Jimmy Garoppolo QB | LAR
Raiders' Jimmy Garoppolo: May have suffered head injury
Garoppolo is being evaluated for a concussion following Sunday's 23-18 loss to the Steelers, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
It's unconfirmed when Garoppolo may have suffered the injury, but it is the second time in three weeks that the quarterback has been looked at for a potential head injury. Garoppolo played the entire game against Pittsburgh, completing 28 of 44 passes for 324 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions. He took a helmet-to-helmet hit from Minkah Fitzpatrick in the second half, which was flagged for a roughing the passer penalty on Fitzpatrick. If Garoppolo is unable to clear the NFL's five-step concussion protocol before the team's next game, Brian Hoyer would fill in Oct. 1 against the Chargers.

Joshua Dobbs QB | NE
Cardinals' Joshua Dobbs: Efficient in upset win
Dobbs completed 17 of 21 passes for 189 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-16 win over the Cowboys. He added 55 rushing yards on six carries.
Facing a Dallas defense that had dominated the opposition through its first two games, Dobbs rarely seemed rattled as he led Arizona to three touchdowns and three field goals, including a two-yard TD toss to Marquise Brown in the fourth quarter that all but sealed the victory. Dobbs has looked good so far in his first extended stretch as a starting QB, but he faces a daunting task in Week 4 on the road against the 49ers.

Dak Prescott QB | DAL
Cowboys' Dak Prescott: Frustrating day in Arizona
Prescott completed 25 of 40 passes for 249 yards and one touchdown with one interception in Sunday's 28-16 loss to the Cardinals. He added 24 rushing yards on three carries.
Working behind an offensive line missing three starters, including Zack Martin (ankle), Prescott and the Cowboys were able to move the ball but couldn't cash in when they got to the red zone, managing only one TD on five trips inside the 20. Prescott's first INT of the season also came from the Arizona six-yard line late in the fourth quarter, ending Dallas' final comeback attempt. He'll try to bounce back in Week 4 at home against a stingy Patriots defense that has yet to allow a quarterback to throw for 250 against it this season.

Gardner Minshew QB | ARI
Colts' Gardner Minshew: Leads Colts to OT win
Minshew completed 27 of 44 passes for 227 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Sunday's 22-19 overtime win against the Ravens.
Minshew drew a spot start with Anthony Richardson (concussion) sidelined. He had an unremarkable 5.2 yards per attempt to post a mediocre stat line, but he was effective for the Colts as he kept the team in the game and didn't turn the ball over. It's likely that Richardson will pass through concussion protocol ahead of a Week 4 matchup against the Rams, meaning Minshew would shift back to the bench.

Geno Smith QB | NYJ
Seahawks' Geno Smith: Solid in Sunday's win
Smith completed 23 of 36 passes for 296 yards and one touchdown with one interception in Sunday's 37-27 win over the Panthers. He also threw a two-point conversion to Tyler Lockett.
The pick was his first of the season and snuffed out a second-quarter drive, but it didn't end up costing his squad. Smith spread the ball around, completing passes to nine different Seahawks, but his lone TD went to undrafted rookie Jake Bobo on a five-yard strike in the fourth quarter. Smith will look to build on this performance in Week 4 against a Giants defense that just got gashed for 310 yards and two touchdowns by the 49ers' Brock Purdy.

Kirk Cousins QB | LV
Vikings' Kirk Cousins: Another admirable effort in loss
Cousins completed 32 of 50 passes for 367 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 28-24 loss to the Chargers.
Cousins reached 50 pass attempts in a game for the sixth time in his career, with Sunday's game marking his second-lowest yardage total in those contests. Nevertheless, it was a good performance that was highlighted by long touchdown strikes of 52 and 36 yards and also included four additional completions of greater than 20 yards. Though the Vikings are 0-3, Cousins has multiple passing scores and has topped 340 yards in all three games to this point.

Andy Dalton QB | PHI
Panthers' Andy Dalton: Big numbers in Week 3 loss
Dalton completed 34 of 58 passes for 361 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 37-27 loss to the Seahawks. He added 11 rushing yards on two carries.
With Bryce Young (ankle) sidelined, Dalton got his first start of the season and produced more passing yards than the rookie had in his two starts combined. Dalton leaned heavily on the veteran wideouts Carolina brought in this offseason, tossing a 47-yard TD to DJ Chark in the second quarter before finding Adam Thielen for a 15-yard score inside the final two minutes of the fourth, and that duo was on the other end of nearly two-thirds (64 percent) of Dalton's yards. Young will reclaim the starting role for the rebuilding Panthers as soon as he's healthy, but those with fantasy shares in Thielen and Chark may hope Dalton is still under center in Week 4 against a vulnerable Vikings secondary that just got torched for 454 yards and four TDs through the air by the Chargers.

Justin Fields QB | KC
Bears' Justin Fields: Early struggles continue
Fields completed 11 of 22 pass attempts for 99 yards, a touchdown and an interception to go along with 11 carries for 47 yards in Sunday's 41-10 loss to the Chiefs.
Fields' disappointing start to the season worsened after he failed to break the century mark in passing yards despite playing every offensive snap Sunday. All the blame can't be placed on the third-year starter, as his offensive line looked outmatched, and his top wideout DJ Moore dropped the only accurate deep ball thrown all game. The silver lining for Fields was his even TD:INT ratio against Kansas City after turning the ball over six times in his previous two starts. Fields' next chance to salvage his depleted fantasy value comes in a matchup between winless teams when Chicago hosts Denver next Sunday.

Taysom Hill QB | NO
Saints' Taysom Hill: Little impact in loss
Hill rushed four times for 12 yards and caught his lone target for nine yards during Sunday's 18-17 defeat versus the Packers.
Hill's production regressed to the mean after his standout nine-carry, 75-yard performance last week against Carolina. The do-it-all offensive player logged only four carries, with the Saints' top two running backs Alvin Kamara (suspension) and Jamaal Williams (hamstring) both sidelined. Hill saw slightly more snaps lined up in the shotgun after starting quarterback Derek Carr was forced out with a right shoulder injury in the third quarter; however, aside from a 14-yard carry that was wiped off the board due to an offensive holding penalty, the hybrid tight end/quarterback didn't make a significant impact while at quarterback for New Orleans. Instead, backup signal-caller Jameis Winston handled the team's passing duties for the remainder of the contest. There's now a chance that Carr will miss some time with what's believed to be an AC sprain, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. This should leave Winston to step in as the starting quarterback while Hill likely continues to fill a jack-of-all-trades role on offense.

Deshaun Watson QB | CLE
Browns' Deshaun Watson: Dismantles Titans
Watson completed 27 of 33 passes for 289 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 27-3 win over the Titans. He added four rushes for 16 yards.
Watson had been shaky in his first two games of the season, as he struggled with both accuracy and turnovers. He largely avoided those problems Sunday -- he fumbled once on a broken play, but the ball was recovered -- and highlighted his performance with touchdown throws of 19 and 43 yards. The Titans have struggled in coverage to begin the year, but Watson took advantage of the positive matchup and should have renewed confidence heading into a Week 4 matchup against the division-rival Ravens.
