  • Adam Larsson D | SEA

Kraken's Adam Larsson: Pockets assist Sunday

Larsson notched an assist, two hits and three blocked shots in Sunday's 2-1 loss to the Stars.

Larsson has been his usual steady self on defense while adding little in the way of offense so far for the Kraken. He snapped a six-game point drought Sunday and now has three assists over 15 contests. The blueliner has added 37 blocks, 26 hits, 14 shots on net and a minus-6 rating while averaging 22:03 of ice time in a top-pairing role.

  • Stars' Miro Heiskanen: Keeps rolling with two helpers

Heiskanen notched two assists, two blocked shots and two PIM in Sunday's 2-1 win over the Kraken.

Heiskanen has a goal and eight helpers during his four-game point streak. Four of those assists have come with the man advantage. The Finnish defenseman started slow but appears to be back to producing at a high level. He's up to 14 points (six on the power play), 36 shots on net, 28 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating through 16 appearances.

  • Nick Leddy D | SJ

Sharks' Nick Leddy: Available for Tuesday's game

Leddy (upper body) was activated off injured reserve Monday and will be available for Tuesday's game against Minnesota, Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Leddy has been sidelined since late October due to his upper-body injury, but he's practiced with the Sharks over the past week and will be able to suit up against the Wild. Over seven appearances prior to sustaining his injury, Leddy logged two assists, 10 blocked shots, two hits and four PIM while averaging 17:12 of ice time.

  • Blackhawks' Artyom Levshunov: Dishes two power-play helpers

Levshunov recorded two power-play assists, blocked two shots and had two hits in Sunday's 5-1 win over the Red Wings.

Levshunov recorded the second multi-point game of his young career Sunday, helping out on power-play goals scored by Connor Bedard and Tyler Bertuzzi. Overall, the 20-year-old Levshunov has nine assists, 12 shots on goal, 16 hits and 11 blocks across 15 games this season. The No. 2 overall selection from the 2024 NHL Entry Draft is beginning to carve out a role on Chicago's blue line with his ice time trending upward over the last four games. Seven of his nine helpers have come in his last seven outings, which should help him maintain a top-four role. Levshunov is one of the top fantasy stashes in all formats and has the chance to be the top offensive contributor on Chicago's blue line this season.

  • Bruins' Charlie McAvoy: Back at practice

McAvoy (personal) participated in Monday's practice, per Belle Fraser of the Bruins' official site.

After missing Saturday's 5-3 win over Toronto due to a family matter, McAvoy should be available to play in Tuesday's rematch against the Maple Leafs. He has compiled 12 assists, 21 shots on goal, 26 blocked shots, 24 hits and 24 PIM across 16 appearances this season. Based on Monday's practice, McAvoy will replace Jonathan Aspirot in Tuesday's lineup.

  • Cale Makar D | COL

Avalanche's Cale Makar: Deals pair of helpers

Makar registered two assists, three shots on goal, two PIM and a minus-2 rating in Sunday's 5-4 overtime win over the Canucks.

Makar helped out on Nathan MacKinnon's opening tally and set up Gavin Brindley's goal on the rush in overtime. With four points over his last two games, Makar is cruising on offense. The superstar blueliner is up to 22 points (six goals, 16 helpers), 42 shots on net, 29 blocked shots and a plus-12 rating over 16 appearances this season.

  • Mammoth's Nick DeSimone: Draws helper in season debut

DeSimone notched an assist in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Senators.

DeSimone was scratched for the first 15 games of the season before rotating into the lineup for Olli Maatta on Sunday. Earning a helper in his season debut should help DeSimone's case for playing time, though he'll likely peak as a third-pairing blueliner when the Mammoth are relatively healthy. The 30-year-old doesn't need to be rostered in fantasy, as he doesn't have enough upside to offset his lack of guaranteed playing time.

  • Hurricanes' Charles-Alexis Legault: Admitted to hospital Sunday

Legault (hand) went to the hospital to receive treatment after being cut by a skate during Sunday's 5-4 win in Toronto, per Walt Ruff of the Hurricanes' official site

According to Chip Alexander of The Raleigh News & Observer, head coach Rod Brind'Amour said postgame that Legault's laceration doesn't look good, so the 2023 fifth-round selection might be set to miss a significant amount of time. The 22-year-old will travel with the team back to Raleigh and be re-evaluated Monday. Carolina's blue line is extremely banged up -- Legault is now one of four defensemen dealing with an injury. It wouldn't be surprising to see Domenick Fensore, who has bounced between the AHL and NHL a few times this season, recalled from the minors in the near future as a result of Legault's injury.

  • Senators' Jordan Spence: One of each Sunday

Spence scored a goal on four shots, dished an assist and went plus-2 in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Mammoth.

Spence hasn't been a full-time player for the Senators, but he's gotten on the scoresheet in four of his seven appearances. The 24-year-old has filled a third-pairing role when in the lineup, racking up a goal and six assists so far. He's added 14 shots on net, nine hits, four blocked shots and a plus-5 rating. Spence clearly has upside, but fantasy managers don't need to add him until it looks like his place in the lineup is secure.

  • Hurricanes' Charles-Alexis Legault: Cut by skate, won't return to game

Legault (hand) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's contest in Toronto.

Legault's hand was cut by a skate during the first period. The defenseman registered two PIM and one hit in 7:15 of ice time prior to exiting the game. The Hurricanes are already dealing with multiple injuries on the blue line, so if Legault is forced to miss any additional time, which seems likely given the nature of his injury, Gavin Bayreuther, who was recalled from AHL Chicago on Saturday, would presumably be pressed into the lineup.
