side, it was his third scoreless outing in 21 starts this year, though a lack of run support left him without the win. Yamamoto has a stellar 2.65 ERA, 0.89 WHIP and 127:32 K:BB through 139.1 innings on the year. He's projected to make his next start at home versus the Brewers.

Pfaadt allowed two hits and two walks while striking out two over seven scoreless innings in a no-decision versus the Dodgers on Saturday.

Pfaadt still hasn't allowed more than two runs in any of his eight starts since returning to the majors June 30. Over that span, he's given up just eight runs (seven earned) with a 23:7 K:BB across 47.2 innings, with Saturday's outing being only his second no-decision to go with six wins during the hot stretch. The lack of strikeouts is a little troubling, but the run prevention is worth it. Overall, Pfaadt has a 3.36 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 54:24 K:BB through 85.2 innings across 21 games (11 starts) this season. He'll look to keep the dominant run going in his next start, which is projected to be a tough road matchup in Atlanta.
