Pederson went 2-for-4 with two home runs and four RBI during Monday's 7-3 win over Seattle.

Pederson got the Rangers on the board early with a leadoff homer off George Kirby before adding a three-run blast in the second inning to extend Texas' lead to 4-1. It was the second multi-HR game of the season for Pederson and brought him up to 19 long balls on the year, which is more than double is total from 2025 (nine). He's in the midst of a 10-game on-base streak, during which he has gone 14-for-36 (.389) with one steal, five home runs and nine RBI.

The Orioles recalled Pozo from Double-A Chesapeake on Monday.

Baltimore optioned Pozo to the minors after claiming him off waivers from St. Louis last week, but after playing in just two games at Double-A, he's been summoned to the big club. The Orioles designated Sam Huff in a corresponding move, leaving Pozo and Chadwick Tromp as their two backstops while Adley Rutschman (wrist) and Samuel Basallo (shoulder) are on the shelf. While Tromp has more experience handling the Orioles' pitching staff, he's produced a weak .577 OPS over parts of seven seasons in the majors, so it wouldn't be surprising if Pozo gets a look as the team's top backstop until one of Rutschman or Basallo returns. Pozo owns a .637 OPS across 278 career big-league plate appearances and slashed .231/.255/.385 in 23 games between two minor-league stops this season.

Soler went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional RBI in Sunday's 4-3 victory over the Giants.

After recording an RBI groundout in the first inning, Soler opened the fourth frame with a 419-foot rocket to straightaway center field for his 12th homer of the campaign. The veteran slugger had been mired in a power drought, with his last homer before Sunday's blast coming June 24 against the Orioles. Soler has struggled with consistency at the plate this season, slashing .202/.288/.374 with 27 extra-base hits, 47 RBI and 36 runs across 82 contests.

Canzone went 3-for-5 with a three-run homer, a double and an additional RBI in Sunday's 6-4 win over the Rangers.

Canzone rattled off three hits, with his most important one being a three-run homer in the seventh inning to put the Mariners ahead 4-3. The 28-year-old has had a tame July, slashing .219/.286/.391 with three homers, 12 RBI and five runs scored across 16 contests, but he has otherwise been among the club's top offensive performers this season. Overall, Canzone is hitting .260/.332/.512 with 16 homers, 46 RBI and 35 runs scored over 91 games.

Bell is out of the lineup for Sunday's matchup against the Athletics.

After going 0-for-6 with two walks, a run scored and a strikeout between the first two games of the series, Bell will get the day off for the series finale. Byron Buxton will get a break from playing center field but stay in the lineup at designated hitter while Bell heads to the bench.

Pederson has hit safely in his last six games, going 10-for-23 (.435) in that span. He made a rare start at first base to give Jake Burger a day off Saturday, but Pederson will see most of his playing time as a strong-side platoon option at designated hitter. The veteran slugger is batting .251 with an .833 OPS, 17 home runs, two steals, 36 RBI, 41 runs scored, 10 doubles and two triples across 93 contests this season.

Springer went 2-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in Saturday's 6-0 win over the Red Sox.

Springer singled in the second inning before breaking the game open with a three-run blast in the third. It continued a hot stretch for the 36-year-old, who posted a 1.121 OPS in the second half of the 2025 regular season and owns a .963 mark with two homers and eight RBI through eight games since returning from this year's All-Star break. On the season, he's slashing .229/.312/.396 with 11 homers, 30 RBI, 35 runs scored and seven steals across 327 plate appearances.

Gonzalez entered Friday's game as a pinch hitter and had a double, an RBI and a run scored in a 6-4 win over Toronto.

Gonzalez, who had snapped an 0-for-23 stretch in his previous game Wednesday, delivered the go-ahead run in the eighth inning. Since a midseason return from shoulder surgery following a truncated rehab assignment, Gonzalez has been grinding. He entered Friday with a .189/.271/.321 slash line across 60 plate appearances.

Springer went 2-for-3 with a double, a walk and an RBI in Thursday's 3-1 win over the Rays.

After drawing a walk in his first plate appearance, Springer gave Toronto the lead with an RBI single in the third inning before adding a double in the sixth. The veteran outfielder has come out of the All-Star break swinging a hot bat, going 8-for-22 (.364) with five RBI and a 1.008 OPS through six games.

The Orioles claimed Pozo off waivers from the Cardinals on Thursday, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Pozo will supplement Baltimore's catching depth as it navigates the losses of Adley Rutschman (wrist) and Samuel Basallo (shoulder). The 29-year-old catcher has slashed .247/.273/.363 across parts of three big-league seasons and has a 641 OPS in the minors this season. Pozo will report to Triple-A Norfolk for the time being.
