Nolan Arenado 3B | ARI
Cardinals' Nolan Arenado: Goes deep in blowout win
Arenado went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run, a walk and an additional run scored in Sunday's 15-6 win over the Giants.
Arenado's two-run home run in the fourth inning came off reliever Zack Littell after the Cardinals previously chased Giants starter Carlos Rodon early. Arenado had gone 7-for-36 (.194) in nine games since his last homer. The third baseman's slump was just a bit of course correction -- he's still slashing .312/.374/.600 with eight long balls, 29 RBI, 16 runs scored and 12 doubles through 33 contests.

Emmanuel Rivera 3B | BAL
Royals' Emmanuel Rivera: Powers up in win
Rivera went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, an RBI double and two total runs scored in Sunday's 8-7 win over the Rockies.
Prior to Sunday, Rivera's lone extra-base hit of the season was the pinch-hit triple he had May 11 versus the Rangers. The 25-year-old has started to compete for more playing time, though Bobby Witt is expected to see most of the time at third base and Hunter Dozier has often served as the designated hitter, blocking Rivera's two most natural paths to starts. He's slashing .240/.321/.480 with a homer, six RBI and four runs scored through 28 plate appearances.

Jose Ramirez 3B | CLE
Guardians' Jose Ramirez: Blasts eighth homer
Ramirez went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 3-1 loss to the Twins.
Ramirez's fourth-inning blast briefly tied the game at 1-1, but it was all the Guardians could muster against Joe Ryan and four relievers. This was Ramirez's first homer since April 29 -- he went 12 games without a long ball. The third baseman has added a strong .290/.386/.581 slash line with 33 RBI, 20 runs scored, three stolen bases, eight doubles and two triples through 145 plate appearances.

Nick Senzel 3B | LAD
Reds' Nick Senzel: Nearing rehab assignment
Manager David Bell said Sunday the Reds are targeting Wednesday for Senzel (illness) to begin a minor-league rehab assignment, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Senzel has been sidelined since landing on the COVID-19 injured list May 4, so he'll need some games in minors to get back up to speed. Bell previously mentioned the start of Cincinnati's next homestand, which begins May 23 against the Cubs, as a potential return date for the 26-year-old, so his rehab assignment may go through next weekend before he rejoins the big-league club.

Jose Miranda 3B | MIN
Twins' Jose Miranda: Out of Sunday's lineup
Miranda is not in Sunday's lineup against the Guardians.
He started six of the last seven games but will head to the bench with Luis Arraez starting at first base and Gary Sanchez starting at designated hitter. Miranda is hitting .114 in 11 games since getting the call, and it's possible he will be the odd man out when Carlos Correa (finger) comes off the injured list.

Yoan Moncada 3B | LAA
White Sox's Yoan Moncada: Out of Sunday's lineup
Moncada is not in Sunday's lineup against the Yankees.
He has hit safely in all five games this season and has two home runs over his last three contests. Josh Harrison will start at third base and hit ninth.
-
Eugenio Suarez DH | CIN
Mariners' Eugenio Suarez: Sitting Sunday
Suarez is not in Sunday's lineup against the Mets.
Per Daniel Kramer of MLB.com, Suarez had a pretty physical slide back into second base in Saturday's game during which his head collided with Jeff McNeil's knee on a pickoff play. He might be a little banged up, but the team has not announced an injury. Abraham Toro will start at third base while Mike Ford starts at designated hitter.
-
Jeimer Candelario 3B | LAA
Tigers' Jeimer Candelario: Out of Sunday's lineup
Candelario is not in Sunday's lineup against the Orioles.
He is hitting .255/.283/.471 with two home runs in 14 games this month. Harold Castro will start at third base and hit seventh.
-
Kyle Farmer 3B | ATL
Reds' Kyle Farmer: Out as expected Sunday
Farmer (general soreness) is out of Sunday's lineup against the Pirates.
The plan all along was to hold Farmer out of action through the weekend and take advantage of Monday's off day before a potential Tuesday return. Matt Reynolds is starting at shortstop and leading off.

Manny Machado 3B | SD
Padres' Manny Machado: Gets Sunday off
Machado is not in Sunday's lineup against Atlanta, Kevin Acee of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
He gets a well-earned day off for the morning game (11:35 AM first pitch) following Saturday night's game. This is Machado's first day off of the season. He is hitting .359/.439/.586 with seven home runs and six steals in 34 games.
