Roope Hintz LW | DAL
Stars' Roope Hintz: Goal, assist in win
Hintz scored a goal on three shots, added a power-play assist and went plus-2 in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Sharks.
Hintz ended a three-game dry spell, his longest of the year, with the opening tally at 12:25 of the first period. The 29-year-old also helped out on Wyatt Johnston's second goal of the game. Hintz is up to 10 goals, 28 points, 70 shots, 28 hits and a plus-12 rating across 30 outings this season. His consistent offense in a top-six role makes him a reliable option in most scoring-focused fantasy formats.

Wyatt Johnston C | DAL
Stars' Wyatt Johnston: Tallies twice in win
Johnston scored two goals on four shots, including one power-play tally, in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Sharks.
Johnston has earned multiple points in four of nine games in December, earning three goals and eight assists for the month. The 22-year-old is starting to find his scoring touch again -- all three of his tallies this month have come over the last two games. He's at 19 goals, 41 points (22 on the power play), 91 shots on net, 26 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating over 35 appearances this year.

Jake Oettinger G | DAL
Stars' Jake Oettinger: Allows three goals in win
Oettinger stopped 34 of 37 shots in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Sharks.
The Stars were strong in the first period, and that was enough with the final two frames being pretty even. Oettinger won for the first time in three starts, though he's now allowed three goals in each of his last three outings. For the season, he's up to 15-6-2 with a 2.56 GAA and a .907 save percentage over 23 starts. The American netminder will likely get some rest Friday versus the Ducks, so expect to see Casey DeSmith between the pipes for that game. Oettinger should make his next start at home Sunday versus the Maple Leafs.

Ryker Evans D | SEA
Kraken's Ryker Evans: Posts helper Thursday
Evans registered a power-play assist and two PIM in Thursday's 4-2 loss to the Flames.
Evans ended his nine-game slump on offense with the helper. He was also scratched once in that span, though that's unlikely to happen again while Brandon Montour (undisclosed) is on the mend. Evans is at seven points, 15 shots on net, 15 blocked shots, 11 hits, 10 PIM and a minus-1 rating over 18 outings this season.

Kaapo Kakko RW | SEA
Kraken's Kaapo Kakko: Buries power-play goal
Kakko scored a power-play goal on two shots in Thursday's 4-2 loss to the Flames.
Kakko scored late in the second period to put Seattle ahead 2-1, but the lead didn't last. The winger's goal was his first in nine games since he returned from a lower-body injury that cost him six contests. For the season, he's struggled to find a rhythm due to various injuries, which have limited him to five points, 23 shots on net and a minus-2 rating over 16 appearances. Kakko is currently in a middle-six role and is unlikely to have a scoring breakout unless he finds his way back to the top line.

Chandler Stephenson C | SEA
Kraken's Chandler Stephenson: Riding seven-game point streak
Stephenson scored a goal and added two PIM in Thursday's 4-2 loss to the Flames.
Stephenson has scored in three straight games, and he's collected four goals and three helpers during a seven-game point streak. His tally Thursday opened the scoring at 7:52 of the second period. The 31-year-old center is up to eight goals, 19 points, 53 shots on net, 25 blocked shots and a minus-12 rating over 32 appearances. He's in his best stretch of the season and is worth a look as a streaming option until he cools off.

Joey Daccord G | SEA
Kraken's Joey Daccord: Faces barrage in loss
Daccord allowed three goals on 45 shots in Thursday's 4-2 loss to the Flames. The fourth goal was an empty-netter.
The Kraken haven't been this loose defensively for most of the season, but this was a bad performance for the skaters in front of Daccord. The 29-year-old netminder did what he could to keep it close, but the Flames' pressure was ultimately too much in the third period. Daccord dropped to 8-9-4 with a 2.90 GAA and an .897 save percentage over 21 starts this season. The Kraken's next game is Saturday in San Jose, beginning a stretch of three games in four days. If the Kraken continue to alternate goalies, Daccord would be lined up for Monday's contest in Anaheim during that stretch.

Rasmus Andersson D | CGY
Flames' Rasmus Andersson: Dishes three assists in win
Andersson recorded three assists, three shots on goal and a plus-3 rating in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Kraken.
Andersson picked up his second multi-point outing of the month by setting up the Flames' first three goals. The 29-year-old defenseman is having a strong bounce-back campaign, earning 25 points (seven goals, 18 helpers) over 35 contests. He's added 90 shots on net, 67 blocked shots, 38 PIM and a plus-3 rating while occupying a top-four role with power-play time.

Matthew Coronato RW | CGY
Flames' Matthew Coronato: Nets go-ahead goal
Coronato scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Kraken.
Coronato put the Flames ahead 3-2 at 11:19 of the third period, and that tally stood as the game-winner, his second such goal this season. The winger has three goals and three helpers over his last seven outings while seeing top-six minutes in that span. For the season, he's produced 11 goals, 20 points, 95 shots on net and a minus-18 rating across 34 appearances.

Nazem Kadri C | CGY
Flames' Nazem Kadri: One of each Thursday
Kadri scored a power-play goal on five shots and added an assist in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Kraken.
Kadri tied the game at 2-2 midway through the third period, then set up a Mikael Backlund empty-netter late in the frame. The 35-year-old Kadri has been excellent in December with three goals and seven helpers over eight contests. He's up to eight goals, 31 points (11 on the power play), 113 shots on net, 23 hits, 18 PIM and a minus-9 rating through 35 outings overall.
