  • Darnell Mooney WR | NYG

Falcons' Darnell Mooney: Limited on practice estimate

Mooney (hamstring) was listed as limited on Wednesday's estimated injury report, Marc Raimondi of ESPN.com reports.

Plagued by the injury bug this season, Mooney has made just four appearances through seven weeks, but he put together his most-productive performance to date this past Sunday at San Francisco (3-68-0 on five targets). His hamstring injury is following him into Week 8 prep, though, so his activity level will be monitored as the week continues to see if he again will be good to go Sunday versus the Dolphins.

  • Ravens' Devontez Walker: Practices in full

Walker (oblique) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

Walker wasn't able to suit up Week 6 against the Rams, but now coming off Baltimore's bye he appears back to full health. He figures to resume handling his usual depth role at wide receiver during Sunday's home game against the Bears. Across five regular-season appearances so far, Walker has secured all three of his targets for 60 yards and two touchdowns, with both scores having come Week 2 versus Cleveland.

  • Calvin Ridley WR | TEN

Titans' Calvin Ridley: Doesn't return to practice

Ridley (hamstring) didn't practice Wednesday, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.

Ridley hasn't practiced since exiting a Week 6 loss to the Raiders after just six snaps. Van Jefferson has stepped up as a full-time wideout opposite Elic Ayomanor the past two games, with Chimere Dike getting most of the slot snaps as the No. 3 receiver.

  • Garrett Wilson WR | NYJ

Jets' Garrett Wilson: Still not practicing

Wilson (knee) didn't practice Wednesday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Wilson logged three straight DNPs last week before being ruled out for Week 7 action, and he'll now have two more chances to practice ahead of Sunday's game against the Bengals. The Jets view their star wideout as day-to-day, but if Wilson is unable to return to action this weekend, Josh Reynolds, Arian Smith and Allen Lazard would continue to see added WR reps in Week 8.

  • 49ers' Ricky Pearsall: Another missed practice

Pearsall (knee) will not participate in Wednesday's practice, David Lombardi of SFStandard.com reports.

Pearsall remains sidelined at practice after having missed San Francisco's last three games, and coach Kyle Shanahan said Monday that the team will continue monitoring the second-year wideout before making a decision about his status for Sunday's game against the Texans. To have any chance of retaking the field versus Houston, Pearsall will almost certainly have to practice in at least a limited fashion Thursday and/or Friday. If Pearsall remains sidelined Week 8, all of Demarcus Robinson, Malik Turner, Skyy Moore and Jordan Watkins will be candidates for increased workloads behind Jauan Jennings and Kendrick Bourne.

  • Darius Slayton WR | NYG

Giants' Darius Slayton: Returns to practice

Slayton (hamstring) returned to practice Wednesday as a limited participant, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

It's his first practice since injuring his hamstring during a Week 5 loss at New Orleans. Lil'Jordan Humphrey stepped in as New York's No. 2 receiver the past two games, putting up 4-55-0 in Week 6 before posting a goose egg in Week 7. Slayton should step right back in as a starter if he's cleared to play this Sunday against the Eagles.

  • DJ Moore WR | BUF

Bears' DJ Moore: Doesn't practice Wednesday

Moore (hip) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice.

Moore emerged from Week 6 action with hip and groin injuries, and while he was listed as a DNP on the first Week 7 practice report, he progressed to limited Thursday and full Friday before avoiding an injury designation entirely ahead of this past Sunday's game versus the Saints. He then hauled in three of five passes for 43 yards and took one carry for nine yards. Moore is kicking off this week in a similar fashion to last week, but it remains to be seen if he'll be able to get back to all activity by week's end.

  • Josh Downs WR | IND

Colts' Josh Downs: Limited in return to practice

Downs (concussion) was limited at practice Wednesday.

Downs didn't practice last week before being ruled out ahead of this past Sunday's 38-24 win over the Chargers. With a return to practice, albeit in a limited capacity, the wideout is trending in the right direction as this weekend's game against the Titans approaches. Also making strides toward a return to action in Week 8 is fellow WR Ashton Dulin (chest), who practiced fully Wednesday.

  • Ashton Dulin WR | IND

Colts' Ashton Dulin: Practices in full Wednesday

Dulin (chest) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

Dulin wasn't able to suit up for Indianapolis' win over the Chargers in Week 7, but he's now healthy and on track to retake the field Sunday at home versus Tennessee. With Josh Downs (concussion) limited at practice but still uncertain for Week 8, Dulin could get a chance to handle increased reps behind Michael Pittman and Alec Pierce.

  • Ray-Ray McCloud: Linking with Giants' practice squad

McCloud is in line to sign with New York's practice squad Wednesday, Art Stapleton of The Bergen Record reports

McCloud was released by the Falcons on Friday, but now he's already found a new home in the NFL with the WR-needy Giants, pending a physical. The 29-year-old boasts ample experience at both wide receiver and as a contributor in the return game, and across 17 regular-season appearances with Atlanta in 2024 he compiled a career-best receiving line with 62 catches, 686 yards and one touchdown on 87 targets. This year, however, McCloud racked up just six grabs for 64 yards across four regular-season appearances, and he had been a healthy scratch for the Falcons' prior two games.
