Atlanta non-tendered Kerr on Friday.

Kerr appeared in 10 games (including two starts) for Atlanta in 2024 and posted a 5.64 ERA and 1.61 WHIP over 22.1 innings out of the bullpen. However, he suffered a UCL injury in his left elbow in mid-June which required the 30-year-old southpaw to undergo Tommy John surgery. Kerr will be out for most, if not all, of the 2025 campaign, and while he's now a free agent, he could opt to return to Atlanta to continue his rehab program.

Boston non-tendered Campbell (elbow) on Friday, Mac Cerullo of the Boston Herald reports.

Campbell was sidelined for the second half of the 2024 season due to right elbow inflammation, which played a part in the Red Sox designating the 27-year-old right-hander for assignment Tuesday. He'll now enter free agency, and while he could opt to remain with Boston on a minor-league deal to continue his rehab, Campbell will have the freedom to explore other opportunities. Across 14 outings with Triple-A Worcester in 2024, Campbell posted a 2.20 ERA and 1.18 WHIP over 16.1 innings.

The Padres non-tendered Patino (elbow) on Friday.

Patino is in line to miss the first half of the 2025 season after undergoing Tommy John surgery in April. Teams may hold off signing him until he gets closer to his expected return date.

The Red Sox non-tendered Mata (elbow/lat) on Friday, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.

Mata missed the final three months of the 2024 regular season due to shoulder and elbow soreness. He was designated for assignment by Boston on Tuesday, but the 25-year-old right-hander will now officially enter free agency.

Sborz (shoulder) signed a one-year contract with the Rangers on Friday to avoid arbitration.

Sborz appeared in just 17 major-league games in 2024, as he spent four separate stints on the Rangers' injured list due to a right shoulder injury. He managed to post a 3.86 ERA and 1.22 WHIP across 16.1 innings, and Sborz could be an effective option out of the Rangers' bullpen in 2025. However, he is set to miss the first few months of the campaign after undergoing shoulder surgery in mid-November, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.

The Padres non-tendered Gillaspie on Friday.

Despite a strong season at Triple-A El Paso, Gillaspie was unable to find his footing in the big leagues, posting a 7.15 ERA and 1.32 WHIP in 11.1 innings. The 27-year-old should be able to at least attract a minor-league contract in free agency.

Wingenter was non-tendered by the Cubs on Friday, Meghan Montemurro of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Wingenter was designated for assignment Wednesday, signaling his time with the organization was likely coming to a close. He'll hit free agency after spending most of 2024 at Triple-A, and he will likely be limited to a minor-league deal to begin 2025.

Reid-Foley signed a one-year deal with the Mets on Friday to avoid arbitration, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.

Reid-Foley spent two separate stints on the Mets' injured list due to a right shoulder impingement, and he was officially shut down in late August after suffering a setback during his rehab assignment. When he was healthy, Reid-Foley proved to an effective relief option for the Mets as he posted a 1.66 ERA and 1.25 WHIP over 21.2 innings in 23 major-league outings.

The Brewers non-tendered Milner on Friday, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

After a dominant 2023 campaign that saw Milner put up a 1.82 ERA and 0.96 WHIP, Milner's performance declined drastically, as he finished the 2024 regular season with a 4.73 ERA and 1.19 WHIP through 64.2 innings. The 33-year-old should still be able to attract attention from teams in need of bullpen depth, though his days of working in high-leverage situations are likely behind him.

The Mets non-tendered Hartwig on Friday, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.

Hartwig spent most of 2024 in Triple-A Syracuse, though appeared in four major-league games for the Mets and posted a 6.75 ERA and 1.50 WHIP over 6.2 innings. He tore the meniscus in his left knee in mid-June, but he was able to return to minor-league action in early August. The 26-year-old will look to sign with a team who will give him a chance to compete for a bullpen spot during spring training.
