Kremer (8-8) took the loss Tuesday against the Phillies, allowing four runs on eight hits and a walk while striking out six in six innings.

Four of the eight hits allowed by Kremer went for extra bases, including a two-run homer in the second inning by Max Kepler. Still, Kremer was able to settle in thereafter, allowing one run over his final four innings. He's now pitched at least five frames in all but three of his 23 appearances this season and has become a reliable innings eater for the Orioles this season. Kremer owns a 4.35 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 110:35 K:BB in 132.1 innings and lines up for a home meeting with the Mariners next week.

Bergert (1-1) took the loss Tuesday, giving up two runs on two hits and two walks over 5.2 innings as the Royals were downed 6-2 by the Red Sox.

Making his first appearance for Kansas City after being acquired from San Diego as part of the Freddy Fermin trade, Bergert battled Boston ace Garrett Crochet to a 1-1 tie through five frames before the home squad finally pulled ahead for good in the sixth. Bergert tossed 61 of 85 pitches for strikes, falling just short of his first career quality start, and the 25-year-old rookie staked a claim to potentially handle at least one more turn through the rotation while Michael Lorenzen (oblique) completes a rehab assignment. If Bergert does get another start with the Royals, it would likely come at home early next week against the Nationals.

Pepiot (7-9) earned the win Tuesday, allowing three runs (two earned) on five hits and two walks over 5.2 innings against the Angels. He struck out six.

The right-hander worked through four scoreless innings before Jo Adell got to him for three runs across the fifth and sixth innings. Tuesday's outing followed a rocky July for Pepiot in which he posted a 5.03 ERA and 1.26 WHIP over 34 innings across six starts. While his season ERA sits at a respectable 3.77 over 136 innings, a 4.58 FIP suggests more regression could be on the horizon.

Soriano (7-9) took the loss Tuesday, allowing seven runs on seven hits and a walk over four innings against Tampa Bay. He struck out four.

The right-hander cruised through three scoreless innings before unraveling in the fourth, giving up seven runs sparked by a two-run homer from Brandon Lowe. Soriano remains a mixed bag for fantasy managers -- while his 4.01 ERA over 137 innings and 24 starts doesn't properly align with his more favorable 3.55 FIP, his modest 7.8 K/9 and elevated 4.0 BB/9 dampen his overall appeal.

Berrios (8-4) earned the win Tuesday, allowing four runs (three earned) on seven hits and a walk over 5.1 innings against the Rockies. He struck out five.

Berrios was far from dominant but provided enough length to come away with the win. The right-hander has now allowed multiple runs in five straight outings, posting a 5.55 ERA and 1.52 WHIP over 24.1 innings in that stretch. Despite the recent dip in form, his season line remains solid with a 3.84 ERA and 1.26 WHIP across 131.1 innings in 23 starts.

Martin (3-9) allowed six runs (five earned) on seven hits and two walks while striking out five over five-plus innings to take the loss Tuesday versus the Mariners.

Martin yielded two homers and ran into more trouble during the sixth by allowing the first three batters of the inning to reach base. Tyler Gilbert couldn't clean up the mess, and Martin ended up back in the loss column after winning against the Phillies in his previous start. For the season, Martin has a passable 4.11 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 68:28 K:BB through 96.1 innings across 17 appearances (16 starts). He's projected for a home start versus the Guardians this weekend.

Woo (9-6) allowed one run on two hits and struck out nine without walking a batter over seven innings to earn the win Tuesday over the White Sox.

While one of the two hits he allowed left the yard -- a solo shot from Lenyn Sosa in the first inning -- Woo was otherwise excellent to bounce back from giving up five runs in his last start. His nine strikeouts Tuesday also matched his season high, while it was the first time since May 24 versus the Astros that he was able to avoid issuing a walk. Woo is now at a 3.02 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 136:25 K:BB through 140 innings over 22 starts this season. He is projected to make his next start at home versus the Rays.

Wells (elbow) allowed three hits and two walks in 2.1 scoreless innings for Triple-A Norfolk on Tuesday. He struck out four.

Wells made his second rehab start, this time with the Triple-A club after pitching for Double-A Chesapeake his last time out, and he's now up to 4.1 shutout frames on his assignment. The right-hander built up to 49 pitches Tuesday amidst his recovery from UCL surgery, so he still has some work to do if the Orioles want to stretch him out to handle a starter's workload. Fantasy managers should expect Wells to make at least two more rehab appearances.

Matthews (3-3) allowed one run on five hits and a walk over five innings Tuesday, striking out six and earning a win over Detroit.

The lone blemish on Matthews' line came in the third inning on a Kerry Carpenter RBI double. Outside of that frame, Matthews allowed only one other runner to reach scoring position. It was a nice bounce-back outing after he coughed up five runs against Boston on July 30. He threw 86 pitches (55 strikes) and generated 12 whiffs Tuesday. Matthews has given up at least four runs in four of his eight MLB starts this season, resulting in a 5.17 ERA across 38.1 innings. He's projected to face the Royals at home this weekend.

Paddack (4-10) allowed four runs on six hits over four innings while taking a loss against the Twins on Tuesday. He did not record a walk or a strikeout.

Paddack faced the Twins for the first time since being traded from Minnesota to Detroit in July and struggled right out of the gate. He gave up three runs in the first inning, including Luke Keaschall's two-run homer. Trevor Larnach later belted a solo shot in the fourth. Paddack threw only 57 pitches (44) strikes, his lowest pitch total in any outing this year. He produced two straight quality starts before Tuesday's hiccup, and he's now sporting a 4.91 ERA with an 88:27 K:BB through 121 frames. Paddack is expected to face the White Sox in Chicago next week.
