Kim was scratched from Sunday's lineup against the Athletics for unspecified reasons.

Kim was penciled in to start at second base and bat leadoff Sunday, per usual, but the Padres released an updated lineup that excludes him. Assuming the 27-year-old is dealing with an injury, the team should provide more information in the near future. Matthew Batten will shift to the keystone while Eguy Rosario starts at third base. Jurickson Profar is now batting atop the order.

Kemp is not in the lineup Sunday versus the Padres.

Kemp will end up starting in only one game of the three-game series against the Padres. However, he did record an at-bat Sept. 15 when he did not start. A lefty started that game for the Padres, and their primary pitcher today seems to be lefty Ken Waldichuk with righty Joe Boyle as the opener. Esteury Ruiz will play in the left fielder's place.

India is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets.

India started all six games since he returned from the injured list last weekend, and he'll take a seat Sunday after he went 4-for-24 with two homers and five RBI. Spencer Steer will start at second base and bat leadoff for Cincinnati.

Bae is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Yankees, Kevin Gorman of TribLive.com reports.

Bae started the previous 12 games and will receive Sunday off after he posted a .217/.265/.326 slash line during that span. Liover Peguero will shift to the keystone while Alika Williams starts at shortstop against New York lefty Carlos Rodon.

Westburg remains out of the lineup Sunday versus the Rays.

Westburg is slashing .323/.382/.581 in 34 plate appearances since the calendar flipped to September, but he'll sit for a second straight game against a right-hander. Ramon Urias is playing third base and Adam Frazier is at second.

Merrifield is out of the lineup Sunday against the Red Sox.

Daulton Varsho, Kevin Kiermaier and Cavan Biggio will start across the outfield for the Blue Jays as Davis Schneider handles second base. Merrifield went 1-for-5 with a walk and an RBI in Toronto's win Saturday versus Boston.

Kemp went 2-for-3 with a stolen base in Saturday's loss to the Padres while also drawing a walk.

Kemp singled in each of his first two at-bats but was left stranded on each occasion as Oakland fell behind early. He later walked and swiped a bag, marking his third steal in his last seven games. It was also Kemp's first multi-hit game since Aug. 25, and he's still batting just .194 this month with one homer, three RBI and three runs scored following Saturday's performance.

Garcia went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, an additional RBI and a walk in a loss to the Brewers on Saturday.

Garcia recorded the only extra-base hit of the game for Washington with his third-inning solo homer against Corbin Burnes. The infielder added another RBI with a bases-loaded walk in the sixth. Garcia was recalled Sept. 8 from an extended stay in the minors and had been struggling since his return prior to Saturday, going 2-for-22 over his first eight games back.

Estrada went 5-for-9 with two runs and an RBI across both games of a doubleheader versus the Rockies on Saturday.

Most of Estrada's production came in Game 1, when he collected four of San Francisco's seven base knocks. The infielder added another single in the nightcap to finish his nice day at the plate. Estrada increased his batting average in September from .231 to .279 with the productive performance.

Hoerner went 2-for-5 with two walks, two RBI, one stolen base and one run scored in Saturday's 7-6 extra-innings loss to the Diamondbacks.

Hoerner's hitting streak is up to 11 games, during which he's gone 18-for-48 (.375) with five steals but just one extra-base hit. He's tied for fifth in the majors with 41 steals this season, more than double his previous career high (20), which was set last year. Hoerner is slashing .286/.345/.391 with nine home runs, 64 RBI, 92 runs scored, 26 doubles and four triples through 139 contests overall.
