    Cooley was burned for six goals on 28 shots in a 7-3 loss in Washington on Monday and will attempt to make amends versus the Islanders. Cooley is 7-8-4 with a very good 2.45 GAA and an impressive .917 save percentage across 23 appearances this season. The Islanders dropped a 3-2 decision to Los Angeles on Friday and sit in third place in the Metropolitan Division with 79 points, two ahead of the fourth-place Blue Jackets.

    Vladar was the first goaltender off the ice at morning practice, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports, and is slated to patrol the home crease versus Columbus on Saturday.

    Vladar has excelled this season with the Flyers, posting a 21-11-6 record over a career-high 40 appearances. He has a career-best 2.50 GAA and a .904 save percentage in his first season with Philadelphia. The Blue Jackets are red-hot, going 15-2-4 since Jan. 11.

    Ullmark will protect the home net against Anaheim on Saturday, per Claire Hanna of TSN.

    Ullmark is coming off a 20-save effort in Wednesday's 3-2 loss to Montreal. He has a 19-9-7 record this campaign with one shutout, a 2.85 GAA and an .883 save percentage across 36 appearances. Anaheim sits 13th in the league with 3.25 goals per game this season.

    Allen will make his first start since Feb. 25, a span of seven games. He will look to snap a four-game losing streak in which he has allowed 11 goals on 102 shots (.892 save percentage). Allen is 12-15-1 with a 2.64 GAA and a .906 save percentage over 29 outings this season. The Kings will be a tired team, coming off a 3-2 win on Long Island on Friday.

    Ellis (undisclosed) will not suit up versus Toronto on Saturday, Paul Hamilton of WGR Sports Radio 550 reports.

    Ellis last saw action Feb. 3, stopping 31 shots in a 4-3 overtime loss to Tampa Bay. He is 7-4-1 with a 3.11 GAA and an .896 save percentage across 13 outings this season. Ellis is currently the Sabres' third-string goaltender, as Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen and Alex Lyon are ahead of him on the Sabres' depth chart.

  • Sharks' Joshua Ravensbergen: Shutout in close WHL win

    Ravensbergen posted a 16-save shutout in WHL Prince George's 1-0 win over Wenatchee on Friday.

    Ravensbergen logged the 10th shutout of his WHL career and his fourth this season. He's up to 30-13-0 with a 2.52 GAA and a .918 save percentage through 44 appearances. Ravensbergen is a Michigan State University commit for 2026-27, and it's clear he has little left to prove in the junior hockey ranks.

  • Oilers' Connor Ingram: Slips up late

    Ingram allowed three goals on 25 shots in Friday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Blues.

    Ingram wasn't able to maintain a 2-0 lead over the last 10 minutes of regulation. The collapse continued when Robert Thomas scored at 4:51 of overtime to send the Oilers to a defeat. Ingram has allowed 16 goals on 123 shots (.870 save percentage) over his last five appearances. He has a 9-6-2 record with a 2.79 GAA and an .891 save percentage over 20 contests this season. Ingram and Tristan Jarry will continue to battle for playing time, though with no back-to-back sets over the next week, a clear starter could emerge. The Oilers' next game is Sunday at home versus the Predators.
